I honestly cannot thank Mr Oliver Dale enough for the care and support he gave me during such a worrying time. After finding a lump on my parotid gland I was extremely anxious and frightened, and my mind immediately went to the worst possible scenarios. From the moment I was seen by Mr Dale he made me feel completely at ease. He took the time to really listen to all of my concerns and never once made me feel rushed or dismissed. He explained everything clearly, answered every question I had and reassured me throughout the whole process. His calm and caring manner instantly made me feel safer and more supported. Mr Dale arranged for me to have an ultrasound scan quickly and made sure I had a follow-up appointment soon afterwards so I wasn’t left worrying any longer than necessary. Thankfully everything turned out to be good, but the anxiety leading up to the scan and results was overwhelming at times, and his kindness, reassurance and professionalism truly helped me get through it. You can genuinely tell how much he cares about his patients. He is not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also such a warm, compassionate and person-centred consultant who goes above and beyond for the patients in his care. MR Dale was great, he managed to diagnose my issues within minutes of the initial consultation, which had been missed by other doctors throughout my life. There was a clear treatment plan, and advised an operation would make a lasting impact. The operation went well and I noticed an instant improvement in my breathing.

Superb, swift and professional care throughout - from identification of initial diagnosis, surgery, after care and post operative, Mr Dale has been exceptional.

On consultation Mr Dale informed me of my anterior deviated septum and booked in for the surgery to fix, it was a more complicated surgery but he has straightened my septum and I can finally breathe! Very happy from start to finish and I would highly recommend him.
