I had been meaning to pursue a formal diagnosis for some time and, after researching several providers, Montrose Health Group stood out due to their consistently positive reviews, which was very reassuring. I also contacted a few other services, but Sophie from Montrose Health Group responded promptly, which immediately gave me confidence in their approach. When I called to begin my journey, I spoke with Grace, who was exceptional from the outset. She quickly recognised that I was feeling nervous and reassured me throughout the conversation with genuine care and understanding. I found it especially thoughtful that she directed me to her profile on the website so I could familiarise myself with her background and feel more comfortable ahead of our triage session. The triage itself went extremely well — I felt safe, listened to, and respected. Grace handled my case with compassion and professionalism, clearly explained the next steps, and kept me well informed throughout. I truly felt supported at every stage. I was then introduced to Roberta. Although our initial appointment had to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, this was where the quality of care and service really stood out. Roberta ensured the appointment was rearranged at a time that felt comfortable for me and took the time to reassure me when I shared that I was feeling nervous. During our assessment, I was struck by how well prepared Roberta was. She had clearly read my notes in advance, meaning I didn’t have to repeat myself, and she asked thoughtful, informed questions that helped her gain a deeper understanding of my experiences. For the first time, I truly felt seen and heard. After 37 years of confusion, Roberta helped me make sense of my experiences in a way that was validating and empowering. The report I received was incredibly detailed, personalised, and anything but generic — it genuinely reflected me. It included clear, practical guidance for both work and university. My husband also read the report and was taken aback by how thorough, insightful, and robust it was. 7 I am a true advocate for Grace, Roberta, and Montrose Health Group and would highly recommend their services to anyone considering a neurodevelopmental assessment. Miss Reid is in a league of her own. She is so brilliant, caring and her bedside manner is absolutely fantastic. She managed to navigate my complex case, as someone suffering from PCOS and endometriosis as well as complex symptoms with precision, diligence, and care, and helped us to navigate my way through to reach a decision. For 10 years, we have gone from pillar to post, and the diagnosis remained incomplete at best. She put all the facts together and gave me a realistic view of options. Miss Reid not only is an outstanding gynecologist with sharp mind and beautiful gentle manner, she understands women's emotional and physical challenges. It reassured me to know that such a high-caliber expert is there, looking at everything holistically with a woman's eye. As a consultant in Guy's hospital, and as a woman of extremely high intelligence, I could not feel safer and more reassured! She was generous with her time, professionally brilliant, and really a God-sent for me and many women like me who suffer from this debilitating disease of endometriosis with its complexity of symptoms. I was really please with the quality of service at Medneo Great Portlane Street and the speed at which I got my results. The medics seemed very professional and made me feel calm. I wish I'd used the service sooner as before getting a private MRI which I paid for myself I had had a number of physio treatments and exercise plans which may my injury worse due to them not knowing what was actually wrong. They were working blind as it were. And the NHS wouldn't put me on a waiting list for a MRI through them. I got a 3T scan which I believe shows a bit more than a 1.5 scanner which cast me £299. If you can afford it it might be the right choice for you. I would definitely go to these people to have a scan again if I develop another injury.

The general experience was excellent - all the staff readily on call any time of the day or night. Although I had some blood pressure problems, it was dealt with efficiently. I would like to identify Aiden as a particularly lovely person who made me feel very relaxed in a stressful situation. The physios were also very good. I would have liked a more detailed discharge plan for exercises to aid my recovery. The pain killers given on discharge seem to be only mildly effective and my pain level remains quite high. I have a lot of bruising on my thigh, which l wasn't told as a possibility. I wasn't given any information about ways to help with the stiffness. Overall, I would recommend the hospital to anyone

ADOS 2 Assessment and Autism coaching. After trying to get my adult autism assessment on NHS, I approached London Trusted Therapy to speed my diagnosis. I was very impressed by the professionalism of their staff: from the first moment I contacted them and spoke to Sofi, who took care of onboarding and scheduling, to expert guidance and support through evaluation process and ADOS 2 conducted by Dr Olena. I would recommend London Trusted Therapy to anyone looking for adult autism assessment without a long wait. I have also just started my autism therapeutic coaching with London Trusted Therapy as I was so impressive by how they conducted the diagnostic process. I am very impressed with my coach Becky.

I was “plagued” with psoriasis on my elbows and forearms for the last year or so (I am a 60 year old male). I never suffered from psoriasis before. It was getting me down and I wouldn’t wear short sleeves. I made an appointment with Dr Rosy and she examined me and gave me a prescription and hey presto my psoriasis has “gone” after 4 weeks usage of prescribed spray. As per Dr Rosy it will come back but I should use spray as required when psoriasis returns. I am absolutely 100% confident now of wearing short sleeves. I am so thankful 🙏

I had my endoscopy at Clare Park. Before the procedure Mr Veramootoo came in to see me and gave a clear explanation of what would happen. He knew I was apprehensive and nervous so I was more at ease and reassured after talking to him. The procedure went well and I felt looked after during and after. I would highly recommend Mr Veramootoo for is professionalism but also for his caring and attentive manner that made me feel understood and listened to.

I had set up my i-pad and my phone in preparation for the zoom consultation with Mr Shenouda. Unfortunately , when he came on to the call it was impossible to hear him because of very loud noisy interference.At my suggestion,we decided to switch off the devices and he telephoned me. We continued the consultation for about five minutes on the phone. It was a very disappointing event as I had been waiting to speak to Mr Shenouda for two months.

Suffered with pain for over 10 years and saw a vast number of specialists . It was only when I saw Prof Quraishi that I knew he could fix me . He did - placed bolts across my SIJ bypassing the previous metalwork. I have had an excellent outcome and he has changed my life !

Waiting over 60 minutes for an appointment that you schedule and pay for is quite poor. The excuse I got is gynaecologist appointments take longer. Okay, then play’ 30-60 mins between slots to allow for adequate timing. I had to get out of work and work the extra time that had I been offered the actual appointment time I wouldn’t have had to do that. Change your gynaecologist appointments calendar please

I opted for a hip replacement and he patiently explained what would be done and the recovery time. Nearly 40 years on this earth until the doctor put this together. The only drawback as a private client (without insurance) is that I will probably be only able to see the doctor that one time as the price is so high.

Mr White carried out a telescopic procedure on my left shoulder which is arthritic . Two weeks later I am already seeing great results. He is a very good surgeon and also has a nice manner with patients so the whole experience was very positive. The other staff at the Princess Grace hospital were also faultless making my stay there so much easier than it could have been .
