I recently attended a follow-up appointment with my surgeon and was extremely impressed with the level of care and professionalism shown throughout the consultation. I underwent an allograft ACL replacement along with a meniscus repair, and I am now 8 months post-surgery. He explained my current stage of recovery in a very clear and structured way, ensuring I fully understood both my progress so far and what to expect going forward. What stood out most was his honest and transparent approach. He took the time to discuss realistic recovery timelines, potential challenges, and the practical steps I can take to support my rehabilitation. His advice goes beyond standard medical guidance — he provided exceptional information on appropriate supplements and targeted exercises to further assist my recovery. Thanks to his surgical approach and the methods he uses in knee surgery, I am now back doing what I love. I am currently able to cycle and row 10km with no pain or swelling, and I have successfully returned to the gym. This level of recovery and confidence in my knee is a direct result of Dr Ali Bajwa’s expertise and supportive rehabilitation guidance. I left the appointment feeling reassured, informed, and confident in the plan ahead. His thorough explanations, supportive manner, and willingness to provide additional information truly make a difference. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking clear, honest, and expert surgical care.
The visit was quick and smooth. It's worth driving ahead of scheduled time to be seen on time
Last visit was January 2025, one year post surgery. All went well
Mr. Bajwa is very very good. He takes each person individually and decides at what speed recovery should proceed. My treatment and his surgical expertise has been second to none.
I originally went to se Mr Chitnavis regarding problems with my right knee. Unfortunately he was unable to progress with my surgery due to ill health so I was referred to Mr Bajwa for keyhole surgery (second operation) which was carried out under the NHS. The consultation and subsequent treatment that I received from Mr Bajwa and the Spire Cambridge Lea hospital has been excellent.
Mr Bajwa is a very talented man. He is incredibly knowledgeable & good at what he does. I have had two operations under his care & I am very greatful to Mr Bajwa & his team for looking after me, I really appreciate his kind nature & thoroughness. I would absolutely recommend him & the Spire for treatment. Thank you
