I feel incredibly grateful to have been treated by Dr Mohamed Mabrouk — a truly exceptional surgeon and one of the most compassionate, skilled, and dedicated doctors I have ever met. He did far more than perform an operation for me — he changed my life. My case turned out to be extremely complex. Although my diagnostics originally did not show anything dramatic, once the surgery began it unexpectedly revealed stage 4 deep infiltrating endometriosis — something that is very common, as this condition often cannot be fully seen or understood without laparoscopy. It can appear “out of the blue,” and that is exactly what happened in my situation. Despite this sudden complexity, Dr Mabrouk handled everything with extraordinary precision, calmness, and mastery. He removed every single trace of endometriosis, even in areas that are notoriously difficult to treat, and he did it with a level of accuracy that I still find incredible: My ovarian reserve was completely preserved. None of my organs were harmed. Not even a single blood vessel was damaged. This kind of outcome in stage 4 cases is extremely rare. Many surgeons would have had to sacrifice something, or leave part of the disease behind, simply because of the difficulty — but not Dr Mabrouk. His skill is on a world-class level, and his meticulous technique protected my fertility, my organs, and my quality of life. But what truly sets him apart is not just his surgical brilliance — it’s his humanity. He explained everything clearly, supported me emotionally, and made me feel safe at every stage. After the operation, he called me personally, even on weekends, just to ask how I was feeling and to make sure I was recovering well. His warmth, kindness, and genuine care are something I will never forget. Thanks to him, I am now pain-free for the first time in many years. My physical and mental health have been restored. I feel light, healthy, and finally able to live my life without constant discomfort and stress. Dr Mohamed Mabrouk is a doctor with a truly rare combination of expertise, precision, and heart. I recently underwent a mini tummy tuck procedure with Jane Kirby after years of being very self conscious with the appearance of my lower belly. After my first consultation with Jane I knew that she was the right surgeon for me, she was very professional, personable and her excellent bedside manner made me feel at ease. Jane took the time to listened to my concerns and what I hoped to achieve with surgery as well as explaining the procedure at length with realistic and achievable outcomes. Pre and postoperative instructions were discussed in length about what to expect on the day of the surgery and what the healing and recovery process would involve. Jane also kindly send me recommendations of post operative clothing which would help aid with my recovery. The day of the surgery I was looked after by an amazing team and the surgery went very well, I was definitely in the best hands with Jane as my surgeon. The post operative care was outstanding, Jane would check in daily for the first 3 days and then weekly from then as well as face to face appointments, I knew that if I had any questions or concerns Jane would definitely be there if needed. My recovery went well, with minimal pain and discomfort. I strictly followed the post operative advice given - sleeping in the correct position, wearing my binder provided and compression shorts, this definitely helped my recovery go as smooth as possible. I am now 9 weeks post surgery and the results have exceeded my expectations, Jane is a very skilled surgeon and my scar is so neat and flat, my lower tummy is flatter and firmer. Jane is such a warm, friendly person and a very professional, knowledgeable skilled surgeon. Jane has given me my confidence back and I cannot thank her enough. If anyone is thinking of having any plastic or cosmetic surgery I can not recommend her enough, she is an absolute credit to the medical profession.

Very Pleased with the clarity of my vision after wearing Glasses, I had the Galaxy lense fitted and I now have full contrast and colour definition. I had my procedure done at Freedom Chelmsford. Initial assessments were thorough and the clinicians were kind and understanding. Prescription costs seem affordable and my first prescribed medications were a slight improvement to before. My second prescription was not approved/provided on time and rationing medications/running out for a few days has caused some stress I had bad withdrawal/negative wellbeing from being requested to stop a previous medication, I feel this was somewhat unavoidable but I was not informed of what to expect stopping that med and left to work out the cause of the feelings on my own
