Working with Rachel has been genuinely life-changing. My name is Kevin, I'm in my 40's and a buisness owner in London. Over the past nine months, through a sustainable and healthy approach to eating and nutrition, built around a highly personalised, DNA-based programme through The DNA Way, she has helped me lose 21kg to date. I started this journey at 102kg and am now down to 81kg, with my next weight goal being approximately 77kg. This has made it much easier to stay consistent, as the plan fits into my busy work and social life and includes foods that I genuinely enjoy, rather than feeling restrictive. The journey has not been straightforward, as I have a number of medical challenges that need to be carefully factored into everything we do. These limitations have restricted how much physical exercise I’ve been able to carry out, meaning progress hasn’t been driven by training alone. Instead, we’ve had to be thoughtful, strategic, and creative in our approach. Rachel has been exceptional at adapting plans around these constraints, ensuring that everything remains safe, realistic, and achievable while still delivering consistent results. Despite these challenges, progress has continued, and that’s been one of the most reassuring parts of working with Rachel. There is always a clear plan, measurable goals, and a structured approach that keeps things moving forward without compromising my health. I’m confident we will reach the remaining goals by staying disciplined, trusting the process, and continuing to work to the plan we’ve put in place, particularly because the approach is tailored to my DNA and therefore works for me as an individual. The biggest takeaway I can give anyone considering working with Rachel is that success comes down to discipline and consistency, but those are made much easier when the approach fits around real life and is built specifically for you. Rachel provides everything you need, including the education, structured plans, guidance, and recipe ideas, but it’s up to you to follow through. If you commit to the process and apply what she teaches you, the results will come. I’m living proof that even with medical limitations, a busy lifestyle, and long-term habits to change, meaningful and lasting change is absolutely possible with the right support and approach.

Both of my clinicians were friendly and professional. In particular, Hannah Geary was excellent - reading my report from her, I felt she really listened and understood my situation and experiences. A few negative points: I arrived around 5-10 minutes early for my in-person appointment and no one from Skylight was listed on the outside of the clinic. I tried to speak to someone else on the buzzer list, but they couldn't help. I then rang the Skylight number and got an answer machine. Only then did my clinician arrive - he said he didn't know my appointment was at 9.30am as he never does appointments that early. This was an unnecessarily stressful experience, and when relaying this to Hannah Geary, she asked for my permission to escalate this. The wait time on communication was much longer than I would have expected. My report was also delayed because my early developmental questionnaire was somehow not linked to my profile. I received initial emails saying everything was complete in October, but then the eight-week timeline passed and I had to chase up. Had someone contacted me earlier to say there was a problem (which was easily rectified), I would not have had to wait an extra month to get my final report. I also haven't received confirmation that my request for extra sessions has been acknowledged and a rough timeline for these, so will follow up on email.

There was a lot of confusion in regards to my follow up appointment post surgery. An appointment was booked and agreed for Monday morning, another appointment was booked for the afternoon in addition to the morning appointment, which I tried to rearrange for the following day and recieved confirmation, that appointment I found out later had not been booked and one was made for the following week, and I had called to confirm the appointment for Monday morning too. I found out later that the Monday morning appointment was cancelled but I was not told this until I arrived for the appointment early. Gill at reception was extremely helpful and was immediately on the case to help me as this was a wound check appointment. She spoke to Nikki and Bev and I was able to be seen very quickly. I appreciated all the help I was given by Gill and she helped me create my next appointment for 6 weeks time and navigate the situation well. The appointment itself was informative and very good. I believe there was a mix up with the lists for the day and it seemed to be that everyone just got confused with what appointments for me were needed to be rearranged/ cancelled. Everything was resolved quickly and calmly, and I thank everyone for their help in resolving this.

Mr Wilson is not only a fantastic surgeon, he is a fantastic man. He is very understanding, empathic and very knowledgeable. Mr Wilson has been with me throughout a very difficult journey, I had a full term stillbirth back in 2022, Mr Wilson delivered my son. I truly believe if Mr Wilson hadn’t been the consultant on call that evening then my life would look completely different now. Mr Wilson then undertook bilateral salpingectomy surgery on me to investigate fertility problems. Again I was met with compassion and empathy. I then became pregnant with my rainbow baby, the pregnancy was very difficult mentally and Mr Wilson and his secretary continuously checked in on me to ensure I had the right support and care. Mr Wilson then delivered my baby again by c-section, I was asked for my input as to how I wanted the surgery to look in terms of music, talking, atmosphere etc. Mr Wilson ensured all my wishes were adhered to and he even managed to avoid further complications which were expected. Mr Wilson is truly the best consultant and surgeon and I wouldn’t trust my life in anyone else’s hands. Thank you Mr Wilson.

Dr Anoop Shetty and his team at the London Bridge clinic and hospital can be highly recommended to deal expertly with the investigation, treatment and surgical management of abnormal heart rhythms. In his clinic there was plenty of time to discuss and ask questions about atrial fibrillation, the need for blood thinning medication and the potential benefits and risks associated with ablation surgery. You can expect to wear a heart monitor for a few days with a review of the findings. In my case an additional problem of heart block was identified requiring the surgical insertion of a pacemaker. Whilst in hospital in your own room every member of staff did their job in a very professional, reassuring and friendly manner. Follow-up was equally as thorough ensuring no questions remained unanswered.

I was extremely happy with the hospital and the level of care I received. From the moment I arrived, all of the nurses and staff were kind, professional, and incredibly attentive. I felt genuinely well looked after at every stage before and after surgery. The nursing team made me feel comfortable, reassured, and supported, always checking in on me and making sure I had everything I needed. Their calm and caring approach made a big difference and helped me feel at ease throughout my stay. The hospital environment was clean, well organised, and very reassuring, and the overall standard of care was excellent. I am truly grateful to the entire team and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone undergoing treatment or surgery.

Honestly, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly friendly and efficient, and the attention to detail really stood out. The clinic is thoughtfully designed to appeal to all ages — my 8 year old was quite apprehensive beforehand but ran straight in as soon as she spotted the Rubik’s cubes. The doctor was warm and approachable, and I was genuinely surprised to receive his report within just a few hours of the appointment. I’ve been to private clinics before, but nothing has compared to this level of care. Even being asked for feedback shows how much thought and consideration goes into Kidswell Health.

Both occasions on visiting the practice have been fantastic. Having a fear of the dentist isn’t great, but the reassurance from the staff is absolutely second to none. Talking through the steps to give you an indication of what’s going on etc. checking in constantly to make sure everything is ok with the procedure taking place! The staff are professional and very friendly, the practice is probably one of the best I’ve ever visited. It doesn’t have a normal sterile dentist feel to it! Again a great experience for someone who isn’t particularly keen on visiting the dentist.

I had treatment for severe rhinophyma. I consulted with Dr Rajpar who explained the treatment in detail. The treatment was carried out about 2 months later and Dr Rajpar and his staff were extremely caring and considerate. The procedure was done with CO2 laser. The lovely staff even called for and escorted me to my taxi ensuring I got home safely. I was asked to send daily pictures until I had healed. The results are outstanding and my life has been truly transformed.

Have been coming here since Sept 2025 for a cataract op, unfortunately unsuccessful. Have been treated for over a year including paying £2K for a steroid injection in my right eye. The CMO has not gone and I still suffer from distorted vision which is adversely affecting my vision and enjoyment in watching sport and playing golf.
