The care I have received from Mr Jayaraj has been exceptional; from the minute my referral went through the process has been seamless and wonderfully efficient. I have suffered for decades with breathing difficulties and fruitless trips to my own GP practice. After eliminating nasal drops as a sufficient solution Mr Jayaraj advised I was a candidate for surgery. Mr Jayaraj has been very generous with his time, he made me feel safe and heard on the day of surgery and the aftercare has been incredibly thorough too. The outcome is already an overwhelming success; I am thrilled to be breathing normally for the first time since childhood following septoplasty and sinus surgery. As an unexpected bonus my sleep and anxiety has improved and 7 weeks after the procedure my recurrent sinus pain no longer seems to be an issue. I cannot recommend and thank Mr Jayaraj and his team enough! He is a genuinely kind, friendly and compassionate gentleman who ensured the best possible treatment plan for my improved health with outstanding results..

I travelled by car from the north west to the Kingsbridge Diagnostic Centre, tucked in behind the Kings Hall. Parking was difficult to find, and as the letter instructed me to arrive 15 minutes early, I anxiously clambered out, leaving my husband to park the car while I located the building and the correct floor. The reception staff were mediocre at best, though I did manage to get checked in. Once called through, the procedure itself was completed and an outcome provided. However, the consultant was abrupt and condescending. While I appreciate that private healthcare is under pressure due to NHS waiting times, this is not the standard of service I would expect for something I am paying for. The assistant involved in the process appeared either tired or lacking job satisfaction in their role. Altogether, the atmosphere was dispiriting, and I could not wait to leave the building and be on my way.

Having suffered severe pain in my right knee for some time, I am indebted to Julian for working his magic. It's 6-weeks since my partial knee replacement and I am mostly pain free (only feeling pain if I've been standing or walking too much but that's to be expected and is improving every day). My brother recommended Julian having had full knee replacements on both knees. He now happily cycles 50-70 miles most weekends without any problem. I decided it was worth making the effort to travel from South London to get the best knee surgeon I could find. I could not be happier with the results. Julian's advice before, during and post surgery has been honest, clear and professional. He set out all my options and provided his opinion when asked. All the staff at the Saxon Clinic were amazing too, from the nurses to the anaesthetist etc. Brilliant surgeon and a great clinic!

Mr Roushdi always has time to listen to his patients acting in a caring professional manner. He thoroughly investigate problems and acting together with the patients concerns, carefully plans and fully explains treatment options. Last year I had surgery for base of thumb arthritis and Carpal Tunnel syndrome. This was successful. However 8 weeks later I unfortunately fell and damaged my thumb! It was very reassuring to have Mr Roushdi tell me he could sort this out for me. I’ve now had my mcp joint fused. The result I’m now pain free. The first time for several years.

I was extremely anxious on learning that I required surgery to repair a hernia. If I had known my surgeon Mr Alan James from the outset I would have been much less anxious. Alan James is a charming and calm surgeon who takes time to explain everything that’s happening every step of the way. I was. a day patient, and my procedure could not have gone any smoother, Three weeks later I am almost fully recovered! I cannot recommend Alan James highly enough, he is an absolute credit to his profession, who many at his level could learn from.

Visit was in Luton and Dunstable hospital. I have arrived early for appointment and seen straight away by nurse on duty for first checks.( hight/weight). Then Doctors Gyampoh has seen me for a verbal consultation explained process regarding my concern regarding the condition and scan on the day. After that scan took place with another Doctor. After that Dr. Gyampoh thoroughly have explained my scan,outcome, options and process going forward. Great experience thank you very much. Keep up the good work and experience with patience.

They listed a promotional 10% discount on their website using a coupon code if your total purchase is more than £30. However, at check out when you try and apply the code, you get a strange error message asking you to have at least £30 worth of items in your basket even though the basket total far exceeds the £30 threshold. When I e-mailed them to alert them to this error, the "customer service" agent provided a cold dismissive response, without so much as an apology. Rude staff. Suffice it to say, I did not receive the discount.

I had a great experience at this practice. The hospital was exceptionally clean, well-structured, and very well organized. There was hardly any waiting time, and I was called in for my appointment surprisingly quickly. The facilities were also outstanding. Both the hospital itself and the X-ray department were equipped with modern, high-quality technology, which made the whole process smooth and efficient. Overall, it was an impressive and reassuring experience.

Mr Jonathan Clarke has looked after me since I was diagnosed with glaucoma around eight years ago. He has since removed cataracts. He is calm and caring, always ready to spend as much time with you as is needed, and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. I cannot recommend him highly enough. In fact I have already recommended him to a friend whose vision was impaired by cataracts. She has now recommended Jonathan Clarke to her friends!

My last face to face visit was and hour or so before my op and a very brief but vague recollection of a conversation in recovery room. Perhaps a ward visit after may have been more appropriate as I was too drowsy to ask any particular questions or receive feedback from same. However that said Mr. David has always put me at ease with the whole procedure and I believe has done an excellent job, thank you.

I have always had a phobia about dentist s having had bad experiences as a child. Although my phobia has not gone away I found the whole experience very calm. The receptionist with her friendly manner relaxed me straight away. The dentist has a calming manner also and did not push me from my comfort zone. Overall a good experience.
