My recent visit was a brain operation by Mr. Vaqas and his team. They were really nice and told me to think about it before I agreed. The surgery was successful and I couldn't speak highly about him & his team. He's a great asset to the hospital and I'd always speak highly about him.
I cannot recommend Dr. Vaqas highly enough. I accompanied my uncle through his treatment, and from the very beginning, I was extremely impressed by the level of professionalism, care, and attention he received. Dr. Vaqas was incredibly professional, approachable, and patient. He took the time to explain everything in detail, and whenever my uncle or our family had questions, he was more than happy to explain things again and again without any hesitation. He made sure we fully understood the procedure, what to expect, and what would be involved before the operation. This gave my uncle and our entire family a great deal of confidence and reassurance. The operation itself was handled with the utmost professionalism, and the post-operative care has been absolutely amazing. Dr. Vaqas has continued to provide excellent support and guidance throughout my uncle's recovery, and his attention to detail and genuine concern for his patient's wellbeing really stands out. As a family member, it was incredibly reassuring to know that my uncle was in such capable and caring hands. Dr. Vaqas truly goes above and beyond for his patients, and we are extremely grateful for everything he has done. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Vaqas to anyone looking for a highly professional, knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate doctor. An outstanding doctor and an absolute credit to his profession.
My experience with Mr Vaqas has been absolutely fantastic from the start when meeting him, he’s been caring, kind and supportive of explaining everything from my condition, procedure and outcomes post surgery. Having gone through such a difficult and challenging time, I’ve always felt safe and cared for throughout because of Mr Vaqas. I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon. Mr Vaqas spends the time to go through all my questions and worries and I leave lighter and more confident after every consultation, knowing I’m in great hands. He has been the most considerate and respectful surgeon I’ve met. He has gone above and beyond for me and I have no doubt he does for every patient he’s seen and treated. My life has changed because of his work and I’m so grateful to have been his patient. I would recommend him to everyone and trust he will deliver great care and support to anyone he treats. Thank you Mr Vaqas, you are incredible and a true hero.
EXCEPTIONAL, Holistic and Patient centred I had consultation with Mr Babar Vaqas, regarding a very big disc prolapse and nerve impingement causing debilitating sciatica that has been significantly effecting the quality of my life including my work and causing progressive weakness in my foot. He is an incredible neurosurgeon. I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the very start, his approach was deeply caring, holistic, and completely patient-centred. He listened intently to all of my concerns and thoroughly asked about my symptoms, making me feel genuinely heard. He then provided a clear explanation of my Lower spine’s MRI scan, taking the time to ensure I understood exactly what was happening in my spine and precisely why surgery is required. He was the first doctor to explain me why my lower back of 4-5 weeks duration, gradually reduced and changed into debilitating sciatica pain in leg. What impressed me most was his dedication to getting me the best possible outcome. Recognising the specifics of my case, he immediately arranged an urgent referral to a specialist spinal surgeon who deals specifically with minimally invasive spinal surgery to treat disc prolapse. He made me aware of what symptoms to look for in case of cord compression/cauda equina. His professionalism, excellent communication, and compassionate care has given me complete peace of mind during a very stressful time. A truly outstanding and an amazing consultant.
Mr Vaqas was exceptional in our meeting today. Professional, kind, empathetic and clearly a fantastic Dr and a lovely man. He made sure we fully understood the situation and explained our options in great detail. We finally have clarity and hope after a very long time, thank you.
Extremely understanding and caring; situation and options explained with complete clarity, very much appreciated
Dr. Babar Vaqas was excellent. He had a very good manner, was thorough in his assessment and explained everything clearly. He took time to go through the brain scans and explain in detail the results and answer the questions we had. He also arranged a referral for further investigation, which we appreciated. Would highly recommend a wonderful doctor.

Thank you for your kind review. I always strive to deliver a personalised, thorough and empathic consultation that goes beyond the basics.

Mr Vaqas is always so calm and explains everything clearly without causing worry. No question is ever too silly for Mr Vaqas.
Mr Babar Vaqas is a highly skilled neurosurgeon whom I recommend to patients without hesitation. As a Consultant Neurosurgeon specialising in brain tumour surgery and neuro-oncology, he operates at a technically demanding end of the specialty, and his practice is distinguished by a genuinely cutting-edge approach — drawing on advanced intraoperative mapping and imaging technologies. He is equally well regarded for his manner with patients. Facing a brain tumour diagnosis is among the most daunting experiences a patient can face, and Mr Vaqas combines technical sophistication with genuine care...
