I had to visit the Vermilion Endodontic Team after my dentist discovered that I needed specialist root canal treatment on not one, but two teeth. My initial reaction was sheer panic, especially since I'm not the biggest fan of going to the dentist. However, my overall experience at Vermilion was nothing short of amazing – so much so that I actually began looking forward to my visits! David Treagus and Megan were incredibly welcoming, and I could tell David immediately recognized the fear on my face. Both of them were quick to put me at ease. During my initial appointment, David took the time to walk me through the entire process. He explained exactly what he was going to do, the expected outcomes, and even the potential risks involved. When it came to my first root canal session, I was absolutely terrified – to say I was "bricking it" would be an understatement. However, David reassured me that we would go at a pace I was comfortable with, and that if I needed a break at any point, I just had to give him a wave. Root canal treatment is a lengthy process, so I had several two-hour appointments over the course of about 12 weeks. By my second appointment, because the experience had been so pleasant, I was, for the first time in my life, actually looking forward to going to the dentist. Fast forward to the end of my 12 weeks, and my teeth are looking and feeling great again! I can't thank David and Megan enough for the incredible work they did. I'm now able to smile again without any pain or discomfort. While I understand that visiting a specialist comes at a cost, I can honestly say I am so glad I chose Vermilion. The entire team, from the front of house to the specialists, is amazing and truly understanding. No matter what, they will make you feel calm, cared for, and well looked after.

I recently had a laparoscopy with Mr Okaro and I couldn't be more grateful for the care I received. From the very beginning Mr Okaro was very professional,kind and took the time to explain everything clearly which immediately put me at ease with his knowledge and experience . The procedure itself went very well. Mr Okaro not only removed my fallopian tube as I was referred for but also treated my endometriosis at the same time. After the surgery he was patient and happy to answer any questions which I truly appreciate. I feel very fortunate to have been under his care and I would happily return to him for any future gynae concerns. I would highly recommend Mr Okaro to friends and family without a doubt. I also want to mention Justina who was my first point of contact before I made the decision to see Mr Okaro. Justina gave me the reassurance and explained everything I needed to know. Both Mr Okaro and Justina made the whole experience so much easier and im very thankful for their support.

I booked a health assessment following an internet search. I wanted something nearby and which offered a comprehensive service. The doctor (Harry) was approachable and I felt that he had my own interests very much at heart. The assessment covered the areas in which I had some concerns so I felt it would be a good option for me. I was welcomed at the premises by Amy and made welcome and comfortable. Right on time, Harry took me through the process and clearly signposted what I would experience over the next 50 minutes or so. The tests were undertaken with maximum care and respect for my comfort and I felt safe throughout. Upon conclusion of my physical visit for the tests, I was told exactly what to expect over the next few days and how the results would be communicated. Overall I am very satisfied with Leeds Cliniccand their personnel.

My initial appointment was to have a checkup to explore the feasibility of having veneers placing over my existing top row of front teeth. I was so impressed with everything that was done from the first visit to the finl fitting visit. Everything that was done was explained to me in fine detail. The owner of the practice, Stephen Dodd, is the ultimate professional. I guess you would call him a Supreme Dental Technician!!! His staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I was so so pleased with the end result of visits and I would highly recommend the prctice.

The facilities and staff at Bourne hall were exceptional and relaxed however still professional ,my initial consultation with Dr Wiseman at Nufield was conducted in the same manner and Dr wiseman was very personal informative and emphatic. The Anthetics team worked very well and even though there was a problem with my cannula they talked me through relaxing me and and working at the same time knowing they were under time pressure. The reception and nursing staff were great a good mix of professional attitude and personal care without being over the top.

I’m really pleased with my experience at the clinic. I’ve had two sessions for thread vein removal and the results and service have been fantastic. The staff were friendly, informative and made me feel completely at ease. I never felt rushed and really felt listened to, cared for and in safe hands throughout the whole process. It was my first visit to One Hatfield and I was very impressed. I’ve previously used Pinehill and that has really gone down hill. One Hatfield was easy to find, easy to park, clean, big open space, really friendly and professional staff that took amazing care of me. 3 ladies took extra care of me when I started to feel unwell - Lola, Nikita and a ladies name I didn’t catch (blonde hair, pink uniform)
