My recent appointment was to talk about trying testosterone as part of my HRT regime. Dr Ahlund took the time to explain everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. Dr Ahlund is very easy to talk to and has a very calm and supportive approach. She is very understanding and always makes me feel at ease. I wasn't getting the support and HRT medication I needed from my GP practice so turned to the Norfolk Menopause clinic for additional help. Thanks to the help of Dr Ahlund I am now on HRT and back to feeling much more like my old self. Having the time to talk to someone so knowledgeable is so important at this stage of life and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both the clinic and Dr Ahlund.

I had an appointment with Dr Fiona Kerr I have been very unwell with a chest infection, however Dr Kerr listened to my lungs etc and heard a slight crackling and I was wheezing and coughing, so she wrote a prescription for steroids, Antibiotics and give me a blue inhaler to use if my chest was tight. I thought overall I got great service from the Doctor and the staff im in a wheelchair and found the clinic fully accessible. Thank you for great care.

Absolutely first class friendly , processional service , I had been suffering for two years with Gall Bladder pain without Stones and seen a number of Doctors who could not get to the bottom of the pain . Prof Jones identified the problem and the Gall Bladder removal procedure could not have gone better . The reason I didn't give five stars to all the points is that the hospital slightly fell down on its admin/paperwork. On my first visit the address of my GP practice was incorrect, although I had given the correct one; the discharge notes were almost illegible; and I was not given an advice leaflet from Bright-Eyes on how to proceed with eye management for the first 24hrs or so, until I was able to speak to Mr Bender.

I came to him disillusioned from other psychiatric services, but his empathetic, clear and holistic approach is really helping as I get started on my treatment plan. The only thing that I wasn’t happy about was when I arrived at the hospital I was let in the room for 6 hours until I was taken to the theatre with out anyone coming and explaining what the delay was I was oppoligsed to but the point was no one kept me informed
