Carmen was very clear and methodical both in her analysis and her explanations. She has a great 'bedside manner' in showing me how to do the exercises especially when it became very clear I could not do some of them due to the injury to my right knee.

Having experience nerve damage in my neck area and down the right shoulder, chest and arm, I made an appointment to visit the Physio in the School. When I visited Celia Paterson at the school gym I was in a a lot of discomfort unable to sleep and suffering form a loss of sensation in the areas mentioned above. Celia was very professional and treated the problem areas with efficiency and care, after a number of appointments with Celia I am now back training in the Gym and rebuilding the muscle groups on the right side of my body. Thank you Celia for getting back in the Gym.

Appointments were external i.e. not in an appointed Meliora Medical Studio, so can’t comment very adeptly.
