I visited the Well Life Clinic as I had been diagnosed with ADHD three years ago and since then I have not received any treatment. This was not through any lack of trying with the NHS, and the good efforts of my local GP. The waiting list for ADHD diagnosis and treatment is getting longer and longer, with a minimum three years or more, which is a national situation for ADHD diagnosed patients, as was shown on Television recently, with Well Life and Dr Kahn featuring. I then I decided that I would try the private route, and visited the Well Life Clinic in Cobham, which is a path I would recommend to any ADHD patient in my situation. Your charming receptionists were most welcoming, polite, informative and efficient. They listened to my ADHD situation, and that I had already been diagnosed three years previously and that i had all the comprehensive documentation of my diagnosis, which they asked me to forward to them. Once my details had been taken, they said they would forward everything to the appropriate person, who would contact me. Communication at Well Life is swift and I received follow up emails and phone calls as the process advanced. If I popped into the Cobham Clinic any questions I had were answered efficiently. Excellent. Things advanced quickly, my diagnosis documentation was read and accepted by the Well Life Consultantsmand a consultation with Dr Kahn set up in Oxted. I have had two consultations with Dr Kahn, one in person in Oxted, and one on line. My first one was 40 minutes at the Well Life Oxted Clinic. It was an in-depth discussion, I had to have a blood test next day in Cobham, and within a week I was prescribed the necessary medication for my blood pressure, then after monitoring that for a week, the ADHD medication was prescribed. Dr Kahn is excellent, informative, experienced and explains everything so clearly and well. One feels that one is in the best of hands. The Clinics are excellent, clean and smart. All the staff, most welcoming and efficient, in person as well as on the phone. Emails are always sent promptly, as are reminders of appointments, or electronic sending of prescriptions. I highly recommend Well Life to anyone who wishes to be seen quickly and efficiently. Thank you for your care! Steven R.

I signed up for CP&R almost 6 months ago and have never looked back. The service has been excellent, communication fast and efficient and both extremely professional and friendly at the same time. The CP&R staff are extremely well trained and experienced and very easy to get on with. Their support throughout my rehabilitation has been brilliant and I certainly wouldn't be in the position I am in now if it wasn't for the whole team. I have been able to call upon advice form the physio team and cardiac nurse and every time they have been very supportive and helpful. My coach, Chloe, has been with me every step of the way and has seen me through the good and bad times, her support and enthusiasm has been fantastic and I can't thank her enough for all her hard work during my rehabilitation. I cannot recommend CP&R enough and would urge everyone to look into their services, they have certainly aided my recovery beyond what I thought was possible.

The London Digestive Centre is in a great location, just off Bond Street, making it easy to access. The facility itself provides a comfortable and welcoming setting for patients, and they clearly have access to some of the best doctors, which gives you a lot of confidence in the care you receive. However, the reception experience could have been better. Both receptionists were on the phone when we arrived, and neither came off to assist us or book us in. This was disappointing, as it created unnecessary confusion, especially when time is tight. Ideally, there should be one receptionist dedicated to answering calls and another available to help patients checking in. In the end, we had to go straight to our appointment to avoid being late, and the consultant's secretary kindly stepped in to check us in. While the clinical care was excellent, improving the reception process would really elevate the overall patient experience.

It is six months now since Mr Campanna did my hip replacement and everything is working fine. All healed up and only some scar tissue deep within the joint is still making its presence felt, but it is not in any way painful. I grew up in the 1950s when school dentists were a breed to be feared, and consequently have always been very frightened of having any operation, but there is nothing to be frightened of at all. I had an epidural and felt nothing at all. You must do your exercises though. You definitely need plenty of care before the operation and afterwards. If you have a good partner who will look after you and make you do what you should it will be much the better for your recovery. I would ask for Mr Campanna if I needed anything like that again. I went into The London Clinic for a Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy under general anaesthetic. I was quite anxious when I first arrived in the theatre ward as I had a migraine and also had to walk a long way and ascend a busy lift from my room to the theatre on the other side of the hospital and I had been fasting for 24 hours at that point. Dr Rajendran visited me before the anaesthetic and he was very patient and kind and spent a lot of time with me explaining what to expect, he made me feel calm and relaxed. After the procedure he visited me once I had woken up and explained what he had found. I then had a follow-up telephone call with him a few days later where he was again very patient and able to explain everything to me in great detail. It is very much appreciated. Thank you.

We took our 9 year old son to see Dr Narayanan. He has been experiencing symptoms of anxiety and potentially depression which were manifesting themselves as physical symptoms often. We wanted to rule out any physical ailment, however Dr Narayanan went considerably beyond our expectations and was able to help us consider options for our son’s current ADHD medication and other treatment and management options. He’s very quiet and lacks confidence and Dr Narayanan amazed me with her ability to bring him out of his shell and speak to him in a way which helped him to open up. Together with her, we now feel that we now have an expert who is owning our son’s treatment and care and supporting us where we need support. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

I reached out to Nadira at one of the hardest times of my life and literally had no support/help from her whatsoever. As she continually reminds everyone she is a full time mother and a full time NHS GP I don’t understand how she thinks she has the time to open a menopause clinic as she has shown me. Takes weeks to reply to any correspondence. Also she certainly has NHS GP mentality on any HRT. She has no up to date knowledge and is very nervous and unsure whilst in a consultation with her. She quoted lots of things that were wrong and outdated as new evidence has suggested. I would not waste your money and go to Menopause specialist who is only doing this full time.
