About Dr Henry Seligman
Dr Henry Seligman is a Consultant Interventional Cardiologist. He is currently based at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust And Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
Dr Seligman completed his undergraduate medical degree at University College London, qualifying with Distinction in 2011, having previously obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford. He undertook his early postgraduate training in the London Deanery.
He completed specialist cardiology training as a registrar across several major centres, including Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, Hammersmith Hospital, Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals, and West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. During this time, he undertook advanced fellowship training in interventional cardiology, including coronary and structural heart intervention.
Alongside his clinical training, Dr Seligman completed a PHD at the National Heart and Lung Institute, studying coronary artery blood flow, resulting in numerous high impact publications.
His clinical practice focuses on interventional cardiology, including the assessment and management of coronary artery disease and the delivery of catheter-based cardiac procedures. He also sees patient with general cardiology problems such as chest pain, breathlessness, high blood pressure and palpitations. Dr Seligman has a particular interest in preventative cardiology and undertakes research in the field of cholesterol treatment.

I had a very pleasant and informative session. Dr Seligman is a true professional and amazing doctor.
I went in for my blood pressure and oh my gosh Dr henry was so great he gave incredible advice was extremely friendly yet also just as professional I am so glad to have been seen by him. we had to have an awkward conversation about a health problem that normally makes me very uncomfortable but dr Henry somehow made it all seem okay and i have hope for the future. he really seems like he genuinely cares about his patients.

Very pleased with doctor as he was patient and explained well
Dr Seligman answered all my questions and was very professional. The only reason I gave my overall experience 4 out of 5 is the waiting time as the clinic was running late for around 30 minutes. I’m glad that I will be referred back to Dr Seligman once I am done with my heart surgery at the Royal Brompton.
