My son had a wobbling milk took, it was stopping me from cleaning the teeth next to it. They very kindly gave me an appointment for the next day, and took it out for him… no fuss, amazing job as always by everyone to do with this dentists.

Jo was very helpful in taking x rays to follow up a problem I had earlier in the year and ensure no further treatment was required now. JO, as always was friendly, welcoming and completely professional in every way.

This was my first check up for a while. The dentist, Claudia, was very kind and took the trouble to explain everything. The receptionists were very pleasant and helpful. The check up cost over £60 which seems a lot but I suppose is the going rate. My only complaint with this practice are the steps at the entrance. I have mobility problems and the steps are really difficult to negotiate even with the handrails. Another patient was having the same problem. Could they consider putting in a ramp perhaps?

I was disappointed with my recent appointment with the dental hygienist and, particularly given the £80 cost, I did not feel that I received good value for money. The appointment started late and lasted around 20 minutes in total. However, the actual cleaning of my teeth took less than five minutes. I appreciate that the amount of cleaning required will vary from person to person, but I would have expected a more thorough hygiene assessment, professional cleaning and personalised advice for an £80 appointment. Prior to the clean, the hygienist asked some basic questions, such as whether I drink coffee and tea and when I had last been to the dentist, but I wasn't asked about my medical history, whether I had any concerns, or the reason for my visit. There also didn't appear to be much assessment of my gums or overall oral health. After the very brief clean, I was told that everything was fine apart from some staining. I specifically asked whether there was any gum recession, at which point the hygienist looked again and then acknowledged that there was some recession. Naturally, I asked what I could do to prevent this from getting worse. Initially, I was told that she couldn't advise me and that I would need to speak to the dentist. I pressed the point and was eventually told to use an electric toothbrush. The hygienist then spent around five minutes looking for a model set of teeth to demonstrate brushing technique. The hygienist’s mobile phone was ringing repeatedly throughout the appointment, which was distracting. I would have expected more proactive and personalis...

My appointments were running late but both clinicians apologised. Unfortunately the hygienist had issues with the equipment but she was great and did a manual clean instead.

Lovely staff made to feel at ease as was very apprehensive. Everything explained in detail

Friendly and efficient

It was for a filling. The dentist wad very thorough, described the process fully, options for future, if issues arise etc.
