I had a procedure done with Dr. Marshall and he is unbelievable truly an amazing doctor. His expertise, reassurance, and calm approach made the whole experience a 10/10. I couldn’t have asked for better care. Every member of staff I encountered was helpful and attentive, always willing to go above and beyond. From the nurses to the reception team, everyone made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout. I have absolutely no complaints only praise. A wonderful hospital with outstanding care. I recently had a procedure under the care of Dr Okeke. From the very first appointment, he was very professional and caring towards my symptoms and immediately knew what I needed. He explained everything clearly and reassured me when I was nervous. On the day of the operation, he visited me in my ward before operating to ensure I was feeling ok. His calm, professional and caring approach made me feel like I was in the best hands possible, which helped me to relax. 6 weeks on from my op, everything has healed really well and I’m delighted with the result. The receptionist and the nurse were lovely. However, the consultant made me feel like I wasn’t heard at all, I didn’t really get to talk about anything I wanted to talk about because every time I tried to I was cut off and told I would have to speak to someone else about that but I was confused as I was speaking about the issue I was there for. I also felt like I was penalised for my gp making a mistake and did feel very uncomfortable by the end of the consultation. Which made me quite sad as this is an issue I’ve been dealing with for a couple of years and I feel like I’m still getting no where with it.

Mr Iqbal was very kind and professional and i was very comfortable with him operating on my eyes.The procedure was explained in detail, it was recommended that I researched and thought about the eye surgery that we have discussed. I had 2 appointments with Mr Iqbal before surgery. Hospital staff were very helpful and I felt very well cared for after my operation. I would highly recommend Mr Iqbal and very much appreciated his work and thank him so much. I'm truly delighted with my eyes.

My visit was disappointing but not due to Professor Douek but the fact that another department decided to over rule a decision made by the professor and cancelled an appointment previous to this one which means that I will need to take time out again to visit but also wasted an appointment time someone else could have had. Professor Douek was apologetic and sincere and did still complete an examination. Very professional.

Absolutely fantastic. The staff at Lanthon were so friendly and it was a beautiful, calming space. The whole process felt very smooth and each step was clearly explained to me. I also received my results super quickly (just 2 days!) and loved how they came with a detailed report from a doctor, explaining them all in a personalised manner. 10/10 all round!
