Superb experience from start to finish. Everything was explained very clearly and Mr Thomas was very generous with his time. My surgery was performed flawlessly and he offered excellent post-operative care and advice.

Mr Thomas explained in detail the spinal stenosis causing the chronic pain. He supported his explanation by presenting the images of the relevant spinal area in a comprehensible manner. Mr Thomas suggested that an operation to decompress the relevant area of the spine was possible, but cautioned that the Type 1 diabetes and neuropathy would have to be considered. He planned to communicate and discuss the above with Dr. Toth.

I had a transnasal endoscopic resection of a non-functioning pituitary adenoma in 2025 and had a very good experience with Mr Thomas and Team. I had some complications which they supported and solved with great professionalism.

Having continuity of care after such major surgery is invaluable, and knowing that Mr Thomas has been there every step of the way has made an enormous difference to both my recovery and my confidence. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine compassion mean so much to me. I cannot thank Mr Thomas enough for the care he has given me. I feel incredibly fortunate to have had him as my neurosurgeon, and I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone needing his expertise.

After a brief phone call to his secretary on the morning of the appointment he was so helpful in agreeing to a phone consultation to save me travelling from the south coast.
