From the moment I arrived at reception until I left at the end of my assessment I was treated really well. Reception staff were really friendly and respectful and explained the paperwork to be completed and assured me that the wait would not be too long. I was called within 5 minutes by the first nurse who carried out all the necessary basic checks explaining everything really clearly. She then sent me back to the waiting area until the doctors were ready to do the final assessment again I only waited about 5 minutes before I was called to the examination room. The doctor explained really clearly what all the tests were for and what would happen when the procedure was to be done. A very pleasant experience from start to finish

However the supplement for Hifas equilibrium are in large tablet form, which I am unable to comfortably take, hence why you kindly looked for a magnesium powder. Parking is excellent at Nuffield, staff on the ward were excellent and friendly. Pharmacist was particularly helpful. Post surgery care once discharged from the ward was also excellent when advice was sought. Food was very nicely served and reasonable quality
