Hospital was dirty. Room was dirty. Was provided with a pillow that was fully stained yellow on one side with no pillow cover. One of the nurses saw it when he turned it over but I had already been lying on it for hours. Went to the surgery without any pillow only to wake up to another stained pillow without any cover. Found a toenail on the bed. Very unhygienic and was not comfortable. Staff were ok. Food received was not what I ordered, so left without eating anything. Will only be coming back for my second operation because it is the surgeons only practice that is close to where I live, otherwise would not be returning. Hygiene is most important in these environments and it was not to par at all. Worse than NHS.

We were referred to Dr Sobti from another respected Orthopaedic surgeon and we couldn't have been more blessed to have found Dr Sobti. He was attentive, patient and knowledgeable from the 1st moment with my Daughter and made her feel at ease and confident that she would be treated well. He was thorough in his investigations and analysis of the test results. He was open, clear and very supportive once the diagnosis was provided and we felt very reassured he was considering all her needs, especially given her sporting life. Ally his assistant is also amazing. She worked hard do accommodate our schedules for appointments, was responsive and helpful at everything stage. Highly recommended.

This was my 2 nd cataract op with Mr Kamran Khan at Newmedica Leeds. I was very happy with my treatment with everyone especially Wr Kamran Khan who I can’t recommend enough, he was friendly, assuring and also the lovely nurse who looked after me after my op. Sorry I can’t remember her name but she was so caring. Anyone going for a cararact op this place is brilliant and everyone I came in contact with both times I was there I feel I couldn’t have had better. Someone calls you the following day to check that you are okay so everything perfect. Thank you all.

Professor Biswas has been absolutely wonderful Kind in his manner Very clear in his explanations Not pushing surgery, just patiently going through pros & cons & advising us in our situation But when we did decide to have surgery he has done a fantastic job. My waiting time for tests and seeing my Consultant was minimal, especially considering the awful and treacherous snowy road conditions that day. Nursing staff were courteous, professional and friendly as was my Consultant, who even apologised for my waiting time, caused by the snowy/icy weather. My medical information/results were explained clearly to me and any questions were answered fully and satisfactorily. Everyone was respectful of me and my feelings . It was a courteous, friendly and extremely professional experience.

No problems with check in or with the meeting with Mr Krkovic. However the hospital is showing signs of neglect. The loo in the corridor outside Trinity Suite had no paper towels and and a completely overflowed waste bin. The coffee machine in Trinity was broken in October and is still broken in January. The former quite serious, the latter not serious but to be not fixed over so many months suggests neglect and that always raises the possibility that things I can't see are also neglected. SIte management needs shake-up.

I was referred to Professor Paleri immediately I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. He is currently conducting investigations so he can decide the plan to treat my cancer. In spite of my real terror I feel completely safe in his care and so so grateful for having being speedily transferred to him. Can I also mention that his assistant is Ma Muni King who is so kind and compassionate. This is a scary journey. To be cared for by Professor Paleri is a privilege.

I can not praise MrRao highly enough. The second total hip replacement appears so far to have gone well. I felt very safe with him at all times and was informed what was most likely to happen and needed to be done. It sounded very complicated to me as a patient but Mr Rao has such an assuring and calming manner that I felt totally safe and had no doubt that this would be a success . I’m very happy to be pain free after a long time and would highly recommend him

The refreshments and activities are thoughtful for not just the patients but also to those who may be attending with them. On my recent visit to Prive Clinics, I had a really lovely experience. The receptionist was so welcoming and offered tea or coffee as usual, which was a nice touch. The dental nurse was friendly and smiley, making me feel comfortable straight away. The practice is very clean and well looked after. Overall, it was a great visit and a very pleasant experience.
