Meg Cauduro

Meg Cauduro is a Senior Physiotherapist with extensive experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy and performance-focused rehabilitation. Originally from Australia, she graduated as a Dean’s Scholar from Charles Sturt University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, before developing a specialist practice focused on supporting patients through complex injuries and return-to-sport programmes.

Her postgraduate training includes courses focussed on lower limb tendinopathy as well as early to end stage ACL rehabilitation. These qualifications have further developed her expertise in the assessment and rehabilitation of lower-limb injuries.

Meg has worked across private practice and professional sport, providing physiotherapy support to rugby, football and Australian Rules Football (AFL) athletes. She also participated in the Australian Junior and Senior Cross Country Ski Camp, supporting athletes with physiotherapy needs while gaining experience in the demands of high-performance sport. This has enabled her to bridge the gap between acute injury management, rehabilitation and performance-focused return to sport.

Her clinical approach combines hands-on treatment with targeted exercise rehabilitation, movement retraining, strength training and performance conditioning to optimise recovery and reduce the risk of re-injury. She places strong emphasis on patient education and empowerment, tailoring rehabilitation programmes to each individual’s goals, whether returning to everyday activities or competitive sport.
