From first consultation, coming as a patient from another consultant, through the colonoscopy and post procedure results follow up, Dr. Humphries was always extremely kind, taking all the time needed to hear my concerns and address all questions I had, and has always put me at ease, explaining things in a clear and calm manner, leaving no stone unturned regards treatment options and making me feel reassured after the procedures done. I have no words to express my gratitude to him, and all his team of assistants, nurses, and his exceptional PA, Kristina Cervenanska, who has been outstanding, on helping me arranging things in such short notice, from day one. Rishi Sharma and I met after being referred by a different doctor following on from a recent CT scan. He was very clear from the start and offered reassurance that came very naturally. He made my concerns feel valid and was willing to listen to the issues I was having. He took on board my current lifestyle including hobbies and career and encouraged them, rather than suggest anything else like I have had previously (I have lost count the amount of professionals that suggested I needed a career change rather than exploring to why I was so unwell). I attended Luiza’s group classes initially and then moved on to 1-to-1 sessions once I was heavily pregnant. She has an incredible ability to modify exercises to suit each person’s individual needs, even within a group setting. Her attention to detail, precision, and ability to make subtle adjustments made a huge difference to my strength and mobility throughout pregnancy. On top of that, she’s a genuinely lovely and caring person, which makes such a difference when you’re navigating pregnancy. It’s easy to see why her classes are always booked weeks in advance. Her physiotherapy background really shows and adds an extra layer of confidence and safety to everything she does.

I was looked after by Dr Sukhjinder S Nijjer, and I have to say that he really was a most excellent doctor. He was very informative about my issue, also the way it would be treated and answered my questions in a reassuring and friendly manner. I would strongly recommend Dr Nijjer to other people with a similar problem to the one I had. I was looked after very well by friendly and most professional nursing staff and this also applies to Dr Jonathan Cousins and the team in the operating theatre and recovery area. ,i I found the hospital modern and I was given a really nice room with good facilities'.

I spent 3 days at the Royal Free PPU as an in-patient following major surgery and I have nothing but praise for the treatment I recieved from start to finish. My surgery was scheduled speedily, the operation went as well as hoped, and all of the PPU team members who took care of me - Consultants, Doctors, Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Housekeeping - were professional but at the same time, kind and reassuring. I was really anxious about the surgery and for me, the care that I received as an in-patient, made the whole experience so much less stressful.

My visit with Mrs Bulchandani was thorough and professional, and I felt well supported. Mrs Bulchandani was able to provide initial reassurance following a hands-on examination. An ultrasound carried out on the same day put my mind further at rest, and bloods taken during the appointment confirmed where I was on my menopausal journey. I can’t rate Mrs Bulchandani enough, and if I need to seek another appointment with a gynaecologist I wouldn't hesitate to see Mrs Bulchandani again. Thank you!
