Mr Barnes is very patient and kind. He has a calm and caring bedside manner and has always put me at ease during consultations and pre/post-surgery. I have had the utmost trust in him throughout the kidney transplant process. I feel very fortunate to have had Mr Barnes as my surgeon as everything has gone so smoothly for me.
I had a recent visit with James, he is one of the most knowledgeable, informative and compassionate consultants I have dealt with, he was thorough and explained everything in a language I could understand,, top guy
Mr Barnes was professional and approachable he took the time to listen to myself and my husband. Mr James aloud me the opportunity to ask questions but also took the time to check I understood the procedure and the risks
Dr Barnes explained everything fully of what was happening and what needed doing and took time to explain his manner in explaining was excellent. I came away reassured of what to expect next.
Mr Barnes has made me feel very comfortable through every part of my hospital experience
