I don’t tend to leave reviews but feel this is necessary. I think a lot of women out there can resonate with me when I say it can be difficult to be heard and or taken seriously when it comes to Gynecological issues we may face in our lives. Being constantly gaslighted, being told it’s just a heavy period, the pain is normal, lets do a watch and wait, prescriptions given to mask the underlying issues. For me, to describe my past medical experiences regarding this area as both difficult and testing prior to meeting Mr Muglu is an understatement. I decided to try one more time and hopefully someone would take my symptoms seriously. And I am glad I did, as I was blessed with meeting Mr Muglu. From day one, Mr Muglu listened to me when I began to give up hope in finding anyone who would, he took my symptoms seriously, was respectful, made me feel at ease as it was clear he is an expert in his field, was extremely professional and approachable. I also could see that he cares for his work and his patients which is reflective in his results. He is the very definition of excellence within his field and I will only be seeing Mr Muglu in the future where I need a gynecologist. I couldn’t recommend him enough and words cannot describe how grateful I am in relation to the surgery he did. Thankyou Mr Muglu.

Christopher Payne From my very first appointment with Chris, I found him to be very approachable. He took time to listen to me and used humour where appropriate, which put me at ease immediately. Chris explained in detail what the operation would entail. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He suggested that in order for the procedure to continue to be successful well after the operation that a reduction in weight would be essential. He offered advice on this which was very helpful. To give me time to lose weight we agreed on a future date for the operation. The hospital was very clean and everyone I came into contact with were pleasant, helpful, friendly and supportive and again I was put at ease. The operation was successful and the whole experience in the hospital was excellent. At the follow up appointment Chris was very thorough in examining the procedure and spent time discussing this. He explained that heavy lifting from now would not be advisable. This was all done in a conversational way. I am very impressed with the way Chris dealt with me as a patient and would highly recommend Mr Payne and Kings Park Hospital. Jim H

I was looked after by Dr Sukhjinder S Nijjer, and I have to say that he really was a most excellent doctor. He was very informative about my issue, also the way it would be treated and answered my questions in a reassuring and friendly manner. I would strongly recommend Dr Nijjer to other people with a similar problem to the one I had. I was looked after very well by friendly and most professional nursing staff and this also applies to Dr Jonathan Cousins and the team in the operating theatre and recovery area. ,i I found the hospital modern and I was given a really nice room with good facilities'.

Mr Dehne, has given me back my life. I needed a total knee replacement after suffering from an accident. He was very thorough in his explanations and examinations. He was extremely kind and thoughtful as I was extremely nervous about the surgery. He put me at ease and I trusted him implicitly. I’m so glad he was my surgeon, I might have to have my other knee done soon and there is only one man I want to have to do it. He is amazing. I’m totally indebted to him. My visit with Mrs Bulchandani was thorough and professional, and I felt well supported. Mrs Bulchandani was able to provide initial reassurance following a hands-on examination. An ultrasound carried out on the same day put my mind further at rest, and bloods taken during the appointment confirmed where I was on my menopausal journey. I had an appointment for a blood test. Unfortunately, despite 2 attempts the nurse was unable to extract any bloods. The nurse decided to find a colleague - I was delighted to see a face I recognised, who had conducted this procedure successfully earlier in the year. She was able to take the bloods from my arm skilfully first time, without causing any discomfort. Her calmness, warmth and humour quickly helped me to forget my previous experience. I can highly recommend Mr Chin. I saw him recently for some menopausal issues I was having. Put me at ease almost immediately. Very easy to talk to, listened and answered all my questions no matter how silly I thought they were. So professional and kept me informed throughout even ringing me with results to put my mind at ease. My whole experience was amazing. Both Mr Chin and his amazing PA Emma were absolutely incredible.

Mr Ferguson got me in on same day for a colonoscopy (I think it is called) He kept going until he had done everthing required. He explained everything to me and made me feel fully at ease. He came to see me after and explained everything. With Mr Ferguson I was in and out the same day. When I had it done at the NHS I was in hospital a week. His Secretary Charlotte is also excellant. The make a good team!!
