About Mr Mitch Campbell

Mr Mitch Campbell is a Senior Physiotherapist at LDN Physio, working across multiple clinics. He holds a BSc in Physiotherapy from Auckland University of Technology (2022) and specialises in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

Originally from New Zealand, Mitch has worked most recently in Australia, where he gained experience treating a wide range of patients, including elite-level rugby and AFL athletes. With a background as a national-level competitive swimmer, he developed a strong foundation in athletic performance, which continues to inform his physiotherapy practice.

At LDN Physio, Mitch leads the running services, offering expertise in biomechanics and gait analysis, running rehabilitation, and training and performance programming. A keen marathon runner and regular at local park runs, he combines evidence-based rehabilitation with sports-specific insight to support patients in achieving their goals. While he has a strong interest in working with runners and athletes, he also works extensively with clients from non-sporting backgrounds, focusing on movement, recovery, and injury prevention.

Mitch’s treatment approaches include gym-based rehabilitation, sports-specific rehabilitation, gait re-education, manual therapy, soft tissue release, sports taping, and shockwave therapy. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys running in Battersea Park and exploring London’s coffee scene.

Is a colleague

As Mitch’s colleague at LDN PHYSIO, I highly recommend him. He was hired as our Running Physiotherapist Lead to spearhead the running clinic, and he’s delivered that brilliantly. Mitch has exceptional expertise in running injuries, biomechanics, and gait/running analysis. He consistently achieves major patient improvements; reducing pain, restoring confidence, and improving performance. His rehab is structured, evidence-based, and focused on long-term results, not quick fixes. A key strength is how well he integrates strength & conditioning sessions into return-to-run plans. He’s equally ef...
