I have recently had a course of Low Level Light Therapy for my Macular Dry Eye condition with Mr Yodaiken at his Dry Eye Clinic in Salford. Booking process is excellent via his very efficient and friendly PA and appointments take place precisely on time. Mr Yodaiken explained everything in great detail prior to my treatment starting that involved an OCT Scan followed with twice weekly sessions for 4 weeks that are completely non invasive. A follow up consultation took place recently, 8 weeks after the final session along with a further OCT Scan for before and after comparison and results. The treatment has been extremely successful and the damaged macular has shown significant improvement in both of my eyes. I am pleased to very highly recommend Mr Yodaiken and upon his sound advice will continue to return for more LLLT in 9 months. Eyes are precious and the cost is well worth it.

Thursday afternoon visit, the surgery did not adjust to be that busy, arrived before my appointment time but still had to wait till after my scheduled time before being seen. Cat was blocked in when I be wanted to leave and I requested for the owner to move their vehicle as I had other engagements scheduled. No sense of urgency amongst the staff it appreciation that my time is as valuable as theirs. Managed to manoeuvre my car out whilst waiting so impact was not as bad as if I had waited for the other to move their vehicle but it was irritating.

The hospital staff were both friendly and professional, creating a very comfortable environment. My room was clean and well-appointed, and everything was explained to me clearly throughout the process. I felt reassured by the thorough checks carried out before and after the surgery. The catering staff were also very helpful and attentive. The entire process was efficient, with regular visits from staff to check on my recovery. I also received a follow-up call from Mr. Sian the next day to check on my condition, which I greatly appreciated.

Hospital attendance was simple and easy to register, X-ray on attendance (Unexpected) within minutes of arriving and sent to Mr Wilson minutes after where he called me in and showed me x-rays probably all within 10 minutes of having x-ray taken - very impressive. Met Mr Wilson for the first time although I checked his CV prior to attending. Thought he was younger then I expected but was caring, empathetic, professional and articulate reaching sound views on my condition. Just hoping he is as good as my experience with Mr Robin Turner.

I found the checking in process to be rather disappointing as my registration form contained 3 errors, I.e. the wrong G.P. And surgery, The doctor and address were in Scotland, not Sandford, Dorset. The wrong date of birth, which blocked me from entering further emails and a mis-spelling of my husband’s title. The receptionist was rather curt pointing out that as I had signed the form I had approved one of the mistakes which I had not noticed. Otherwise the experience and on going attention from the staff has been Excellent.

I had a hip replacement operation performed by Mr Bartlett at the Princess Grace hospital. From the initial consultation through to surgery and post operation care the service provided by Mr Bartlett was exemplary. I walked out of the hospital after two days using only a walking stick and after the first week I was walking normally without any aids. After 8 weeks I resumed yoga and spin classes at out local sports centre. I would highly recommend Mr Bartlett to anyone considering hip replacement surgery.

No problems at all. Everything was explained fully, and respectfully. All questions answered and options fully explained, with a clear rationale for each. The only issue I had was nothing to do with Dr Petzer or the Cardiac team. It was to do with the CAT scan. Immediately after having the CAT scan, I was sat waiting and appeared to have been forgotten about for 40 mins, until the duty doctor walked past and noticed me.

The space is consistently clean and well-maintained, which makes a big difference when you're coming in regularly for rehab or recovery work.
