Mr Harry Petrushkin

I had an appointment with Mr Harry Petrushkin. He put me at ease, was very professional, approachable and friendly. He explained my scans, my condition and treatment plan very well. I'm so happy I booked the appointment with him and would like to remain under his and Moorfields' care.

Mr. Petrushkin was not only exceptionally understanding; his knowledge of such a wide variety of treatment approaches was also impressive. I respect him for his ability to objectively talk me through all my options - many doctors struggle with this, which is a problem with my complex medical history.

Mr Petrushkin was very helpful and tested my request for the operation in a open and honest way to make sure that I had taken into account advanatges/disadvantages and was at the right stage to go forward with the operation. I did not feel pressured to undertake the treatment, and he respected the choice I had made without trying to sell alternative lens treatments that I had already discussed with my optician.

After finding out last year that I had pulmonary sarcoidosis, I went to see Dr. Petrushkin for an eye check, since sarcoidosis can affect the eyes too. He was incredibly calm and reassuring, took his time to explain everything, and answered all of my questions.
