Delamere has been a godsend to me. From the first moment I contact them to the final day of my stay, they were warm, professional and caring. Each and every member of staff, from the cleaning teams to the senior leaders has the best interests of guests at heart. Delamere is a caring and friendly community which focuses on the needs of the individual, but in such a way that the programme does not feel over-medicalised. The care and attention given from the nursing team is second to none and nothing is too much trouble. They explain everything to you in a way you can understand and always have time for questions or queries. The guest liaison team are approachable and helpful as well as supportive and kind. The quality of the group session is excellent and well-thought through to support you on you recovery journey. This is exemplified by the outstanding quality of therapy and mentoring I received throughout my time at Delemere. The chefs are excellent and proved a nutritious and balanced diet which is excellent quality. The team as re also friendly and welcoming. What was special about Delemere is the personal touch. Every member of staff knew your name and was happy to chat about any issues you might have at any time of day. I cannot thank the staff enough for the opportunity they have given me to get my life back on track. I wholeheartedly recommend Delemere for anyone needing their expertise and support.

Everything great, but I would suggest that the reception team focus on the clients in front of them, rather than managing the phones at the same time – I wonder if phones could be managed somewhere away from reception, as every time I had to go back to the desk or passed it by there were people standing waiting being ignored because the reception team we’re doing other things, which doesn’t make a great first impression or mean that people feel cared about or important. This was the case at both the main entrance reception and the outpatient reception. Again, everything was great and everybody was lovely. But also to say that I was asked to come early but not told that I would be having an x-ray in advance, so I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment, then had to go for my x-ray and ended up not being seen until 40 minutes past my appointment time, which was the original time, before they moved it to an earlier slot! It didn’t really matter on this occasion, but it’s just a little inefficient and it would’ve been nice to have some clarity as to what to expect when I arrived and I could’ve also arrived in time for the x-ray prior to my appointment had I’ve been told, also I could’ve filled the forms in prior to arriving if they’ve been emailed. No complaints about anything though, and very happy with the service and care overall

My son was born with severe club foot in both feet, and his condition was very worrying from the beginning. His treatment started on the 5th day after his birth. Today, at just 2 years old, my son can walk, run, do all his daily activities, and has even started playing football. Seeing this progress feels like a miracle to us, and it has only been possible because of the timely involvement, dedication, and expertise of Mr. Verma. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Honestly blown away by this service I’m nearly 80 now, and I can’t even count how many doctor visits I’ve had in my life, but MyDoctor by Northern Health honestly left me a bit blown away. I wasn’t expecting much — you get used to being rushed through at my age — but I came off the call feeling like someone had finally taken the time to actually explain my own health to me. It felt different from the moment it started. No rushing, no talking over me, no making me feel like I was being dramatic. Just calm, proper care. I felt listened to in a way I haven’t in years. I actually felt like… well, like a person again, not someone they’re trying to hurry out the door. For the first time I understand what’s been setting things off, and what I need to do next time before it all gets too much. That alone is worth gold to me. I’ve been muddling along for years without this clarity. I’m honestly amazed. At my age you don’t expect to be surprised by much anymore, but this really did it. I’ll absolutely be using MyDoctor again — I wish I’d found it sooner.

I arrived at 8.50 for a 9 am appointment. Was taken for a urine test which was irrelevant to why I was there and I never saw any results of. At 9.01 I saw the Dr arriving in the clinic. I was told she had a telephone appointment. At 9.15 I saw a patient leave her consulting room and was eventually seen. Despite having filled out the pre questionaire with my medication Dr Carulli couldn't find it but instead wanted to go through them. But then in her covering letter to my GP missed out significant ones like statins. Dr Carulli listed herself as a specialist in Osteoporosis but didn't seem to know a lot - at one point asking why there were two scores in my DEXA scan (one is the T score one is the z score a WEB MD search can tell you that...).

Being a fairly anxious dental patient i was a bit stressed but really didnt need to be as all went well. Staff were friendly and helpful and on the odd occasion that appointents ran late they would communicate this well. Levi my dentist was very calm and professional through all my appointments and put my ease.
