About LDN PHYSIO | Hackney
LDN PHYSIO was created in 2016 to raise awareness of what is achievable through physiotherapy and the benefits of using medical, sports and scientific knowledge to reach all sorts of goals and milestones.
We work with a wide range of clients, from busy professionals to athletes, from individuals to organisations, to provide a variety of quality physiotherapy, coaching and nutrition services, all geared towards getting you back on track quickly and helping you achieve goals you'd never thought you could.

Really great sessions with Niko Mandis, he's been a diamond to work with. He's super attentive to what I say, my conditions and well being and only wants the best results. One thing I'd recommend is getting air conditioning or a fan in there for the room in Hackney though, the room is a box room with little ventilation so I'd like to see something added in there to keep the air flowing better. Other than that, near perfect experience every time.
Excellent care and highly professional team! I’ve had a fantastic experience at the Hackney clinic. The facilities are great, and the administrative team is incredibly responsive and helpful, making everything seamless. I am being treated by Nicholas Mandis, and I cannot recommend him enough. He is extremely attentive, listens carefully to concerns, and explains everything clearly. He is also incredibly encouraging, which makes a huge difference in staying motivated. The follow-up is excellent, and I’ve seen great progression since starting my sessions. A truly positive experience!
I am significantly strengthening my leg muscles on a week-by-week basis, as a result of the treatment regime Sarah has identified, to such ab extent that I might soon be able walk short distances without a walking stick!

Had a brilliant experience with Michael at LDN Physio in Hackney for a shoulder injury. From the first session he took the time to properly understand what was going on, explained things clearly, and built a treatment plan.
