I cannot recommend Miss Clancy highly enough. From the very beginning, I felt completely safe and knew I was in exceptionally skilled and caring hands. Miss Clancy took the time to explain everything thoroughly, presented me with clear options, and worked collaboratively with me every step of the way to decide on the best plan going forward. I am absolutely delighted with the results, but even more than that, I am deeply grateful for the care, kindness, and professionalism I experienced throughout. I felt genuinely supported and looked after from start to finish, making the entire experience a positive and reassuring one. Thank you so much. If you're posting this as a Google or Trustpilot review, I can also make it a little more concise and impactful while keeping the same heartfelt message.
Rachel has been absolutely excellent in every way, from the consultations pre surgery, performing my surgery, and the aftercare has all been exemplary . I would totally recommend her to anybody considering a bilateral breast reduction, she is so knowledgeable, skilled and most importantly caring and kind to myself and also my husband who also attended all of my appointments with me.
Clear communication, professional and reassuring manner. Surgery was quick, healed quickly and with minimal scarring. Very clear explanation of histology and future prognosis.
I can’t recommend my Miss Rachel Clancy highly enough. She is extremely personable and knowledgeable. The after care I’ve received has been exceptional.
Rachel was friendly, reassuring and professional. She gave me plenty of time, explained things clearly and talked through all the options. I felt very cared for in all my interaction with Rachel and she did an excellent job removing my lipoma, leaving a very neat wound. Thank you so much.
Miss Clancy is both professional and approachable. She clearly has huge experience but manages to condense her knowledge into a clear explanation of the procedure needed and likely outcomes. Miss Clancy engages with questions and concerns about treatment and I felt listened to by her. My outcome was good, including the scar! I would thoroughly recommend her.
The overall experience was exemplary. Ms Clancy is personable, reassuring, and a credit to her profession.
