Throughout my nursing career I have worked with many consultants in both the public and private sectors, I was exceptionally disappointed in the lack of care, compassion and empathy I was shown during my appointment! * He shook the previous patients hand, he did not even offer his hand to me, nor did he introduce himself. * He recorded the whole consultation on his phone without asking for consent. * He didn’t undertake a thorough examination, all he did was ask me to bend and straighten my leg, pushed my knee to see where the pain was. No assessing me walking, rotating nothing. * No assessing my pain, or asking what analgesia I take. * The treatment decision was made on an X-ray which is from 2024, I had to push for him to read my MRI from Oct 2025. Which he only skim read. * Said I need to stop exercising as it doesn’t help, I need to go on monjaro (which is clinically not advised for me with a HBa1C of 26!) for weight loss, and then I need a knee replacement. Also I need to eat less without asking what I eat. * Said arthroscopy would be futile, and the meniscal tear is part of life! Despite not looking at the MRI to see the extent of the tear. I then asked about having my 33mm cyst aspirated which he said he can arrange if I want it. Which I said I do! * I was out in less than 10 mins!!!

She was extremely thorough with her diagnostics, explained everything to us very clearly, and guided his recovery in a way that made us feel calm, reassured, and well supported throughout a very stressful time. Mr Tsepov was recommended to me by a previous patient. I’m happy he was. His team worked well together like a well oiled machine with personal touches to ensure I knew the process, what to expect etc. Due to my work schedule there were occasions that I couldn’t see Mr Tsepov in person and they accommodated me with a quick turnaround to a video call. I’ve had previous surgeries and this was the least invasive surgery I’ve had. I was able to walk around on Day 2 and since then have had a steady climb to healing. The team were great and were a message away if I had any questions and this was really appreciated. I would 100 percent recommend Mr Tsepov and in fact have recommended him to two other colleagues already!

After NHS blunders after a severe fall, I spent some time researching a consultant who I felt could help diagnose my injury. Tim Clough video instinctively drew me to him and I was not disappointed. He was welcoming and gentle, putting me at ease, in my distress, straightaway. He listened attentively and examined me thoroughly, answering my numerous questions. Within a week after that first consultation I had thorough MRI scans, diagnosis & a treatment plan. It was the first time I had felt I had been listened too in respect of the injury. Attentive and thorough care received. Pitt that Benenden policy prevents sharing of imaging results so that another professional caring for patient can compare notes. Resulted in 1 month delay with MEI brain which required further investigation by CT when ENT specialist went on leave for a month and sane with CT abdo as follow up appointment planned alnost a month after test and had to be under care of another specialist abroad. The Secretary catehorically refused to send report citing Policy. Not the Doctor's fault but when Drs cantl't follow up for a month, reports should be shared.

It would help to have the same team more regularly as per the information but I realise that because of ‘flu it was not possible Some locus on Daturdau were good. One useless The hospital experience other than the rehab was nothing like as good as the Princess Grace and left alot to be desired

I was seen in the endoscopy unit not in the private wing. The receptionist had disappeared for nearly 20 mins and I waited along with 3 other NHS patients one of whom was very elderly. Clinical care was good and as expected. Recovery nurse was not welcoming either and didn’t even offer anything for patients who had nothing for 24 hours plus.
