I was impressed by the building and my two radiology appointments were combined and seen to earlier than I expected. I waited in the café area, which was roomy and comfortable, until it was time to go to see the consultant. I waited until the appointed time and was seen to on time and very ably. There would have been a long wait for a blood test and CT scan, and I was assured the receptionist would contact me at home about having both the following day at Portland Place. I called the main number in the late afternoon, as I had heard nothing, and the man I spoke to, booked me into Portland Place for the following day. It was a very pleasant experience, and unlike any hospital visit I can remember, as the surroundings were spacious and unintimidating.

I cannot rate the hospital highly enough following my recent operation. From the moment I arrived I was looked after by a number of staff members, all of who could not do enough to ensure I was comfortable, informed and had everything I needed. In particular nurses Damian, Sonia, Cindy and Salmon were wonderful, also the catering lady who's name i didn't catch, Steve the pharmacist, Mr Murray the anesthetist, and Mr Lewis the surgeon. All the staff were very friendly and relaxed which helped me settle in a situation I could have felt very uncomfortable and nervous in. Even though this procedure was covered by insurance I would not hesitate to self pay in the future if needed to have this level of care again.

Nuffield Health Woking Hospital

I was very happy with the facilities at Nuffield Woking and all the staff were friendly, supportive and efficient - I had a booking in nurse, a physio (providing equipment and advice, ensuring I know how to the equipment safely), someone took my after op food order ensuring my dietary requirments (Coeliac) were catered for, an after procedure nurse who made regular checks and provided discharge advice and a pharmacist, who provided after care medication and advice on dosage and requirements. All of these memeber so staff were very polite, caring and provided clear advice - I felt very well cared for and looked after. Thank you everyone.

Overall, I had a good experience at the Fitzrovia Suite. The midwives were supportive, kind, and readily available, providing good care following my c section. I was particularly grateful for the overnight support. The team helped look after my baby, ensuring I was able to get much-needed sleep and rest, which was invaluable for my recovery. However, The handover process between midwives during shift changes could be better managed, as there were some gaps in communication between team members. Additionally, the catering was fairly average and quite rigid in terms of meal timings and available options, which could be more flexible.

I recently had toe joint replacement surgery. From my initial appointment with Mr Madhav through to the final one, he was calm, clear and reassuring. He went through the options available to me and explained the pros and cons of each. Any questions I had were clearly and fully answered. I feel that the care and attention he provided could not have been bettered. I am now 11 weeks post operation and I am delighted with my 'new' toe. I have no pain and am walking more easily than I have done for years. I am so grateful to Mr Madhav and would highly recommend him. Thank you Mr Madhav

It was helpful, informative and thoroughly supportive at every stage. I would have appreciated a visit after the operation from manjit, even a ten second one, to tell me how it had gone. And although any questions were dealt with perfectly adequately on the phone, that can never replace a face to face session. (Note to manjit: although I was encouraged to ‘feel free’ to attend a clinic, I was more than aware that when someone is paying with difficulty for private medicine, nothing is ever free!)

I was greeted with a hallo and a smile and very professional I was only seated for approximately 5-10 minutes when I was called in by a nurse who also greeted me with a smile and asked how I was doing The doctor greeted me in the same way while shaking my hand He then proceeded with explaining everything then asked me what I wanted to do and was not pushy in any way very professional I will definitely recommend you

I couldn’t recommend the clinic more highly. The time between diagnosis and treatment was impressively short. I received excellent support from the doctor throughout the process. My surgery went smoothly, and I recovered very quickly, returning to full health in no time. I’m incredibly grateful to the clinic and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who isn’t feeling well but can’t quite figure out what’s wrong.

I was called in to see the dentist 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, which normally doesn't happen. It was the first time I'd seen this dentist and she was lovely. Very thorough and gentle too. Her assistant was a little rough with the suction tool and I had to get her to stop a couple of times, as my teeth were cleaned. Overall though I was very pleased and have re-booked with the same dentist.

I have left a review about MR Soo Park already, But here we go, MR Soo Park was great he answered all my questions and made me feel relaxed. The surgery took no time at all I was getting both eyes done and it took tops 15 minutes tops after the operation I went home and slept for 6-7 hours when I woke I couldn't believe how much colour I had been missing in my life. Thank you MR Soo Park.
