Thank you !
I had a consultation with Mr Giles Bond Smith regarding a tricky hernia that had already been repaired once by another surgeon and had failed. Mr Bond Smith gave me very useful information about what all my options were, which were not biased towards him carrying out the surgery. I came away feeling very reassured, and the anxiety around not being sure what the best course of action would be were dispelled during the consultation. I’m very pleased that I met this kind, thoughtful and very humane doctor

I had an inguinal hernia operation. From initial consultation to operation and post-op, a great experience. I would highly recommend.
Visit was my final check up, all on time, very professional as usual
The advice given me was succinct, accurate and reflected top level expertise. Thank you SO much.

Thank you.
Extremely efficient, hospital was clean and the food was of excellent quality. I was seen by the operating team almost immediately after my admission and was given clear instructions by them as the how the day would pan out. Care was great, nothing felt too much for the team. The nurses were kind and patient, not rushing around and stressed out which always makes nhs settings feel so chaotic.

Thank you for taking the time for such comprehensive feedback.
Giles is a world class surgeon, educator and leader. I would recommend him to my family.
