My first time going to this clinic due to either muscle or muscle strain causing nerve impingement this is my assumption until I get my results tomorrow. The team were fantastic and to say my appointment was the last one of the day they were friendly welcoming and super efficient. Maria at the desk was incredibly sweet and aspiring to talk to and also in providing me with the Information regarding MRI and what to expect. Julius (radiographer) was accommodating friendly and made the MRI scan easier to manage.. Also Sabi (hope I spelt the name correctly) was as friendly and the other two mentioned and altogether they made the whole experience as smooth as it could be. 5 star from me and highly recommended for anyone on the fence debating whether to visit or not so if you have the need to go for and MRI or ultrasound or anything else that they cover that relates to you I highly recommend Marris and in comparison to other clinics around there price was reasonable at a cost of £325 for a lumbar spine MRI bearing in mind this is on the famous Harley Street. I am super happy I chose them and shall be returning for my consultation soon.

I had my varicose vein scan with Louis and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the start, he made me feel relaxed, comfortable, and confident that I was being properly looked after. Louis explained everything in a really easy-to-understand way and talked me through the scan as it was happening, which helped put me completely at ease. The ultrasound was very thorough, and it was clear he really knows what he’s doing, nothing felt rushed, and he took his time to check everything properly. What I appreciated most was how calm and reassuring Louis was throughout the appointment. He made sure I understood what was going on, what the scan showed, and what the next steps might be, without using complicated medical language or making it feel overwhelming. The whole appointment felt professional but friendly, and I left feeling informed, reassured, and confident in the advice I was given. If you’re feeling nervous about having a varicose vein scan or don’t know where to start, I would 100% recommend seeing Louis. You’re in very safe hands.

Dr Arif Hassenbux and his team were very efficient, very clear instructions given ref. ERCP procedure. I was extremely impressed with the swift and careful treatment by Dr Hussenbux because I was extremely scared and this was day 6 of my A+E ‘journey’ and I was becoming extremely fatigued with added complications due to delay of 5 days plus waiting for my urgent operation- due to no beds and then no space in theatre for my operation. All of Dr Hassenbux team were very good and worked well as a team. They probably saved my life! The people in Endoscopy are excellent and need to be replicated across the NHS as an example of the pursuit of excellence. Thank you.

I have attended this practice twice now for my son ongoing illness. First visit we have Dr Victor, second we have Justino Monteiro. Both were very professional and friendly. My son who was crying manage to stay calm with both doctors. As a parent I was very happy with the customer care. Also Domingos the practice manager accommodate my son for a last minute appointment in time of crisis, which I was so grateful. Thank you so much for all your attention and looking after my son. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

The actual visit with dentist (Simon Robertson) was at is normal excellent standard by explaining what dental work was required to resolve the situation of which he completed explaining each task as he progressed with no drama or problems. His answers to my queries were thorough and reassuring. He was more than happy to take his time and encouraged dialogue. They treated me with respect and were proffessional at all times. There were no times during any visit that I felt awkward to ask for anything, or to ask questions. The staff at Cathedral Clinic were very professional and tried to make me comfortable. However the actual procedure was not an enjoyable experience. having anaesthetic injected into my eye was very traumatic and having gone through the procedure before and it not 100% and having to return for Laser. I so hope that my left eye will not have the same result. Overall I would recommend the clinic and staff to anyone who has to have the procedure done. Bernadette M.

The clinic is easy to find, just off the motorway. I was made a cup of tea when I arrived. The doctor was very pleasant and patient whilst I listed my many and confusing health symptoms. I felt listened to and understood. It was so good to have the time to elaborate in a way that you cannot in a traditional doctor appointment. think we have a plan going forward which will help. Fingers crossed.
