The hospital was very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. The procedure staff were particularly nice and professional. I was very happy with the procedure and the level of professionalism and also good bedside manner. One/two areas which could be improved if you are interested : 1. Pre-procedure information suggested an overall time from entry to release of approx 2hrs. With a 6pm admission time, I assumed I could arrange a collection for 8.30pm with some time to spare. However, on arrival, after approx 1hr 15mins it became apparent that the admission time of 6pm was a general time for 3 patients to be admitted and seen that evening between 6-9pm. I happened to be patient no.2, so was seen around 7.30 and released around 9, meaning I could not use the lift arranged (my wife &kids were ok til then, but not after). This then presented me with a choice of either taxi home or to ask someone at short notice to come and collect me. Had I known the range of procedure/release times in advance, I would have arranged a different, more appropriate, lift from the start. This leads to point no.2 2. I was not made aware of the choice on whether to have sedative or not. The literature states "you will be given a sedative" not that you have a choice. After the delay above, this then created a difficulty whereby if I took the sedative, I could not legally be released to an unknown taxi driver and would have to arrange another lift at short notice or not take the sedative. I opted to not take the sedative. Had I known this option was there, I could have driven myself to and from the appointment. It also would have saved my wife and kids spending time in the car on a busy evening. In connection with this, during the appointment, it sounded like release/recovery after the sedative was likely to be several hours, so release before 10-11pm was unlikely from the start and it was always probably going to be later if I took the sedative. Please don't take the above as criticism, just highlighting that making the choice on sedative clear would have allowed me to more easily plan both my transport. Also providing a bit more detail on the admission/procedure time range and release time range would have allowed me to more easily arrange appropriate transport. Basically, more information would have made things a bit easier is all

My consultation with Dr Cho was genuinely outstanding — far above any experience I’ve ever had on Harley Street. Dr Cho manages to combine true professionalism with a kindness and warmth that you don’t often find. Her expertise was obvious right away. She identified several concerns quickly and even carried out a couple of minor treatments during the appointment. She explained everything in a clear, simple way that made it easy for me to understand exactly what was happening and why. What really stood out was how generous she was with her time. I never felt rushed for a single moment. Instead, I felt genuinely listened to, cared for, and fully confident that I was in the best possible hands. The whole experience was reassuring, uplifting, and frankly a pleasure. Dr Cho made a tremendous impression on me, and based on many consultations I’ve had elsewhere, I can honestly say she is one of a kind. Experts of her calibre are incredibly rare. I cannot recommend Dr Cho highly enough.

I’m really grateful to have found Bradley. He remembers the little details I mention and brings them back into our conversations in a way that makes me feel genuinely understood and heard. I always have the sense that he’s on my team and truly cares about my wellbeing. I first went to him while off work with burnout and anxiety, and later after receiving an ADHD diagnosis. He supported me through the initial rest and recovery, and then helped me look at the longer-term patterns that contributed to the burnout in the first place. What I appreciate most is how he gently pushes me toward progress while also helping me recognise the steps I’ve already taken. I can be very all-or-nothing in my thinking, and he’s helped me find a kinder, more balanced middle ground. I’d worked with other therapists before and never felt like they really “got” me. Bradley manages to empathise deeply, even with experiences quite different from his own, and because he listens so carefully and thinks things through so well, his support always feels specific and relevant to me. I’d highly recommend him.

Grace is the most professional, knowledgeable, caring, friendliest dentist we know. She always makes us feel comfortable and truly confident in everything she says and does, she NEVER over treats us, she keeps us so well looked after. The receptionists and all Grace’s team are all extremely friendly, so lovely, and are always very supportive and polite. Myself and all my family members have ALWAYS been made to feel welcome and comfortable throughout our experiences in the practice and I would highly rate this dental practice 10/10 for excellent quality and care.

My experience with Mr Gnanappiragasam was great, I had to have a procedure with him and I was quite fearful but he kept reassuring me way before the day of it and on the day that it would be fine as it was only a half hour procedure but the fear in me was a lot On the day Mr Gnanappiragasam and his team were amazing, I was able to have the op slightly sedated so was told every step of what was being done and making sure I was ok My follow up appointment was very satisfactory and again the next steps were explained very well and leaving me with peace and not fear I highly recommend this consultant very polite, professional, empathetic and wanting the best for his patients Thank you for everything Mr Gnanappiragasam

My experience at the hospital was excellent from start to finish. The room was extremely comfortable and well appointed, which certainly helped with rest and recovery, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the nursing team. The nurses were absolutely superb in every way — kind, attentive, professional, and endlessly patient. Nothing was ever too much trouble, no matter the time of day or how small the request. I was made to feel safe, cared for, and genuinely supported throughout my stay. I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care I received and would not hesitate to recommend this hospital to others.

My Wife, Chrissie who suffers with Dementia has been a patient of Dr Soumit Singhai for some months now. We realise there is no cure for Dementia, but Dr Singhai has been very proactive helping us by constantly trying different meds and different dosages to improve Chrissie’s daily life. Since our first visit we are delighted that Chrissie is showing improvements and being able to do some things again, that she had lost the ability to do. We will continue to see Dr Singhai for as long as is necessary. Dr Singhai is a very caring man and we are grateful that we found him.

To charge the same fee as that charged for a face to face is not defendable or reflective of the standards of integrity I expect from practitioners of this level. The letter that follows simply restates the facts that do not merit a charge of£450 for 27 minutes. The next steps then advocated are those which could be asked for without this money harvesting exercise. I found it insulting.

He immediately did multi level investigation to separate my shoulder from my wrist issues and literally sorted out the injections into my shoulder on the day I was there. I was so impressed. The hospital orator is beautiful - spotless and all the team are fabulous.

On consultation, Mr Mahmood explained how the procedure would go, he listened and answered my questions, and on the day of the operation all the staff…. Especially my anaesthetist were so reassuring and put me at ease. Everything went well and I’m in recovery. Would recommend Elanic to anyone who requires a hip replacement. Very happy so far.
