Very chaotic administration after the initial consultation (errors and delays in invoicing, typos in the written opinion and delays in providing price information for surgery). I felt that the staff couldn't be bothered to get things moving and I had to keep chasing them. The package price quoted on the website for cataract surgery also turned out to be very misleading because the consultant wanted to charge an extra fee for fitting a toric lens, in addition to the extra cost of the lens itself. This pushed up the cost considerably. This extra, hidden, consultant's fee had not been made clear on the website and I felt that I had been induced into paying for a consultation on the back of misleading information about the cost of the surgery. The consultant may well have been an excellent surgeon (I don't know because I chose not to proceed) but these issues made me very uncomfortable and led me to lose complete confidence in the hospital. Going to Moorfields Private was a complete waste of time and money and the hospital ought to refund the consultation fee.

Wonderful care from good staff but the bed was uncomfortable and the room was too small and felt airless and too hot. But the main thing is that hopefully this surgery will enable me to have a better quality of life. I already feel that my powers of concentration have improved and my brain is working better. It seems to me that once the soreness and itchy neck skin heals I will be back at the gym in January feeling thirty years younger. The hospital has done a good job and staff team are excellent. My only recommendation is that you knock the building down and build some more comfortable bedrooms with good ventilation with some comfortable beds for tall people.

Miss Petrie was so friendly that I was immediately put at ease. She explained the nature of my cyst and explained why and how it should be removed. A follow up appointment was quickly made to perform the surgery. The surgical procedure itself was painless in every way! I was even asked to select my choice of music to be played in the background and Miss Petrie talked to me throughout the procedure, so I was totally distracted. I would have no hesitation in recommending Miss Petrie to my friends and family.

Couldn't praise Mr Tang anymore. From the moment I met him, kind, knowledgeable, calm, and I felt at ease even though I ripped my bicep less than a day before meeting him and was in a serious amount of pain. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer, and the surgery was as painless as it could have been. He did say he has never seen a bicep recover so quickly, which I am very proud of; however, I think that was more him than me. Thank you again.

Was a little confused and concerned with all the last minute changes for surgery, then to be told and left waiting in a room for surgery to then say ur appointment was not the appointment time when u came in on our computer so they did change my appointment time! Other than that surgeon was fantastic brilliant and friendly After Care - as given a bag of meds and a latter and cards for the doctor with no sore dressings for wound area.

I'm sure it was being decorated when I visited 6 months ago. Still is. Before appointment they send forms to be completed online. No problem with that except one is for COVID asking if anybody on the family has been to a country on the government red list or been told to isolate by NHS. Neither of those things happen now. I raise it every time and nothing changes. Almost as if nobody reads the reviews. So much for "quality"

Dr Hull was extremely helpful in explaining fully the implications of my CKD. He went over in detail all of my results and I now feel reassured and able to manage it. I would not hesitate to recommend his services and I will continue to liaise with him as my condition progresses and am extremely grateful I found him, I was called immediately I raised concerns and that is so reassuring.
