I'm absolutely delighted with the outcome of my TKR. Prior to the op, walking had become excruciating. Now I don't even think about it and can walk everywhere, swim and exercise as much as I want. Thinking back, my initial recovery was slower and more painful than I had imagined (I'm not a patient person!) - despite Mr Brew being totally straightforward about this from the very beginning. All I can say now is that it was entirely worth it. My advice to anyone else would be to accept recovery may take time, to take painkillers regularly as advised, to follow exercise plans as rigorously as you can manage without overdoing it (and above all without comparing your progress to anyone else's!), and to try to enjoy the rest (films on iPad can be a great distraction!). In addition to the surgery itself, Mr Brew and the Yorkshire Clinic have been very supportive and encouraging. I couldn't have asked for a kinder and more professional approach.

RTN Mental Health - Right To Choose

I was referred by my GP to RTN via Right To Choose and I have been diagnosed with combined type ADHD. I wanted an assessment which was thorough as I have other conditions such as anxiety, and it was very comprehensive. I felt like my full history was properly reviewed and explained to me. The assessment process was also vulnerable to go through, especially as an adult in my 40s, but all the staff I spoke to via email or face-to-face were very kind, supportive and validating. Thank you. My overall experience was excellent and I would highly recommend RTN to others. My one small piece of feedback is whether you can incorporate a save button in the online forms. I find form-filling quite overwhelming and I think it would have helped to be able to do it in stages.

My whole patient experience was above and beyond. The staff were professional and showed compassion and love for their job. I’d like to say a special thank you to the nurse, Kate. From the moment she walked into her shift she was there for me. She couldn’t do enough and helped me get through my nerves. Please make sure she sees this review and I hope the manager at Fitzrovia is very proud of the staff there. Mr Fazel was an amazing surgeon who I wish I met 10yrs ago. He is calm, methodical and modest, I would certainly return to him if I want more procedures. The anaesthetist was confident and supplied me with beautiful drugs-what more can a girl want. Had a right hip arthroscopy at Harley Street, and the whole experience was incredible. The scans leading up to the operation were immediately available, and surgery was booked at short notice. All the staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable and at ease about the operation. Post-operation care was brilliant, with physio and medications being arranged quickly, and overnight care being arranged as well. Unbelievably smooth experience

It was my first visit to One Hatfield and I was very impressed. I’ve previously used Pinehill and that has really gone down hill. One Hatfield was easy to find, easy to park, clean, big open space, really friendly and professional staff that took amazing care of me. 3 ladies took extra care of me when I started to feel unwell - Lola, Nikita and a ladies name I didn’t catch (blonde hair, pink uniform)

I was called into the surgery ahead of my appointment time. Everything about my tooth extraction was explained carefully, with an invitation to ask any further questions. The injections (usually the worst aspect) and the extraction were painless and I was encouraged to wait in the chair for a few moments afterwards to make sure that I was OK. An excellent experience!

My initial visit was at Spire Bushey diagnostic centre on a weekend, which was faultless. Unfortunately, a subsequent blood test appointment was not booked correctly, requiring me to travel to another hospital. My only issue is that results do take some time and it would be helpful for patients to be able to access results directly, ahead of follow up appointments.
