Dr Rajah was extremely thorough. A complete gentleman from beginning to end. Explained in great detail the process I was in, what stage of the process I was at, what’s coming next, then the surgery and the recovery process. He was the most personable Consultant ive ever met. Most it seems are trying to get you in and out asap. Mr Rajah, knowing he was behind schedule and knowing by my body language that I had questions to ask, made sure I asked anything I was uncertain about. The pinnacle of professionalism. Knowing that it’s him will be operating on me put me at ease. I’ve twins at 9yo and to be honest the anaesthetic was worrying me, but now I feel better about it. You wait a long time on getting surgery, but when it arrives all the apprehension arrives along with it but I’m more settled that it’s himself. If this gets back to Mr Rajah, I’d met Consultants and Doctors over the years and I’m sorry to say I felt like a number where 99% where concerned, please don’t ever lose that empathy with the patient Mr Rajah, it’s the one thing that people can see that gives us a reassurance.

I had an initial appointment with Dr Lauren Colquhoun and Emily Holt at Willow Health, and honestly, it was such a positive experience. The appointment was meant to be an hour, but there was absolutely no rush and they actually spent around 1 hour 15 minutes with me just to make sure everything was covered properly. They really look at everything, my age, lifestyle including diet, exercise and sleep pattern, my long-term health conditions, and all the symptoms I’ve been struggling with. They didn’t rush me at all. They gave me some initial ideas to get started and said we’d talk through options once I’d had time to think things over and review the follow up materials, which I really appreciated. I left feeling genuinely supported and reassured. It was the first time in a long while that I felt confident I was getting the right advice, something you just don’t get in a 10-minute GP appointment. Would 100% recommend Willow Health to anyone needing proper advice, guidance and support.

I have been receiving treatment following ACL reconstruction (with LET and meniscus repair), and I am genuinely impressed with the level of care and professionalism I have experienced. Lee consistently explains each exercise clearly, checks my progress carefully, and adjusts my programme so that I always feel safe but challenged. His encouragement and attention to detail have made a noticeable difference in my recovery and my confidence. During one of my session, Lee even took me to the gym and guided me through three leg machines, explaining how this next stage will help me progress. His support and reassurance that I’ll start seeing big improvements mean a lot to me. I truly appreciate the time, patience, and expertise he brings to every session. I feel well supported and motivated, and I am very grateful for the high-quality care he provides. I am very much looking forward to continuing my recovery with Lee.

I attended Mr Peter's surgery at Spire over 12 months back to discuss hip pain and options. Following xrays and confirmation of osteoarthritis in both, he was extremely helpful and clear as regards my (limited) options for managing the pain or resolving through hip replacement. As someone with 2 young kids and relatively young at 51, I was worried about surgery but his calm and supportive manner convinced me and I felt I would be in very safe hands. I underwent the surgery on my left hip in early August and was fully back on my feet n no time. The support, quality of care and professionalism of Mr Peter (as well as all the staff at Spire) was amazing and I would recommend to anyone suffering similar pain. I'm almost looking forward to going back again for.my right! Thank you again Mr Peter!

I was told to report to the Heart Centre, which I did, then tried to catch the attention of the only staff member I could see who was someone eating her breakfast from a bowl. The encounter was not welcoming or friendly. I was told to go downstairs to a different door, with no sign on. When I did finally find the right place the nurse was very friendly and kind, and everything went very well after that. The nurse and the consultant were very good in all they did. My letter of admission insisted that I was 'nil by mouth' so I arrived at the hospital thirsty and hungry. When there I was informed that in fact I could eat and drink whatever I wanted- that there was no restriction. I wish I had been informed correctly in the first place.

I had a very good first visit to Harley Hearing and wish I had known about and visited this practice when I first had hearing problems 25 years ago! Now I feel very grateful to the senior clinician whom I saw. She put me at ease immediately and she understood the problems I had been having with my current hearing aids. She gave me a hearing test and explained clearly to me the reasons for the loss and suggested a maker that would be able to supply a hearing aid which would give me much improved hearing. I trust her judgment and look forward to wearing my new aids. All the staff were friendly and kind and supportive and, having had experience of both NHS and other private audiologists, I can recommend this practice unreservedly.

I honestly can't speak highly enough of Dr Salooja (and indeed have sung her praises to family and friends a lot). Dr Salooja offers a level of care that I just think is completely exceptional. She is incredibly personable, takes time to engage, listen and explain whatever medical issues are being discussed, in depth. I'm in my mid-40s and believe she has the best interpersonal skills of any healthcare professional I've ever met. I feel in very safe hands with regards to the medical investigations, discussions around treatment and outcomes; Dr Salooja is clearly extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Very grateful to be under her care.

Arrived early as instructed, car park was full as the barrier was open and it appeared people were taking advantage of free parking. The amount of cars in the car park did not reflect the amount of people in the waiting area. I was shown where to go and I took a seat, my appointment was at 2.30 i was there at 2.15 I went in around 3.00. Not sure why I needed to be so early as I was not asked to fill in any forms or speak to anyone. My actual appointment was ok the consultation was professional and the consultant was very nice. Disappointed that the hot drink station doesn’t have takeout cups or the nice border biscuits.

Just like to say what a wonderful understanding and kind team you have . After a wile through my consolation I began to feel very relaxed connecting with your GP . She was very interested with my health and wellbeing and making notes regarding my health history and present concerns. On a comparison to my NHS GP I was always felt I was a bit of pain in the back side when it come to my wellbeing and made me feel very anxious. I first saw Dr Seth two years ago and recently returned in October/November 2025. He’s exceptional at what he does, and absolutely worth waiting for. As always, he took the time to explain everything properly and map out a sensible plan and next steps. What I really value is how comfortable he makes you feel—he’s generous with his knowledge and never rushed. He’s also incredibly considerate in the way he coordinates directly with my physio, which removes any risk of miscommunication on my side. Dr Ajai Seth is consistently outstanding, and I feel very well looked after under his care.

I visited Mr Natt this week after experiencing tightness in my throat. He took the time to ask thorough questions to understand the issue and carried out a nasal endoscopy to investigate further. Throughout the procedure, he explained everything clearly, checked that I was comfortable, and showed genuine concern for my wellbeing. When the issue became visible on the screen, he carefully explained what was happening in a way that put my mind at ease. Mr Natt was kind, professional, and attentive from start to finish. I felt very well cared for and would highly recommend him.

Very professional reception staff, clear concise information and made very welcome, which was reassuring. The colorectal consultant was professional, polite and was meticulous in his consultation, taking care to explore a comprehensive medical history and carrying out a thorough examination. He explained carefully how to prepare for endoscopy (OGD/colonoscopy) and prepared Literature and laxative into a takeaway pack. The administration staff member was polite and her instruction was clear and helpful. Excellent patient focused experience.

Had an unfortunate accident falling down the stairs and breaking my ankle. After my initial NHS surgery, I went to see Mr Patel privately and feel incredibly privileged to have come under his care. He performed a revision surgery and treated me with exceptional patience and compassion, especially as I was a very nervous patient. His secretary has also been incredibly supportive throughout. I am now on the road to recovery with renewed confidence and feel genuinely grateful. An outstanding professional, highly recommended.

I didn't find the hygienist very supportive when I struggled to breathe during the appointment. I had to signal to her to stop several times because the fluid in my mouth meant I couldn't swallow and made it feel like I couldn't breathe. When I said this, she just said, 'aren't you breathing through your nose?'. She also didn't offer any apology for not having the diamond airflow polishing available, despite me saying that I was really disappointed about this as it was my main reason for booking the appointment.
