It was all fine and well managed although I’m not sure if the doctor who did the insertion of the coil was training, it seemed like it as she was under supervision by Mr Aziz but I don’t remember it being mentioned that she was training so maybe a bit more clarity on that (or mentioning it a couple of times for anyone like me who may have a bit of brain fog!) would have been helpful.
Dr Aziz and all the nurses/staff that were in the room were great and really put me at ease from the start as I was extremely nervous about the procedure and the pain I might experience. Whilst the procedure was happening, I was told step by step what they were doing and surprisingly no pain felt, just slight pressure. They were brilliant.
A wonderful team, made the experience lighthearted, easy and quick. Thank you all.
My experience yesterday was wonderful. The doctor was clear, understanding, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything that was happening to me, including the different options available to me. The staff nurse who took me down to meet the doctor, Maxine, was also incredibly kind and helpful. Overall, I had a very positive experience and felt well cared for throughout.
Dr Aziz answered all our questions and was very clear & informative.
