I was welcomed by both reception teams and Dr Thakur was very helpful and listened to all I had to say stressing that I can return if I needed any further help. All in all a very positive experience.

My experience with Dr Bashkar Thakur was excellent. I have seen many specialists for my spine, but no one has explained things to me as clearly as he did. He took the time to go through my MRI imaging in person, step by step, and helped me understand what was going on and why I was experiencing my symptoms. It was very reassuring to know that everything had been done properly to rule out anything major. We also came up with a clear plan for the best course of action to help manage and minimise the condition. He was professional, understanding, and gave great advice throughout. What I appreciated most was that I did not feel brushed off, unlike with some other doctors and professionals I have seen in the past. I felt listened to and properly taken care of. I would highly recommend Dr Bashkar Thakur and the services they offer.

Dr Thakur was thorough during his appointment in both referring me to carry out further tests and explaining their results. I only have praises for him.

Mr Thakur spent lots of time explaining the full detail of my operation , showing detailed scans and proposed future gamma knife procedures. He fully explained the situation, and reasoning for further treatment. I’m extremely impressed with his results.
