Redan från början kändes dock hela processen lugn och välorganiserad, vilket verkligen hjälpte mig att känna mig trygg. Personalen var vänlig, tillgänglig och visade ett genuint engagemang för min återhämtning. Behandlingen kändes personlig och aldrig stressad, och för första gången kände jag mig verkligen lyssnad på och förstådd. Den lugna miljön gjorde det lättare att fokusera på mig själv och mitt tillfrisknande. Jag åker härifrån med mer självförtroende, klarhet och praktiska verktyg för vardagen. Jag skulle absolut rekommendera Castle Craig till alla som söker stöd, även om det innebär att resa från ett annat land.

Having been to several medical professionals in my life, I can honestly say the care provided by Dr Katie Cowie is exceptional. She has a great bedside manner, there is no judgement and she is, very knowledgable and understanding. Personably speaking, I would now always consult her on my journey through peri-menopause and beyond. She is well worth the cost for such excellent one to one care. I also see her for weight loss and again, for anyone contemplating medical assisted weight loss, I would always recommend going through someone like Dr Cowie. The assistance she provides with her vast knowledge on the subject is invaluable. I’m so grateful to have met her. and I recommend her to everyone I know going through any women’s health issues.

Dr Selva Theivacumar was professional and helpful from the beginning when consulting me on my varicose veins. He gave an excellent recommendation on what was possible and necessary in a tailored treatment plan to achieve my desired outcome. The team and him always made sure I was comfortable and clear with each stage, along with being friendly, knowledgeable and vigilant in the lead upto the procedure which helped put my nerves at ease. In the after care I was well looked after and given instructions on how to look after myself at home along with any limitations. Today I visited Dr Devalia and his team, through recommendation. I went in slightly worried with symptoms I was experiencing but Dr Devalia and his team were so friendly and did everything in such a calming and respectful manor which really Put my mind at ease. I was sent straight across for an ultrasound which was thankfully all clear , Dr Devalia spent time with me after too just checking I was absolutely reassured and answered any further questions I had. I would absolutely recommend Dr Devalia to anybody. Thank you again

Not a paticularly pleasant experience. Was attentive and caring before procedure, after procedure just wanted me up and out, even though I was in a NES non epileptic Seizure. I Signed the water against doing a pregnancy test, as I am non-binary and Asexual and never had sex in my life....but was harassed, called a lier by the aeneathiatist who was demanding i took one. After refusing was treated with distain by her afterwards. I am putting in official complaint as this treatment is illegal and unlawful

Transfered to Clarytin after disappointing time with NHS awaiting time for appointment for cataract removal. Very pleased with Clarity who saw me very shortly after referral and operated on a week later. I was going to wait for the next operation on the NHS on the 4th February but when that was moved to sometime in April, I took the next available appt on January 20th for a private operation. Both private experiences have been a pleasure and very good.

Spire Harpenden Hospital

The only area for improvement is the check-in process - quite often there is a queue of people waiting at reception and the vehicle registration screen is separate to the check-in form, which isn't very efficient. The waiting area and exam rooms are clean and tidy, the staff is friendly and helpful. I prefer coming here despite it being a longer drive than my nearest private hospital because of the great experience I've had previously.

Have a great experience on each occasion I speak with Dr Bailey, in fact the best I have had with a GP. She is highly professional and user friendly, always getting to the point of my illness and best treatment. My recent visit typified our relationship and I felt better within four days of her prescribing the necessary treatment. I would have no hesitation in recommending her as an outstanding GP.

The dentist was very good. Friendly and professional. The hygienist felt as though they were trying to sell additional products and if I hadn’t asked the right questions I’d have been caught out, just like someone who was paying in front of me was. The Saturday receptionist was friendly and helpful The weekday receptionist was a little abrupt and less customer service oriented

I was certainly impressed with every one I met and my operation went very smoothly. All of the staff were excellent, friendly and very reassuring, including the nurses, physios and kitchen. Everything was explained in great detail and they went out of their way to make sure I was as comfortable as I could be. I have sung The Horders praises to all my friends.

Following a course of treatment including two surgical interventions and a further minor procedure, I met with Mr Francis to review the outcome with a view to being discharged. The meeting was at the Nuffield hospital, and Mr Francis and I agreed a path of continued pain management. The meeting met my expectation and concluded my treatment with him.

I highly recommend Dr Kirsten Mackay. She is perceptive, insightful, approachable and extremely helpful. It was a great relief to have an explanation of the symptoms I was experiencing, and a positive plan to move forward. I felt that I was in very safe and experienced hands and will definitely be continuing under her care.

Prompt,efficient service to book appointment. Short waiting time as offered cancellation appointment. Slight wait for clinic review, but informed of 10 minute delay when we arrived. Only issue I would have is lack of patient parking at Mount Alvernia, and this is a particular issue when struggling with mobility!

Mr Okechukwu Okonkwo

Mr Okechuku was efficient and fantastic. My tonsillectomy only took 20 odd minutes to complete, all the staff were super professional, polite and caring. The after care was fantastic and all staff came and checked up on my regularly after the operation. I would highly recommend Mr Okechukwu Okonkwo to anyone.
