Mr Owen Sylvester

Owen is incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I initially saw him for some recurring neck pain, and then came back when I started experiencing exercise-related shoulder discomfort. Like many people I'm active, busy, and don't have a home gym - so I appreciated Owen's realistic approach to physio, where the exercises he assigned me could be easily incorporated into my routine. I've seen huge improvements as a result. Owen is easy to talk to and seems to genuinely care about his patients.

I visited Owen (2nd appointment) for help with an injury. Owen is knowledgeable and explains everything perfectly. Would highly recommend!
