Overall, Spire Elland was great and I would happily return should I require any further procedures in the future. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and everything is very clean. I think the main thing letting the hospital down is patient communication. All appointments and comms are recorded and delivered via an app. If you don't want to or aren't able to download the app (like me), you do end up being left a little in the dark about things. For example, I had been given a surgery date fairly soon after my initial consultation, which was great, however I hadn't been informed that there would be multiple pre-operative assessment appointments to attend - all of which were on-site at Spire Elland, which is around an hour's drive for us. On one occasion, I had to make last-minute arrangements to move clients around as I'd been unaware of an upcoming appointment - I'd received no email, no text, no phone call, no letter. I just so happened to log in to my online portal and find the appointment date there. I moved clients around so I could attend, and just a couple of days before my appointment received a text message to say the date had changed, with no explanation provided. I called to try and find out why this might be, but was met with a dismissive reply of, "We just had to move it". All of the documents outlining the process for my surgery and the prep I should do beforehand were provided online, and the online portal isn't the simplest to navigate, so accessing them wasn't as easy as it could have been. When I was admitted for my day surgery, the staff were very welcoming and friendly, although I did find that I received a blunt reply whenever I asked a question about anything. This was my first ever surgery and my first time being put under general anaesthetic, so naturally I was quite nervous. Some of the members of staff were very helpful and supportive, but others seemed to have little patience, which wasn't ideal and only served to make me more anxious. When I came to after the surgery, I had been expecting to have a bit of a handover with someone so I could at least find out how it had gone and what they had/hadn't found. Unfortunately, Mr Gan was occupied in another surgery, and so I was discharged before having the chance to speak to him. I asked the nurses for some clarification - any brief notes or insights they might be able to give to put my mind at ease a bit until I could speak with Mr Gan - but this was met with quite curt replies. I was told no one could read Mr Gan's handwriting so no one could tell me any information, which at the time was quite frustrating as I'd been dealing with the pain for so long and had viewed the laparoscopy as the light at the end of the tunnel. It was disheartening to leave the hospital without any real clarification of the issue. Now having had my final follow-up with Mr Gan, I can say with confidence that all of my questions have been answered, and I feel validated and supported as a patient. However, I can't help but feel that had the communication from the hospital team been a little better throughout the process, it wouldn't have been so frustrating to wake up after the surgery and find that no one could tell me how it had gone.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Well basically my experience felt like I went for a luxury spa day and instead of leaving with glowing skin I left with bigger, perkier boobies and a flatter tummy 😂 From the moment I walked into the clinic, everything felt calm, elegant, and truly high-end. The space is absolutely beautiful, but what really makes it special is the people. I had my breast uplift with larger implants, extended tummy tuck and liposuction, and I genuinely felt like I was in the safest, most skilled hands the entire time. Andrew and Jane are an absolute dream team, not only incredibly talented surgeons but also warm, honest, so reassuring and down to earth lovely people who make u feel nice just being in their presence. They really listened to what I wanted, explained everything in detail, and made sure my results would look natural, feminine, and perfectly suited to my body. I never felt rushed or pressured, just completely supported and understood. The anaesthetist was amazing and took so much time to make me feel calm and comfortable before surgery — I felt totally safe and relaxed going in. And the nursing team….honestly angels. So kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They made me feel pampered, reassured, and completely looked after from start to finish. Andddd the tea and toast they made when I woke up hit different….like that tea and toast you get after giving birth….posh bread for the toast too 😂 I genuinely felt like I was having a girly sleep over at one point. The aftercare has been just as luxurious and professional as the rest of the experience. Any questions I had were answered quickly and kindly, and I always felt supported during recovery, which made such a difference. Andrew called me the day after surgery to check in and Jane emailed me every other day to check in and they were both only a phone call away if I needed them. I’m beyond grateful to have been in such skilled and compassionate hands. If you’re thinking about surgery and want a truly first-class, high-end experience with a team who combine elite skill with real warmth and care, I cannot recommend The Beverly, Andrew,Jane and the entire team enough. The easiest five stars I’ve ever given 🤍✨

After a year of back and forward to various different hospitals and appointments and symptoms being ignored, I finally and thankfully was seen by Mr Jacob. He was very professional, friendly and most importantly saw and heard my concerns. I got answers and was booked in for surgery. I had a very enlarged thyroid with numerous nodules that had previously been missed by other consultants and my symptoms absolutely debilitating. During surgery Mr Jacob found my thyroid had also grown around the back of neck so took a little longer. I felt great after my surgery, Mr Jacob came to see me the next morning and I was kept in updated of what was going to happen throughout and after the surgery. I had no questions unanswered and felt very cared for. Im extremely grateful that Mr Jacob was my surgeon and would highly recommend him. My scar is barely noticeable only two months later and my healing was fairly easy - thanks to Mr Jacob my procedure was a great success!

Dr. Haddad has been our daughters’ pediatrician for several years, and we have always had an excellent experience with him. He is extremely polite, patient, and very clear in the way he listens, analyzes symptoms, and explains his diagnosis. He takes the time to make sure parents fully understand what is going on, which gives a lot of confidence and reassurance. He has consistently been very accurate and quick in identifying symptoms and finding the right treatments. Our daughters have had allergies and gastroenterological issues, which he promptly diagnosed and treated with great care. We are very grateful for his dedication and professionalism and would highly recommend Dr. Haddad to any family looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and trustworthy pediatrician.

Facilities clean, staff efficient, overall hospital experience very good. Consultation with Dr Angad Dhillon was vey professional. He remembered me from an earlier consultation which was very reassuring and helped me relax as my diagnosis was quite stressful. He explained everything to me in terms I could understand and comprehend. He gave me time to ask questions and answered adequately. I felt very reassured that my care with him and ongoing teams have the best chances of a positive outcome. I will take this opportunity to stress my diagnosis was only due to findings in a routine bowl test which left undiagnosed could have left to much more serious consequences. Thank you to the bowl screening process and the care of above mentioned there after.

I cannot rate the hospital highly enough following my recent operation. From the moment I arrived I was looked after by a number of staff members, all of who could not do enough to ensure I was comfortable, informed and had everything I needed. In particular nurses Damian, Sonia, Cindy and Salmon were wonderful, also the catering lady who's name i didn't catch, Steve the pharmacist, Mr Murray the anesthetist, and Mr Lewis the surgeon. All the staff were very friendly and relaxed which helped me settle in a situation I could have felt very uncomfortable and nervous in. Even though this procedure was covered by insurance I would not hesitate to self pay in the future if needed to have this level of care again.

The support at the very beginning when I was accessing the service was excellent - the person I first communicated with was helpful, gentle and kind. I felt able to ask questions and to access the support on my own terms. Getting a regular appointment that suited my needs and schedule was also easy - as a single parent, I really appreciate the flexibility. The portal took a little bit of getting used to but here too, lots of friendly support was available. The counsellor I speak to weekly is just brilliant. They are flexible and kind, and our relationship has evolved according to my needs. It's genuinely changed my life, and I couldn't be more grateful.

I found my overall experience from start to finish amazing. Mr Bhagawati was very accomodating ans welcoming, he walked through with me the issues i was experiencing and quickly and effeciently provoded a diagnosis explaining in laymans terms tge suspected issues. He scheduled me an MRI which confirmed his suspesions and layed out my options. I chose to have the two injections for nerve block and epidural and the procedure went extremley well. The procedure and staff looking after me well great. A few days after the procedure i felt great qnd got back to normal qctivites with no pain, and 1 month later i am well with no probkems. I went as an NHS referral for cataracts and they explained about the various options for both NHS and private. As I work full time and do a lot of computer work I decided to pay to have Rayone Galaxy toric lenses. I am so pleased with the result. After wearing glasses since early teens I am now glasses free! Mr Injarie and all the staff at the clinic were friendly and professional and made you feel at ease. Mr Injarie took time to explain everything and obviously is a brilliant surgeon. I can't thank them enough. I was so nervous about having eye surgery but from start to finish I felt in very safe hands. I would highly recommend.

I went to the clinic for egg freezing procedure. From the beginning everyone in the clinic was kind and responsive. My medical coordinator Karin, she was amazing, always very kind, and responsive. If you don’t speak Spanish, you don’t need to worry Karin speaks English perfectly as well as Dr Voskuilen. Dr Voskuilen is an amazing professional, she is kind and she made sure to explain everything very well to me. Dr Voskuilen made sure the dose of hormones was best suitable for me and I had regular scans to check the progress of the eggs. The procedure went really well without any complications. I am glad I chose Reproclinic.
