Dr Hartley and his team were excellent in all respects, in terms of medical cutting edge skill, as communicators (and Dr Hartley provides exemplary leadership in that field) and in compassion that makes he and they go the extra mile. Dr Hartley is that rare type of physician who lights up the room when he enters and fills a nervous patient, such as me, with confidence.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Adam Hartley for the outstanding care he has provided to my mother, Layla Najjarssian, over the past two years. Dr. Hartley is one of the rare consultants I have had the privilege of meeting. What has impressed me from our very first appointment is that he always comes fully prepared. He has clearly taken the time to review my mother’s medical history, investigations, and previous results before seeing her. As a result, every consultation is focused, efficient, and meaningful. He always knows exactly where we are in her treatment journey, explains everything clearly, and approaches every decision with confidence, professionalism, and exceptional expertise. In addition to his outstanding clinical knowledge, Dr. Hartley has a genuinely kind and reassuring manner. Every appointment begins with a warm smile and a calm presence that immediately puts patients and their families at ease. His compassion is just as remarkable as his medical expertise. One moment I will never forget was the day of my mother’s procedure. I was sitting in the corridor, feeling extremely anxious while waiting for news. Dr. Hartley noticed how worried I was and kindly stopped to ask how I was doing. A little while later, despite his busy schedule, he came back specifically to reassure me by saying, “Your mum is doing well. She’ll be out soon.” Those simple words brought me immense comfort at one of the most stressful moments of my life. That level of kindness and humanity cannot be taught—it comes from the heart. Thank you, Dr. Hartley, for your exc...

Dr Hartley was wondering in explaining the sometimes difficult cardiology jargon with both professionalism and reassurance during a delicate and stressful time. Delighted to have been both treated and followed up by him. Thank you.

Very clear explanations on follow-up visit. Clear explanation on what medicines could be discontinued and what is critical if future blood tests indicate a change might be needed.
