Upon arriving at Genesis care I was impressed by its warm, friendly and immaculate environment. The little touches like a jigsaw for patients to work on and the endless offers of coffee and biscuits were appreciated. The Staff and radiographers were incredibly professional and so very pleasant. They quickly put my mind at rest. They were really focused on making sure I was ok during the whole treatment journey. While undergoing treatment I got to meet a Penny Brohn counsellor which was very much appreciated as cancer and its treatment can be a very challenging time. Last but not least the addition of a fleet of drivers that took me to every appointment, waited for me, and drove me home was a real comfort. The drivers, like all the staff, were so friendly and chatted to me in a way that relaxed me and helped me feel calmer upon arrival. Cancer is a tough journey but everyone at Genesis Care made it much easier in so many ways. I cannot recommend the entire team, that make it work flawlessly, highly enough.

The toilets were yet again filthy. For the second time I complained. I appreciate that nothing will change, but I discussed not only with the nurse, but also with front desk that the hygiene level was very low indeed. In a private facility this is a disgrace. Further, I found that any details given on a prior visit had not updated onto the current registration form. While I came in after 6.30 pm, i have seen the awful queues for registration at earlier times. Your reception person was on his own and was also on his own on the prior visit, and the paperwork took far too long. You need more than one person on the front desk. Overall, the clinic is poor.

Mr Iqbal was very kind and professional and i was very comfortable with him operating on my eyes.The procedure was explained in detail, it was recommended that I researched and thought about the eye surgery that we have discussed. I had 2 appointments with Mr Iqbal before surgery. Hospital staff were very helpful and I felt very well cared for after my operation. I would highly recommend Mr Iqbal and very much appreciated his work and thank him so much. I'm truly delighted with my eyes.

Excellent service every step of the way from Mr Chris Bailey and his team at the Royal Hampshire County Hospital. When I told people the procedure is carried out whilst I am awake, most looked horrified. However the actual experience was really quite pleasant and proved nothing to be worried about. I'm now 13 weeks from surgery and have very little pain and my previously bent leg is now straight and I can walk limp free. A big thank you to Chris and his team.

From the nurse who took me to theatre taking an interest in my job (and recommending a book - Lem Sissay) To the catering lady (who made sure i was fedcand watered) ,and the ward nurse who went through next steps and made sure I was ok you go home with my wife and daughter. Dr Hurel has been looking after my Type 2 diabetes for 10 years plus. Even so he takes the time to review on each visit all the test results, speak to you about any issues, any changes and your general well being. You never feel its "routine" and he adjusts medications as required. He always enquires about non health related matters which makes you feel he is interested in you as a person rather than another entry in his daily list.

It was wonderful and so helpful to consult Dr Judge and find out what the dis-ease is caused by and how I can try to have it better understood by other practitioners. When I was facing surgery Dr judge worked with the surgical team to ensure the best treatment. And she is very easy to talk to.

Dr Ryba is kind and highly qualified. I had a very complicated case for wisdom tooth extraction and she handled it perfectly! She gave great education on risks and benefits and post surgical care. She followed up with me directly after to ensure my recovery was going well, and her office was efficient in booking follow up appointments.
