She spoke to me with kindness, understanding, and total honesty, and from that first meeting I knew I was in the safest hands possible. Throughout every stage of my treatment, Miss Iqbal treated me with dignity and genuine care. She didn’t just explain things; she made sure I truly understood them. She listened to my worries, answered every question, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. She treated me as a person, not just a patient, and that made all the difference during such an emotional and challenging time. As for the surgery itself — I am still in complete awe. The results have been absolutely amazing, far beyond anything I could have hoped for. The precision, skill, and detail in her work are mind-blowing. I am so pleased and relieved with the outcome. She didn’t just operate on me; she helped give me back my confidence, my comfort, and a sense of myself that I thought I might lose. I will never be able to thank her enough for that. I am a very active 51 year old man and Mr Atkinson fixed my medial meniscus tear which had been obstructing movement in my leg. After 8 weeks I am back swimming, practicing Yoga 5 times a week (all poses including deep squats and child pose) and I also started kick boxing again. I will be training jiu jitsu again in a week's time. I also climbed the stairs at Highgate tube station this week - all 100 of them - without any pain or locking. I had a very good experience with Mr Atkinson. From initial to final consultation I was very happy with the care given to me. In fact my girlfriend who is also a doctor was very impressed by Mr Atkinson's knowledge on a variety of questions she asked. He was very accommodating of her as well allowing her to talk to him on the phone and with me in my final consultation. I want to thank Mr Atkinson for putting me forward for this care, without this I would be struggling with my physical activities and now I have a new lease of life. Thank you so much.

The outcome of my deep plane facelift was exceptional - the results far exceeded my expectations. Mr Saleh didn’t over play the potential outcome he offered realistic outcomes but to my delight the results were beyond what I’d hoped far. The reception was not particularly efficient. I’d paid for the consultation in advance but asked for payment. I did have to pay for blood tests & waited 25 minutes because the receptionist was unable to transfer the amount from the laptop to the card machine. The dryer in the first floor toilet was broken but no hand towels were provided to dry my hands. It was the same exactly a week earlier. I also received numerous text messages & emails most were repetitive & caused confusion as several arrived the same day. The saving grace was thankfully the clinical staff were friendly & efficient.

My hip operation was successful and carried out by Mr Edward Gardner. His professionalism in he listening and explaining about the operation. After the operation Mr Gardner used a vacuum pump on my scar to heal / seal and keep the wound clean; this has worked really well. My scar has closed cleanly. I now feel more confident in my mobility and I have no worries in returning to have the other hip replaced in the future by Mr Gardner.
