Nicola Hood has been a diamond in a coal mine for me personally. She opened my mind so gently that I never even felt it happen. Her manor is so calming and her abilities to shine light and logic onto what for me was the unexplained has taken me to a place where i can begin to regain control of a very important aspect of my life. Nicola seems to have a very natural talent of getting to the route of things without a feeling of invasion into your private feelings. I was embarrassed about the way i was feeling when i first spoke with Nicola and I am still amazed how easy she was to talk to and how quickly she understood and clarified things for me. Thanks to Nicola I am on a new path, with a different mind set going forward and with all the tools she presented to me I am now determined to honor her invested passion and emotional input by successfully conquering my fears and challenges. I can honestly say that alone i would have not been able to get back to where i want to be but Nicola has opened this door for me and shown me that it is achievable. My future now seems clearer and hopefully by me holding up my end of the commitment I shall be riding my motorcycle again and i look forward to the spring of 2026 where I can thank Nicola from behind my motorcycle handlebars. The doctor has been fantastic as always. Im fully satisfied with his consultation. The operation outside the consultation was the challenge for a patient. After the consultation I was instructed to go to the reception and wait. I was waiting in the reception from around 19:15. A few other patients there were all called and gone and I was alone in the reception area when the receptionist finally spotted on me around 19:50, asking me if I was waiting for a consultation. I reminded them that that I had already finished it and waiting for the next step. They found in the system that they needed to make an appointment for ultrasound and injection for me. On the ultrasound and injection date. The appointment was 11:00. I arrived at 10:45 as your hospital request to the patient and started waiting. At 10:55, staff told me that the entrance area of the ultrasound treatment room had an urgent repaired work in progress and asked me to wait for 15 mins. The staff came over again telling me that it would be pushed back to 11:30.. At 11:35, I was finally invited for the ultrasound. All the staff were friendly, very apologetic and sympathetic. I just wanted to share that there was room for the operational improvement. Thank you for your service.

Pleasant waiting area with self-service drinks available. Within an hour you are called and escorted into the preparation/recovery room where you are prepared for the operation and the procedure is explained including a visit from the surgeon to check if you have any questions. The operation takes place in the adjacent theatre where again efforts are made to keep you informed as to what’s happening and before you know it you are escorted back to your recovery area for water and a biscuit. Staff were pleasant and attentive at all times. Once thoroughly checked out you return to the waiting area to be collected by your escort who has already been called to say your are ready for collection. I was back home within 2 hours

I have been to see Mr Lee on 3 occasions for surgery now. I could not have been happier with the process. Mr Lee is a very welcoming calm man. Needles to say I was very nervous walking into this situation after having a not great experience with the NHS for my first of 4 surgeries. I was worried about the time frame and how long I was going to be in pain for. Mr Lee assured me that all of my surgeries would be completed by Christmas. He completed all of my surgeries within a 2 months period and before Christmas. I could not be happier with the process and now have found a new lease of life pain free. Not only and amazing urologist/ surgeon but an all around excellent man. I am truly grateful for his work.

ADOS 2 Assessment and Autism coaching. After trying to get my adult autism assessment on NHS, I approached London Trusted Therapy to speed my diagnosis. I was very impressed by the professionalism of their staff: from the first moment I contacted them and spoke to Sofi, who took care of onboarding and scheduling, to expert guidance and support through evaluation process and ADOS 2 conducted by Dr Olena. I would recommend London Trusted Therapy to anyone looking for adult autism assessment without a long wait. I have also just started my autism therapeutic coaching with London Trusted Therapy as I was so impressive by how they conducted the diagnostic process. I am very impressed with my coach Becky.

I had a video consultation with Dr Kallis. In the previous months I had a abdominal ultrasound scan and a CT abdomen and pelvis dual phase scan which appeared to show conflicting results. Dr Kallis explained the purpose and limitations of such scans as the reason for such conflicts, which I found understandable and reassuring. He also outlined the appropriate tests to take to clarify any remaining issues. Dr Kallis was patient and clear in responding to any questions I had. The organisation of the video consultation was very efficiently handled by his Medical Secretary. I would certainly recommend Dr Kallis

I’ve been with Medical Prime for 4 years and I can’t recommend Dr Theodora Kalentzi highly enough. Menopause symptoms can creep up on you,. It’s easy to ignore if not extreme but over time you can lose your former self. It doesn’t have to be that way. Dr Kalentzi offers a highly personalised approach to finding the right type af HRT for each patient. Visits for me are a time to focus on me and my overall health and wellbeing. Dr Kalentzi makes her patients feel at ease and truly delivers life transformation results for women going through the menopause.

When I was recommended the Life Plus infusion I was shown a price list of 280 for members & 310 for non members & I agreed to proceed . When I paid I was charged 350 and told the price list I had been shown was an old one . The manager offered me £80 credit on any further treatment. Upon reflection I feel I should have been given the £40 reduction today . I also had to endure a neighbour listening to her phone message on loud speaker, when I asked her to use headphones she moved but proceeded to use her phone more quietly which was ok but not great .

I’d definitely recommend your clinic but was a little disappointed today by the lack of sympathy from the sonographers when I went for my 6 week 4 day scan. I explained that the pregnancy wasn’t viable (I’d had a blood test at your clinic on Saturday and learn by HCG only increased 8% in 48 hrs) and this would be my third miscarriage in 12 months from my IVF pregnancies and I didn’t receive any shock or sympathy for this. It wasn’t a big deal but if the practice wants to be even better some additional warmth and sympathy would go a long way.

I was made to feel very at ease from the first pre op visit and the day of the operation. I was surprised how calm I felt going into surgery. The surgery itself must have been done excellently as I stopped taking any painkillers after 4 days, was walking without crutches for 1km after 6 days and driving after 3 weeks.

Miss Tipples is the absolute best. She was friendly and explained everything I asked. The day of my hysterectomy she was reassuring. I had keyhole surgery and 4 weeks post surgery and you can barely see the incisions. If you have to have this surgery I would absolutely recommend Miss Tipples.
