Patients commend his thorough approach to complex procedures, including spinal surgery, microdiscectomy, and gamma knife. His expertise addresses issues concerning disc injuries and back pain, helping patients find effective solutions.
Polite and friendly. Would’ve liked more explanation of test results.
Mr Thakur listened to my updated progress Offered a plan going forward Follow up appointment agreed
Mr Thakur was very polite, clear and concise in his manner and feedback.
Problems with computer system meant I was not booked in successfully at reception. After approximately 1 hour Donna at reception along with Nurse Marion rectified the situation and I was seen by Mr Thakur. Mr Thakur went through my results thoroughly, answered all my questions and I felt reassured and in “ safe hands.” The follow up scan will take place in approximately 6 months, which I am very pleased about. His explanations and data given were explained clearly and honestly, which I found refreshingly comforting.
I had a minor concern after a scan showed a cist. Mr Thakur was thorough and reassuring.
Very pleasant professional. Clearly explained future management of my problem and advice on what to do if symptoms get worse.
Mr Thakur’s thoroughness and determination to help me return to my previous abilities has kept my mindset positive. His level of knowledge within his scope is astounding as he takes time to listen to previous history and makes his judgements on what he sees before him and from discussion with me, to ensure every possibility has been covered. He works very patient- centred. I honestly feel very privileged to have been treated under him and feel confident that although I am still having mobility issues at times, he is doing everything that he can to find the root cause of these.
I was welcomed by both reception teams and Dr Thakur was very helpful and listened to all I had to say stressing that I can return if I needed any further help. All in all a very positive experience.
