I chipped my tooth in the evening. I phoned at 9 the next morning and the phone was answered immediately by Jane who was so very helpful. She got me an appointment for the same day in the afternoon. When I got to the dentists I didn’t have to wait at all. The receptionist was very helpful and put my mind at rest. The dentist ( I think his name was Aaron) told me he needed to file my tooth down with the drill, which made me nervous ( I’m always nervous at the dentist!) The dentist was very understanding of my nervousness & explained he would do it in short bursts & stop whenever I needed. He was true to his word and made sure 3 or 4 times that I was ok and checked the tooth to ensure it was completely smoothed out. He was very friendly and professional. After the treatment, the nurse bought me some water as I was feeling a bit wobbly. Overall an excellent service from everyone at Albion dental practice. I highly recommend this dental practice

I had two day surgery appointments for cataract removal and lens implants, two weeks apart. The first appointment was very straightforward from walking through the door to post operative discharge. The second appointment was less straightforward: despite me being first on the day’s list there was a long wait before my pre-operative assessment. When I was being prepped before going into theatre, the atmosphere in the room was not calm and reassuring, unlike the first time. There was sometimes discomfort during the procedures of anaesthetic and application of the opthalmic speculum, the latter of which has left me with a markedly arched eyebrow on that side, which is only returning to normal after nearly two weeks. As a result I felt tense entering the theatre. Everyone in the theatre was calm and reassuring however, and I was quickly put at ease. I had a positive post operative experience before being allowed home.

I have been a patient with Mathew Bultitude since February 2025 and he recently undertook a TURP procedure on me. All of my dealings with Mathew have given me confidence in his abilities and that my well being was his priority. I have always found him very approachable and friendly and prepared to explain issues as fully as I required. The various consultation I had with him were satisfactory and my recent surgery was exemplary. My recovery was very rapid and I was out and about within a few days. I regards Mathew as a consultant and surgeon at the top of his game and someone in whom I have great confidence. If I need to consult him again, I will have no hesitation in renewing my acquaintance with him. Furthermore, I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

And I’m so glad I did. Even though I don’t live in Estonia, organising appointments and receiving results was seamless and stress-free. The clinic has a welcoming, calm atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly kind and professional, instantly putting me at ease. The consultation was thorough and informative, and I genuinely felt listened to and understood. I left with valuable insights and a clear plan for the way forward. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had some issues with the online portal specifically in relation to forms it was unclear what forms we needed to complete. We were coming for a couples fertility not however there was a form called egg reserve which at the very beginning asks what you would like to happen with your eggs. As we weren't doing ivf we didnt complete this form only to be notifed much later that we needed to but ignore that question. Would be better if this form was renamed and the questions reworded. The system also continues to email me daily stating that I have outstanding tasks when I have completely everything and asked to be no longer notified.

My appointment was with Dr Natasha Davidson. She was so friendly and really helpful to me. She helped me like no other doctor has. She has sent my GP a letter to prescribe the medications Metformin and Provera. I have been to so many appointment explaining that I have no periods but no one has helped me until Dr Davidson. She also explained in detail PCOS for me and discussed my fertility issues with me. She has said I should book in for an Ultrasound to check the lining of my womb. She made sure I left the appointment with all questions answered. Thank you so much

I had attended the appointment with orthopedist... Im absolutely satisfy. He had confirmed what I was thinking it may he wrong. I had excellent explanations and given options how to deal with my issue. I got referred further to do some scans. I definitely recommend to use all services available. Im a returning patient and can not fault it at all. Of course its private and expensive but you owe to see a doctor fave to fave and you get personal centred one to one help. Short time! Via NHS it would be cheep but minimum 6 months waiting. Best customer service.

I have been treated by a number of physiotherapists over the years and I must say that Einav is in a class on her own. She is very experienced and has a wonderful manner with patients. She gets straight to the point (pun not intended) and within minutes knows exactly what the problem is and how to treat it. My sessions with Einav have been truly therapeutic and the pain I was suffering was greatly reduced. Einav is a very dedicated professional and I would have no doubt in recommending her.

Mr David Floyd

Mr David Floyd provided an exemplary service. He has the most personable and professional manner and explained my procedure in detail and in terms that were easy to understand and absorb. I had a breast implant removal , (enbloc) and uplift. I'm very slim with little to no fat and he did a fabulous job. He is not only a highly skilled surgeon but he has an artistic eye. Everyone in his team operate around him to deliver a slick service and do so with kindness, empathy and professionalism.

Mr Prasad Patki

As always, Mr. Patki was wonderful, he always shares information in clear accessible language, and in a re-assuring and kind way. I always have a lot of questions, and Mr. Patki always takes as much time as I need to explain scan or test results in as much detail as I ask for. I have been under Mr. Patki's care for 5 years now, following a diagnosis of renal cancer and have always been completely satisfied that I am receiving the best possible care in a timely and effective way.

OK, so my final comments. Professor McDonnell is a very busy, highly experienced consultant/surgeon and tries to keep his time to what is necessary. I am not a high risk patient, and therefore not high priority. I believe he has confidence in my recovery path and therefore there are no outstanding issues. I am totally satisfied with the outcome of my surgery, and only time will tell whether my hip lasts its expected lifespan, but that’s a combination of luck and my lifestyle.

The staff at the centre are exceptional. Customer service is amazing and the consideration for the children is outstanding. Minimal waiting times avoid the children becoming overly fearful or stressed and procedures are handled with professionalism and empathy for the young patients involved. My son was petrified of needles before you did a blood test, but it was handled so well and compassionately that he now is pretty confident around injections/blood tests. Thank you

Mr Niall Sullivan

I have little to add to my overall rating. I have only given 4 stars for bedside manner because, in the nature of these things, Mr Sullivan was not at my bedside for long. Having said that his initial consultation was informative, the operation went well and the post-op consultation was again very helpful in making me aware of what I could do and expect in the coming weeks. I would recommend Mr Sullivan to anyone looking for a surgeon to perform a hip replacement.

I had my two babies delivered by Tom Setchell. Our son was born 2 years ago and Tom found a rare condition with my placenta on delivery. Not only was he extremely calming but if it wasn’t for him our baby boy wouldn’t be here today. He saved his life and was amazing the entire day not only to me but to my husband and mother who were both there at the time. He is nothing but caring, understanding and calming and we wouldn’t go to or recommend anybody else!

Dr Wat explains everything clearly & precise. There's no such thing as a silly question. He makes sure that you're BOTH happy with the plan of action before you leave the consultation, if not he will try and figure out how to make it so everyone is in agreement. I've not had such an open and honest doctor since being under Dr Amegavie at Whiston.
