So I’m not sure what you are asking me. If you are asking me about the care prior to my operation then that was very very poor. I was literally left for hours and hours and not one single nurse came to check on me or ask if I was ok or tell me what sort of time I would be having my surgery. I have ADHD and OCD I also suffer with anxiety and panic attacks. I witnessed a conversation for over 40 minutes long between a nurse and a patient the nurse asked her if she needed a fan or a bed or a pillow etc! then later on the same nurse and patient talking again! That was just half of my experience

Very sensitive handling of dementia patient by both doctor and nurse. Clear information, answers to questions and explanation of what would be next. Friendly and respectful.

My visit to the clinic today to see Professor Douek was extremely helpful.All my questions were answered, and at no time did I feel rushed.

Professor Douek is very skilled surgically and has a lot of experience and knowledge His clinics do not run on time which is factor when taking time off work He is very focussed on what he needs to do, that he forgets the human empathy touch but that’s a small negative which is far outweighed by his surgical revision, knowledge, skill, experience and theatre environment and cleanliness

The consultant and nurse were brilliant but had to wait an hour and a half to be seen which was very stressful as waiting for a cancer diagnosis

I was so happy with my consultation, to be able to spend time with an expert who considered all aspects of my care was very reassuring. Clear communication made it a very positive experience and all my current questions were answered. Thank you.
