Syed has a huge knowledge of the spine and its workings. He is technologically advanced and breezes through scans etc during consultation very clearly explaining one's situation. There was no rush as is often the case, and he gave a very clear concise explanation to my proposed route forwards. I have had two historic back operations and over10 different musculoskeletal surgical procedures in my life. Mr Aftab will be my go to back specialist from now on. The procedure has changed my day to day, pain before the procedure was a score of 10/10, after the procedure my pain score is 0/10. The procedure was quick, and after the local anesthetic at the site the procedure was relatively painless, a little discomfort when the injection of fluid took place.
