My most recent visit was a post-surgery appointment. The purpose was to assess my progress and to provide advice and , in my case, a lot of reassurance that I will make a full recovery. Everything went well. Mr. Ibrahim was very factual and reassuring. I left the appointment feeling less stressed, confident that I will return to my being very active. My overall experience under Mr.Ibrahim's care has been positively memorable. He is very professional, calm, friendly and knowledgable. His support team is excellent! Amira was my contact. She was friendly, professional and pretty much perfect. She moved heaven and earth to ensure everything was in place pre and post - surgery. Dealing with Mr. Ibrahim and Amira has been an absolute pleasure.

It’s underneath my chin, lopsided, on top of any tissue, not even near my chin bone, and they refute 2nd opinions I’ve had that there’s anything wrong with this. They also promised me a referral for a CT scan for months but keep deferring. So I’ve had to arrange these scans myself to get proof needed. Made a formal complaint and didn’t even get a written response. Independent adjudication (ISCAS) next then Small Claims. They will not take responsibility for negligence/errors so beware! Please pass on so people are aware - as this needs to be made public

I booked first appointment an ultrasound with Mrs. Maria, but unfortunately, two days before my appointment I had a miscarriage. I did not cancel the appointment because I wanted to understand what was happening. Mrs. Maria was extremely polite, understanding, and—most importantly—honest, which I believe is exactly what someone needs in such a difficult situation. She guided us on which tests I need to do and provided all the necessary information with care and professionalism.Thank you for everything. The overall experience was good at the start been going go treatment over a year the oncologist never contacts me only if I complain the nurses never pass my concerns on I’ve been waiting for private prescription for 6 days which has never turned up rang and spoke to a doctor he promised to pass it on to oncologist never happened after 4 phone calls the service is disgusting the amount of fees I am paying I expect a better service than I’m getting I’m seriously thinking of going back to NHS where I did get better service I certainly wouldn’t recommend Genesis Care to anyone

This was a follow up after an intial appointment 6 months ago which was a negative experience, I was however sent for an MRI without much hope of help in the future.just more pain! Attended MRI mistakenly procedure was for the wrong foot. Persuaded the Radiographer to do other one she did however take the affected foot, proving severe arthritis exists in my foot. Distressed to get result yesterday and would have liked a definite follow up appointment not just I think will be seeing you in the future
