Not only is he thriving, but you have also helped us see what we once viewed as weakness as a source of great strength. You have helped us accept him exactly as he is, and instead of wishing to change him, we now want to focus on his many strengths and find ways to support him. Your gentle and supportive approach was truly transformative during a time when we felt completely at a loss and frightened for him. The two sessions you had with him will always remind him that whenever he needs support, there are special people out there who can guide him. That is life changing. I have recently had a total hip replacement, due to arthritis and suffering pain on the side replaced. The initial consultation with the surgeon who would perform the operation ( Dr N. Ohly ) was very informative on what would be required and the expectations on my recovery with the assistance of the physiotherapy team within the Nuffield. Nursing staff were excellent in their attention and care package, ensuring the wound was clean and no signs of leakage, my time with them very pleasant, friendly and helpful in my needs. The physiotherapist team were as encouraging as you would expect. Walking with a frame shortly after surgery and then progressing onto sticks. The exercise routine they introduced me to was very helpful in my speedy return to full mobility and return to the gym classes. I cannot recommend Dr Nick Ohly highly enough on the procedure he performed on me, releaving the pain I had suffered in my hip. Taking the time to check on my recovery and friendly chat while in hospital, and with the thorough final check up and talk on how I was recovering after my return home.

I had an extensive ablation 2 months ago which is very successful and all the care I was given by dr Lencionis team was exemplary Dr lencioni in my opinion is an absolute genius in his specialised field His knowledge ,experience and and expertise is second to none The most important thing for me was he was so kind and understanding and explained everything to me so I understood everything He stopped me being frightened by reassuring me and I felt he really listened to my worries and concerns and he was immediately able to tell me what he was going to do and how he could help me It was very important to me to have this conversation I had and have complete and utter faith in him I will always be very grateful for what he has done for me I am feeling so much better and much happier and able to live my life with hope and positivity He really is a remarkable man and I thank him so much

I had an operation at this hospital few day ago on the 6th of November by the amazing consultant Mr Jag Chana! To whom I am forever grateful in how kind, caring and professional he is and the most wonderful job he’s done with my operation! As for his team of anaesthetist, his lovely nurse Kate Zimmerman and all the nurses and other stuff on the ward ( apologies that I don’t know all your names) that looked after me before and after my operation I send my sincere thanks and gratitude! Every single one of you was beyond words professional, kind, caring, friendly and respectful! I am short of words in how to thank you for all the care and kindness you showed me during my stay! The hospital is so very fortunate to have you all as their members of staff! 🌟❤️

Mr Ho has been my consultant for about 10 years, ever since I lost half my sight in my right eye. Since that time he has helped me make informed decisions regarding my treatment.. He treated the cateract in my left eye and the improvement was immediate. I thought that was the end but he suggested that my macular hole in my right eye could be improved with invetrioretinal surgery. He explained in detail what would happen and I felt confident in his expertise. It was no surprise that my treatmenrt was a complete success . I have always found Mr Ho ,pleasant, informaitive. and caring I have complete faith in his judgement and ability. and feel he does the very best for his patients.

Got my Somnowell mouth guard fitted at Causeway Dental in Teddington. Highly recommend the dentist. She was great. The guard really does work if I’m sleeping on my side. My partner and I now sleep together in the same bed! I’ve had the guard for about 6 months- don’t wear it every night as we don’t live together. It does feel a bit weird to wear but I have got used to it. It’s not so useful when I’m on my back as I tend to breathe through my mouth and will snore then. This Somnowell information does address this issue. I would really recommend it - and have - if you snore a lot and have sleep apnea as I do. It really works.

Arrived today for my knee replacement and I’m just amazed by how relaxed I am bring well and truly looked after Mr Skyrme told me back in May the words I wanted to hear “I can fix this “ and then said but we need to get this BMI down , saying what I already knew but suggested looking for some help from the weight loss and using the injections. I was initially embarrassed and not sure about it But I can honestly say it’s the best thing I’ve done 23 weeks in and I’m 4stone 2.5lbs down and feel great Thank You

My experience on having my left knee parshal replacement done last july 13 th and the run up to it has been excellent. I have been informed all the way a long by Mr Ravindran Ranjith and his team which made any anxiety l had away. The operation was a great success due to the surgeons skill and the after care l received. I can now walk for miles ,no pain fantastic. I would recommend it to anyone. But you do have to play your part and do all the exercises they give you to do even if they hurt a little at first.

I had an injury last year on my left calf alongside recurring main in my right foot so wanted to get them checked. Dr Lord effectively assessed my calf, showed a very small tear, and then looked at my feet and told me there’s minor thickening in one of the tendons, which wouldn’t require any intervention but recommended physio for both including some effective stretching. Now I’ve got my report I can give to my physio and monitor it more effectively ACTUALLY knowing what’s wrong.
