Mr Sam Dobson and the rest of the team at The Park Hospital were absolutely superb and provided first rate health care. In my initial appointment with Mr Dobson, I felt ‘heard’ and given a number of options that we discussed through and worked out which one would be the best for me. He was caring, considerate and highly professional at all times which made me feel very assured and confident in the surgery I was undertaking. An absolute first class service.

Mr Dobson was simply perfect in consult, pre and post surgery, as well as the all important surgery element itself. I had a robotic hysterectomy and am almost back to normal post 5 weeks - tiny incisions which will likely disappear within months. Delighted and highly recommended - super bedside manner, approachable and made me feel at ease at all times. Thank you.

Mr Dobson is brilliant - I highly recommend seeking his care for fertility issues. He was incredibly sensitive, empathetic, non-judgemental and kind in all my appointments. I felt listened to, taken seriously and never rushed. Being neurodivergent, I struggle in medical settings so this really helped. Everything was broken down in a way that made a complex minefield seem navigable, meaning I gained answers and interventions I had previously struggled to. A special mention for Mandy, whose quick responses, friendliness and patience made organising everything remarkably easy.

Sam has been very supportive during what has been a challenging time for me. I now feel much more informed, with clear answers and a well-structured plan moving forward. He took the time to thoroughly explore my medical history and concerns, and approached everything with genuine empathy.

Sam is by far the most personable, helpful, honest and empathetic professional that we have dealt with in our IVF journey. He understands our questions and motivations and provides clear and concise answers backed up with evidence. He performed a hysteroscopy for me and the overall experience was good and I was well looked after.

I came to Sam because I was desperate to regain control of my life. When I explained all the issues I was having in relation to my menstrual cycle and perimenopausal symptoms. Sam was kind, caring and very understanding of what I was going through. I felt like he listened to everything I had to say and didn't judge me. Sam provided a lot of information, which I found really helpful and aligned with some things that I had already tried/was trying in terms of managing my period. We eventually both agreed that hysterectomy was the way forward. Sam has changed my life! I would definitely recommend Sam to anyone!

I first attended with an issue that I found quite embarrassing to discuss, but Dr Dobson immediately made me feel completely at ease. Once this was resolved, another issue arose, and he was quick to identify possible causes and thoroughly investigate them. After diagnosing the problem, surgery was arranged promptly, along with the second procedure that was required. I can’t thank Mandy and Dr Dobson enough for everything they’ve done for me. What stood out most was their compassion. I’m used to feeling unheard, or when I am heard, not being taken seriously and feeling like a burden. Mandy and Dr Dobson never made me feel that way. Throughout, I felt listened to, valued, and respected during what has been a very confusing and emotional time in my life. Thank you.
