Overall a very positive experience with my treatment from Radu Mihai. I was extremely nervous going into this procedure but Radu took the time to explain what exactly I can expect on surgery day, took the time to answer my questions and made me feel at ease ahead of the procedure. We have since been in contact post surgery offering support and advice whilst I recover. I am very pleased with the level of care that I have received.

Mr Mihai was professional and friendly, and instantly put me at ease. He gave me a clear and thorough explanation of the procedure, and answered my questions and responded to my concerns. Post-surgery, I had complications with my calcium levels, but I felt greatly reassured that Mr Mihai and the team were responding promptly and taking my condition seriously. At all times, I felt in safe hands and freely able to ask questions. Mr Mihai listened to me and my worries, and at all times, I felt heard and my opinion valued. Mr Mihai has been amazing since the first time we spoke, keeping me informed throughout my whole treatment through to surgery and post surgery, ensuring he checked in post op sharing advice and information on my recovery. He’s been very attentive and I’ve felt extremely well looked after, I’ve felt I was in the best hands the whole way. He’s has a very caring and understanding bedside manner.

I was fortunate enough to have met Mr Mihai at his clinic in Churchill Hospital. I can honestly say that he is an excellent consultant and I couldn't have asked for a better treatment. Throughout my visit he was very professional and polite. He listened to my concerns and took them into consideration when making clinical judgement. He explained my upcoming surgical procedure very clearly and I felt reassured. He is extremely knowledgeable and I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

I was clearly and efficiently explained the options. Involved in the decision making process. Treated with care and respect. All the staff were excellent and provided me with a very high level of care resulting in a very good outcome.

I cannot recommend Mr Mihai highly enough. From the moment I met him, he was kind, compassionate and incredibly thorough. He took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. My visit was a planned review with ultrasound and bloods. During the ultrasound an fna was taken and cancerous cells found. Mr Mihai reviewed my case within 20mins of the fna and provided a clear and concise plan for treatment and surgery. I came away with very little to question as all areas were covered. It was a calm,measured review that incited confidence and reassurance. I left the department knowing as much as possible about my plan of care.
