My entire experience of seeing Mr Asef Al -Ani has been an extremely positive one. Starting with my Out patients appointment I was very nervous and did not expect much help at my age of 79 with my painful leg and back problem. I need not have worried as Mr Al-Ani put me completely at ease and he really listened to what I had to say, explaining what he could do to help me.After an MRI scan I returned to have the results explained, and the options I had.I was clearly and honestly told the facts which I appreciated very much. After deciding to have De Compression of part of my spine, I didnt have to wait long before my Operation. Mr Al -Ani again put me completely at ease before my Operation and I saw him afterwards.His entire Team was amazing. Professional, Caring and I cannot fault my treatment. Mr Al Ani is a skilled surgeon for sure, but he is a compassionate man with people skills that help and encourage one to get better quickly. Not every surgeon has these skills, so I consider myself very blessed The hospital was super clean with friendly efficient staff and great food. My thanks to my surgeon and the Team.

I recommend Dr Dipa Jayaseelan, a neurologist, without reservation. I saw her very recently for a parasthesia condition which I had wrongly decided might be a symptom of diabetes. She is self-evidently confident, patient, thorough and seemingly more than happy to take whatever time is necessary to answer your questions and provide explanations which are comprehensive and notably lacking in the over-simplification or condescension that is sometimes a feature of advice proffered by specialist medical consultants. She was prepared to offer a view (subject to scans and blood tests) as to the most likely causes of my condition, and carefully explained the nature, consequences and potential treatment for each possibility. I have no doubt that she had many time and other pressures on her, and may well have been tempted to defer the discussion until results had been obtained, but there was not the slightest hint of any of this. She is a credit to the Cleveland Clinic and the medical profession generally. If you need to consult a neurologist, Dr Jayaseelan is without a doubt amongst the best.

I have been receiving treatment following ACL reconstruction (with LET and meniscus repair), and I am genuinely impressed with the level of care and professionalism I have experienced. Lee consistently explains each exercise clearly, checks my progress carefully, and adjusts my programme so that I always feel safe but challenged. His encouragement and attention to detail have made a noticeable difference in my recovery and my confidence. During one of my session, Lee even took me to the gym and guided me through three leg machines, explaining how this next stage will help me progress. His support and reassurance that I’ll start seeing big improvements mean a lot to me. I truly appreciate the time, patience, and expertise he brings to every session. I feel well supported and motivated, and I am very grateful for the high-quality care he provides. I am very much looking forward to continuing my recovery with Lee.

I was very pleased to find out about this clinic and have it so local to me, I found out through a Raynaud's Facebook group. I was able to self refer. I am an NHS nurse with experience in vascular and tissue viability but felt like I still had some questions as I had gone through an acute episode last weather resulting in requiring interventions. I felt I had some questions that wasn't really getting explained to me from my rheumatologist and also the tests were not available on my nhs appointments/trust, so it helped give me a picture of how severe my Raynaud's was and advice for next steps. I have both Raynaud's and Sjogren's. I found both Louise and Dr Howell very knowledgeable and thorough, they took time to listen and explain. I felt supported throughout the appointment. I left much more informed and reassured. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone dealing with Raynaud's.

Professor Tony Kochhar

I saw Professor Kochhar in August 2025 following a injury to my shoulders. He had reviewed my MRI prior to my visit and was ready to explain the extent of the injury. Fortunately, I had not torn anything. However, Professor Kochhar explained that due to the inflammation (bursitis and tendonitis) I had restrictions in my arm movement and pain in my shoulders. He suggested cortisone injections but I continued with physio with the hope of being able to resolve the episode. I went back for ultrasound-guided cortisone injectionsin Oct 2025. They were administered extremely well by Dr. Gajan Rajeswaran. I am really happy to report that after 3 days I stopped having any pains. After just 3-4 weeks, I am now swimming and gym training 3X a week. I highly recommend Professor Kochhar, a true professional with extensive knowledge and experience in his specialty with excellent bedside manners.

Dr. Muheden was kind and attentive to my concerns and provided exceptional care during my visits. His attention to detail and genuine concern made all the difference and he ensured I understood every step of my treatment. The entire Pixie and Sera team was extremely professional from scheduling either online or by phone to reception at the clinic. They all ensured I was seen within minutes on my appointment days. Keep up great job! Suggestion - If we could get appointments and at least tests and labs done over the weekends. Maybe half days on Saturdays? It is hard for some of us to come on weekdays hence all my appointments had to be done late in the evenings. If I had an option for Saturday I would've preferred that than late in the evenings. Thank you!

We took our 9 year old son to see Dr Narayanan. He has been experiencing symptoms of anxiety and potentially depression which were manifesting themselves as physical symptoms often. We wanted to rule out any physical ailment, however Dr Narayanan went considerably beyond our expectations and was able to help us consider options for our son’s current ADHD medication and other treatment and management options. He’s very quiet and lacks confidence and Dr Narayanan amazed me with her ability to bring him out of his shell and speak to him in a way which helped him to open up. Together with her, we now feel that we now have an expert who is owning our son’s treatment and care and supporting us where we need support. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

I was very apprehensive about getting both of my eyes done at the same time. I cant believe how easy and painless it was ,all of the staff were amazing in looking after me and putting me at ease. Having 24 hr support was amazing ,my concerns were addressed quickly . If only everything was as easy as this ,within 3 days i could see perfectly ,i never realised how much of a difference it would make . From my consultant ,nursing staff, opthamologists, domestic staff and receptionist they went above and beyond in their care. Nothing was too much bother. Dont hesitate to go ,you will be amazed .

Sam Wilde did an amazing job on my hip. I had a steroid injection and an extremely gloomy prognosis from the consultant with regard to osteoarthritis. Without Sam I would have gone into a deep depression! Sam talked me through a programme of rest post the steroid injection followed by a slow return to exercise with various adaptations. A year and a half later I am back to exercising 6 times a week with (so far) no issues other than the odd twinge from my hip. I am incredibly grateful and can't rate the treatment I got highly enough.

I went to have my operation dressing removed and the consultant mr paver to check the wounds to make sure he’s happy with the results he was totally happy he said it’s the best results he’s seen for a long time with my second toe correction he’s extremely happy and so am I I haven’t seen my foot look so good in a long long time and the fact I’ve not really had any pain after this surgery is a miracle but I’ve done as I’m told and kept it elevated as I was told too for the first 2 weeks and just shows how much difference that makes

I didn't expect the experience to feel good given the procedure being done but I am so pleased to be able to say it was great!

Following a cauterisation in the terminates procedure conducted by FB I’ve experience a major improvement to my breathing, wellbeing and happiness. Joshua was very friendly and professional listened and asked questions regarding how my son sustained his injury to his ankle. A thorough examination was given and then Joshua explained what he believed the injury to be and what my son needed to do to help mend the ankle. He was taken to the gym and shown strengthening exercises and advised to wear a supportive brace which we have now and is definitely helping. We have a follow up appointment in 2 weeks.

Dr Patel is always very thorough, listens carefully to my concerns and treats everything holistically. He performed a sinus/throat exam and was very reassuring as I'm always anxious with medical procedures. He showed me the video of the exam afterwards which I found really helpful, it's nice to get to really see what's going on and not just have to take someone's word for it. Would definitely recommend Dr Patel to others with ENT concerns.
