I endured a horrific accident about 10 years ago when I fell (I believe due to a drink being spiked) and fractured two of my front teeth, one so badly that I had to have root canal work done and a crown fitted, I was devastated to learn that the root canal had failed and had caused an infection which would require further and costly dental work. The staff at Vermilion couldn't have done any better in how they treated me throughout the course of treatment which spanned 3 months. Dr Treagus in particular, must be highly commended, as despite his struggles in drilling through the crown (due to metalwork within the crown) to enable him to carry out the treatment, persevered and kept me informed at every stage, detailing worst case scenarios and explaining very directly what my options were. He and his colleagues managed to create a calm, and at times humorous environment which really helped to take my mind off the seriousness of what needed to be done and what could go wrong. I highly recommend the practice for their professionalism, and sheer determination to achieve a good outcome for me.

I cannot recommend Erin Lahay highly enough. Over the past three months, she has helped me immensely with both shoulder and lower back pain. What sets Erin apart is her holistic approach. She took the time to thoroughly assess my body, running strength tests and identifying underlying issues rather than just treating symptoms. Her treatment combined soft tissue massage to relieve pain and a tailored exercise routine designed specifically for my needs. The results have been incredible - my pain has improved dramatically, and the changes have truly been life-changing. Beyond the physical improvements, Erin has also supported me mentally. She helped me shift my perspective on pain and has taught me not to give up on getting better. Her professionalism, empathy, and expertise have made all the difference. I can't thank her enough.

I thoroughly recommend. I attended Dr McGrady's clinic to obtain a diagnosis and removal of a small bump on my nose which I thought might be a basal cell carcinoma.. Dr McGrady put me at ease by explaining that it wasn't a form of skin cancer but a sebaceous hyperplasia. He explained how he would remove it. He then thoroughly examined the rest of my face for any other skin issues He found 2 more sebaceous hyperplasia and removed all 3 by using cryotherapy. The procedure was quick,and I am very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Dr McGrady and his team. I have attended his clinic before for a similar diagnosis and removal. He has so much knowledge and expertise, is a good communicator and made me feel at ease..

great as manged to get 2 appointments close together which meant huge help to me and made sense . was appreciated the only thing I would say is it would be a lot more helpful and save a lot more time and money if appointments were arranged with the patient rather than just sent out through text because a lot of the times they clash or aren’t convenient but I do really appreciate this time being able to move appointments that they were closer together rather than have one in the morning and one in the afternoon when you have to travel a very long way but the service was great. Everyone was friendly and nice and really appreciate all the help. I got it’s just the booking system that seems to be a real struggle.

Wonderful care from good staff but the bed was uncomfortable and the room was too small and felt airless and too hot. But the main thing is that hopefully this surgery will enable me to have a better quality of life. I already feel that my powers of concentration have improved and my brain is working better. It seems to me that once the soreness and itchy neck skin heals I will be back at the gym in January feeling thirty years younger. The hospital has done a good job and staff team are excellent. My only recommendation is that you knock the building down and build some more comfortable bedrooms with good ventilation with some comfortable beds for tall people.

Dr khan is the most wonderful Dr his treatment of myself and my wife has been exceptional im a very high risk patient and im not a very good patient because of my eating disorder so im often in quite a bad mood but Dr khan always remembers that he always remembers my needle phobia and he manages to keep me calm in these situations in alot of ways I owe my life to Dr khan because without his intervention I wouldn't be able to eat at all I would like to tell whoever will listen how quite brilliant this man is and how eternally greatful I am and proud to have him as my consultant I feel safe in his care

This was my first experience of private health care. All staff are welcoming the clinic is very clean. It was self service to Refreshments but that's not to clear. I think it would've been nicer to be offered a beverage when you check in. I found myself being forced into this option as the nhs weren't listening. I met with Dr. Howie (GP) I found it such a relief just to be heard. It has only taken 1 visit and 1 review appointment to help with my menopause issues. i have been suffering for many years and it has ovly taken 3 months to solve going private. Thank you!!

The doctor was really rude and unprofessional about other members of staff to me. He also didn't check that I'd received appropriate amount of anaesthetic before doing the procedure leaving me in an unacceptable amount of pain for which he didn't apologise or check to see if I was ok. He also tried to do the procedure on the wrong eye and after checking the eye he could see where I'd had a previous procedure and said, "At least I can see you're not lying". I do not want this awful man near me ever again.

Very easy to book an appointment. The hospital was clean and easy to find. Parking was a bit challenging as it was very busy with patients. The receptionist and the service they provided was good. I would recommend Miss Di Marco to anyone with a similar problem to what I had. I have some soreness on my neck but 48 hours after the operation I have no need for any painkillers. But I just took 2 paracetamol just in case. Also I worried that I could lose my voice and post operation but it has not changed. At the London Clinic I was impressed with the care I received from the very good and caring medical team.
