Kiera was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel very much at ease throughout my appointment. I was diagnosed with a Retina tear in my ear and she made me feel very much at ease and safe. I had a full knee replacement and was absolutely delighted with the outcome. As expected, the first two weeks were sore with limited movement, but from there on the progress was fantastic. I increased the level of exercise and was so pleased with the range of movement and knee bend I was able to achieve. Strength increased and by twelve weeks post op, I was back playing club tennis.
