My recent consultation with Dr Weaver was very reassuring and informative. He took the time to see how I was getting on following my endoscopy and to discuss how I had been responding to the medication he prescribed to help with my symptoms. The medication has been incredibly helpful and has made a real difference to my day-to-day life, which I am very grateful for. I felt that there was a clear plan moving forward, and Dr Weaver reassured me that if I experienced any further problems or my symptoms returned, I could contact him and he would be there to help. It is reassuring to feel that you have a doctor who genuinely listens, cares about how you are doing and doesn’t make you feel like you are a nuisance for needing further help. I left the consultation feeling reassured, supported and confident that I was in good hands.

My experience at Nuffield Hospital was excellent from the moment I arrived. Everything was extremely well organised and the whole hospital had a calm, comfortable and reassuring atmosphere. Every member of staff I came into contact with was friendly, professional and genuinely caring. I was kept informed throughout my stay, never felt rushed and always felt that there was someone there if I needed anything. The hospital itself was spotlessly clean, my room was comfortable and the standard of care both before and after my operation was excellent. Nobody particularly wants to spend time in hospital, but the team at Nuffield made the whole experience as pleasant and stress-free as it possibly could be. I felt very well looked after from arrival through to discharge and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. A very easy 5 stars from me and a big thank you to everyone who looked after me.
