Not only is he thriving, but you have also helped us see what we once viewed as weakness as a source of great strength. You have helped us accept him exactly as he is, and instead of wishing to change him, we now want to focus on his many strengths and find ways to support him. Your gentle and supportive approach was truly transformative during a time when we felt completely at a loss and frightened for him. The two sessions you had with him will always remind him that whenever he needs support, there are special people out there who can guide him. That is life changing. He will know that instead of suffering alone, he can trust us to support him and to seek help when he needs it. You also supported us tremendously when we were struggling . Your patience and acceptance were so comforting, even when we did not have the presence of mind to express it at the time. You have changed our sons view of the world, and our view of him and of what is possible when it comes to support. I had a Rhinoplasty here with Lucian Ion. I'm grateful to all of the staff at the hospital for making my stay so comfortable; the room was clean and comfortable, and whenever I needed help the nurses were quick and helpful, plus the food was really good. The surgery and anaesthetic itself went smoothly, and it was re-assuring to talk to both surgeon (Mr Ion) and anaesthetist (Dr Warwick Marchant) beforehand, and then see Mr Ion multiple times after the surgery. When I was soon to be discharged from the hospital I momentarily (for a few minutes) felt very rough; the hospital staff were really friendly and there wasn't any rush to discharge. One thing I did note is that there wasn't always complete consistency between the surgeon and the hospital, e.g. on the admission time, or on how to clean the wounds, so I would suggest trying to improve this (the patient, at least speaking for myself, isn't always a reliable intermediary), however this was a very minor issue.

We’ve been seeing Dr. Amar at Happy Kids Dental in Hammersmith with both of our children, and he has been absolutely amazing every single time. He’s kind, professional, patient, and always knows how to make kids feel relaxed and safe — even when they were a bit scared at first! Unfortunately, both of our kids had a few cavities, but thanks to Dr. Amar’s gentle and caring approach, they got through all the treatments without fear or stress — and now they actually look forward to seeing the dentist! 🦷💛 A huge thank you to Dr. Amar for his incredible care and kindness. I have been to see Miss Bowring and Miss Evans for abnormal bleeding which was solved by the insertion of a Mirena coil. Unfortunately, the Mirena coil became dislodged (because of separate medical issues) and needed removing and reinserting. I trusted Miss Bowring and Miss Evans with my care and felt well informed and supported from beginning to end. In addition, their PA, Jemma, is knowledge and extremely helpful - she went above and beyond to help me when I encountered issues with my insurer. I cannot recommend London Gynaecology enough - 11/10!

Mr Patani has looked after me from my very first appointment 17 months ago, when my cancer was diagnosed. I cannot praise him highly enough - he has quite simply saved my life. He is incredibly thorough, speaks in clear and appropriate language so I have always been informed, and has always been patient and kind. Mr Patani performed my surgery and did a superb job. He is meticulous about every detail and I always felt that I was in the best hands. His nurses are incredible, endlessly patient, and ready with a hug and a tissue when needed!

All in all a fantastic experience dealing with the Forbury Clinic, I had a vasectomy procedure and dealt with surgeon Paul Hadway and his team who were great, from my first consultation to the actual procedure Paul put me at complete ease, from start to finish it’s been a pleasure dealing with him and the Forbury Clinic, I only wish now that I had the procedure carried out many years ago. If anyone is thinking about having a vasectomy I would 100% recommend Paul and his Team at The Forbury Clinic.

Fit2function is the best physio clinic I have visited. As a sportsman, physio is an important part of my routine for both rehab and prehab. Many of the clinics I have attended don’t accommodate sports and return to play. My experience at Fit2function was great. I saw Harrison, who is an ex athlete and understood my needs well. The equipment is modern and top of the range, and the philosophy is very aligned to returning to sport and having the best possible outcome. I would highly recommend them.

Extremely professional yet friendly, calming experience during my hysteroscopy which I'd felt anxious about beforehand. Everything was explained clearly to me by Aaron, before, during and after the procedure and he had everything ready so it was all over so quickly. Really efficient and caring team and I felt extremely comfortable and well looked after. I didn't expect the experience to feel good given the procedure being done but I am so pleased to be able to say it was great!

Downstairs work being done to the building. Noisy and lots of stuff/materials over the waiting room floor. I found the whole experience poor considering this is a private paying surgery. I understand the work needs to be done, however for a patient it is not ideal by a long shot. Not a relaxing atmosphere or acceptable. This is the second time I have been and the same building work being done.
