I cannot recommend Diverse Minds Clinic highly enough. From the very first contact, the entire experience was professional, supportive, and reassuring. She took the time to truly listen, asked thoughtful questions, and provided clear explanations throughout the assessment process. I never felt rushed, and for the first time, I felt genuinely understood. The diagnostic clarity and tailored treatment plan have made a significant positive impact on my life. The clinic’s approach goes far beyond a standard appointment, it is holistic, evidence-based, and deeply respectful of individual needs. Communication was excellent, appointments were well organised, and follow-up care was consistent and reliable.

I was really please with the quality of service at Medneo Great Portlane Street and the speed at which I got my results. The medics seemed very professional and made me feel calm. I wish I'd used the service sooner as before getting a private MRI which I paid for myself I had had a number of physio treatments and exercise plans which may my injury worse due to them not knowing what was actually wrong. They were working blind as it were. And the NHS wouldn't put me on a waiting list for a MRI through them. I got a 3T scan which I believe shows a bit more than a 1.5 scanner which cast me £299. If you can afford it it might be the right choice for you. I would definitely go to these people to have a scan again if I develop another injury.

Dr. Robertson promptly explored the possible causes of my discomfort with the molar,visually and with an X-ray, and established the tooth was infected. He clearly explained the pros and cons of the options of dealing with my infected tooth. I agreed that extraction was the best option and Dr. Robertson quickly and skilfully extracted my tooth. He then adjusted my denture which had been supported by the infected tooth and explained how to stabilise the denture in the new situation and what to consider in the future about adjustments to the denture or its replacement. I am very impressed with Dr. Robertson's expertise and friendly manner.

I met Dr David Annan today for a neck scan, I have to say I have never met a doctor who is so caring and understanding in my whole life He made me feel so comfortable as I was nervous, he kept asking if I had any questions and answered all my questions, he even asked my son if he wanted to ask anything which was such a nice gesture, Doctors like Dr David Annan really make you feel there are nice and caring people still out there, his happy personality really shines through Keep up the good work Dr David Annan and all the best for the future If in the future I ever need to see a Dr for my neck will only be you

I had appointments for a CTScan and an MRI. One after the other. For the CV Scan I was taken in early. For the MRI I was taken in some 30+ minutes late due to earlier overruns in the unit. That was no particular problem. What was a problem was the changing room in the CT Scan area. For a person who relied on balancing and walking with a stick, grab handles in the changing room would have been a godsend. There was nothing to hold on to to get down or up except the gown waste bin, which was very insecure. The bench seating was far to low and standing up was a real problem. It was rather dangerous.

Overall a good experience except the wait time for the report. The clinicians were professional and friendly. The administration staff were also professional and helpful. The reports are very thorough, clear and professional. The report was over 4 weeks past the date it was expected / had been told. This proved to be extremely stressful. For me it would have been better to advertise a longer wait time and deliver it sooner rather than the other way around. Of course I accept that delays can occur. Overall a good experience and would recommend. Thank you.

I spent 3 days at the Royal Free PPU as an in-patient following major surgery and I have nothing but praise for the treatment I recieved from start to finish. My surgery was scheduled speedily, the operation went as well as hoped, and all of the PPU team members who took care of me - Consultants, Doctors, Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Housekeeping - were professional but at the same time, kind and reassuring. I was really anxious about the surgery and for me, the care that I received as an in-patient, made the whole experience so much less stressful.

My wife and I live in higher Harlech which is rather hilly, I am on the disabled register my wife is 91 years old still driving but was putting more and more pressure on her! After I had the required surgery by Mrs Mathews, the following day was a revelation brightness and visibility that I had not seen in years.

I had a referral from my GP for a NHS appointment to see Mr Tubbs on 11th February, however, I can't make that date so I arranged a private appointment, which I had last week. The consultation went well but I was confused when told I still had to go ahead with the NHS appointment. To me that's a complete waste of NHS time and resource. Hopefully, this can be resolved. All staff were very helpful and courteous.
