Having come in with a severely deviated broken nose and I mean severe , Mr Roa truly went above and beyond and has done what people around me are describing as a miracle; a truly exceptional job. Listened to all the concerns, was courteous all the way through the process and delivered better than I hoped for, maintaining a natural proportionate look that suits the face. Truly an artist.

Mr Rao is an amazing surgeon. He was very understanding and explained everything in a professional manner which I understood. He made the process go very smoothly. He was very efficient with responding to emails whenever I had any questions.

I would highly recommend Mr Rao to anybody who is considering facial surgery. In October 2022 I had a tip rhinoplasty, genioplasty, neck lift and buccal fat removal. Surgery is never pleasant, but Mr Rao definitely alleviated all my concerns and gave very clear, good and balanced advice. Mr Rao also has a rare gift many medical professionals nowadays seem to lack - the ability to find and address root causes rather than just providing symptomatic relief.
