He gave me a very clear picture of the issues involved in the surgery and the possible outcomes. I went into surgery feeling well informed and clear about all the possibilities. Happily all went very well and his advice on the way forward is clear. From both Mr. and Mrs. Bahl I received very clear feedback on our consultations and test results and the way forward. In both their hands I have received an excellent and very professional service which has guided me through life issues which were distressing and embarrassing and this has been achieved leaving me feeling well, happy, reassured and once again part of the human race. I can only express my absolute gratitude to them both.

I had a really great experience at this private GP appointment and couldn’t fault it. Dr Owen Weeks was fantastic — very kind, reassuring, and took the time to listen properly. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel genuinely comfortable and cared for. It was such a refreshing experience compared to feeling rushed elsewhere. Overall, it was a great doctor’s appointment and well worth going private. I left feeling reassured and confident, and I would highly recommend this service to anyone considering it. My care at this clinic has been outstanding and I would recommend it to anyone needing expert psychiatric support for complex trauma. The service is psychiatry-led, with the consultant coordinating treatment plans and supervising input from psychology, occupational therapy, group therapy and trauma modalities including EMDR, DBT, CBT and embodied psychotherapy. This ensured that care was coherent rather than fragmented. I initially attended four in-person sessions per week and have now safely transitioned to monthly. The team have specialist expertise in workplace bullying, institutional power dynamics and identity-related trauma, which is unusual to find. The level of understanding and clinical leadership has made a meaningful difference to my recovery, and I could not recommend the service more highly.

I received excellent care from Mr Challacombe for prostate cancer, diagnosed in 2023. I had a robotic total prostatectomy for a high grade cancer and two and a half years later I remain cancer free, with normal urine continence and satisfactory recovery in erectile function. My follow-up appointments are always on time as scheduled. I highly recommend the professional care provided by Prof Challacombe to any man faced with a diagnosis of prostate cancer.
