I am writing to formally complain about misleading advertising by the clinic Skin55. Their website led me to believe that laser treatments were available at the clinic, and I booked a consultation directly with the clinic, not with any specific doctor. However, upon attending the appointment, I was informed that the clinic did not have the required laser equipment and that not all doctors at Skin55 perform laser treatments. This discrepancy meant that I paid an initial consultation fee of £300, only to then be told that I would need to be referred to another doctor within the same clinic who does provide laser treatments. This second consultation was then quoted at £380. This sequence of events highlights a lack of transparency and constitutes misleading advertising, resulting in unnecessary expenses and inconvenience. I believe that this matter warrants investigation to ensure that Skin55’s practices align with advertising and consumer-protection regulations. I am prepared to provide supporting documentation upon request

It was a pleasure to meet with Matt Wright again following our consultations and procedures in 2019 and before, when he cured my atrial fibrillation. Thanks to his specialist care, I have been able to successfully carry on running my antique business from my gallery in Pimlico.. Accordingly, it was very reassuring to discover that he had recognised my name after my recent visit to A and E at St Thomases and had been advising on further tests and treatment following the analysis of my seven day monitor. Having explained to him that I had stopped taking the prescribed Bisoprolol 2.5 mg after three days, as it very quickly took my blood pressure down to 50, he recommended that I re-start on 1.25 mg. This reduction appears to have so far done the trick, as my pulse has dropped to mid 60s which is bearable. In conclusion I am so relieved to once again know that Matt is keeping an eye on me and that his ear is available should I need reassurance.

The hospital is run like a well oiled ship. No need to be too early, as you have an appointment time and they will take you at that time. I went 30mins early, which was an extra 30mins of nervousness I brought on myself I could have done without! The staff are friendly and efficient. There are processes in place that give assurance that the hand over from nurse to surgeon and team are strict and everyone is on the same page as to who you are and what you are there for. The recovery was peaceful and friendly. And who doesn’t like toast and a hot cuppa after fasting for hours. My next appointment was delivered by email the very next day. I know I will be nervous going back, but it won’t be because I don’t feel I am in safe hands. Thanks to everyone who looked after me, from reception to consultant and everyone in between.

I went into The London Clinic for a Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy under general anaesthetic. I was quite anxious when I first arrived in the theatre ward as I had a migraine and also had to walk a long way and ascend a busy lift from my room to the theatre on the other side of the hospital and I had been fasting for 24 hours at that point. Dr Rajendran visited me before the anaesthetic and he was very patient and kind and spent a lot of time with me explaining what to expect, he made me feel calm and relaxed. After the procedure he visited me once I had woken up and explained what he had found. I then had a follow-up telephone call with him a few days later where he was again very patient and able to explain everything to me in great detail. It is very much appreciated. Thank you.

Dr Manish Kalla is a wonderful cardiologist and electrophysiologist. He provides an excellent quality of care and has a lot of experience with treating heart rhythm problems. I had a cardioversion and it was wonderful because my normal heart rhythm was immediately restored from atrial fibrillation by Dr Kalla’s expertise. Everything was explained really well so that I feel very confident that I am having the best possible doctor assisting in my care and I look forward to him continuing to do so. I highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of his expertise in restoring a normal healthy heart rhythm. I feel very privileged to have Dr Kalla as my cardiologist and electrophysiologist.

Arrived early as instructed, car park was full as the barrier was open and it appeared people were taking advantage of free parking. The amount of cars in the car park did not reflect the amount of people in the waiting area. I was shown where to go and I took a seat, my appointment was at 2.30 i was there at 2.15 I went in around 3.00. Not sure why I needed to be so early as I was not asked to fill in any forms or speak to anyone. My actual appointment was ok the consultation was professional and the consultant was very nice. Disappointed that the hot drink station doesn’t have takeout cups or the nice border biscuits.

When I booked to attend (through my private health company) - it wasn’t fully explained that this was a clinical appointment. What a fantastic service. Mr Kenny and his Team were nothing short of Amazing. I cannot thank you all enough and will recommend your fabulous service to my friends who like me, don’t t realise they can receive this wonderful service when they are a bit anxious that they may not be able to easily access a mammogram after the age of 70 Thank you SO much. xx

Just like to say what a wonderful understanding and kind team you have . After a wile through my consolation I began to feel very relaxed connecting with your GP . She was very interested with my health and wellbeing and making notes regarding my health history and present concerns. On a comparison to my NHS GP I was always felt I was a bit of pain in the back side when it come to my wellbeing and made me feel very anxious. I was anxious about my first visit following some negative experiences with nhs gp appointments. But on meeting Dr Shori I was instantly very comfortable and felt heard. I had relevant tests quickly and efficiently. I did not feel rushed or dismissed at any point and came away feeling relieved that I had some answers to symptoms I had been struggling with for a long time. The practice was lovely, clean and overall a nice atmosphere. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again for a concern I was struggling with and would recommend anyone to do the same if they were in a position to do so.

I was delighted by Cardiff Gate. I had a PSA blood panel. I would be HUGELY delighted if you would consider the following: Blood tests at Sancta in Swansea could gather blood work across greater Swansea Bay. As a suggestion to you, please consider offering that on ONE of your 2 visits per week to Sancta. say, offer morning bloods? Then charge clients a small extra fee to cover a courier to run them all back to Cardiff at midday. You don't really offer such a Bloods service ain Swansea at the moment and it would cover its costs and bring in regular business.

His secretary was great and organised a consultation the same week even on the weekend. Mr Dharmasena was friendly, professional and really reassuring and provided confidence during an anxious time that he knew what the problem was and can help our baby with her Dermoid cyst, Congenital craniofacial malformations, Orbital surgery.

Later I was operated on for cataract and the miracle of not having to wear glasses all the time only for reading has been wonderful. I return annually or more often. Recently after a fall on my face I had my eyes checked just in case.
