I am absolutely thrilled with my body, and it's all thanks to the incredible expertise of Mr. Kumar. I'm struggling to find the right words to express my gratitude for him, the preoperative and post-surgery process, and the entire team at The McIndoe hospital. Last year, as I approached my 40th birthday, I was unhappy with my reflection – proud of what my body had accomplished, having given birth to two beautiful girls, but carrying a significant amount of excess weight. I made substantial changes, losing nearly 6 stone, but was left with loose and saggy skin. Despite my delight with the weight loss, I still felt self-conscious about my appearance and lacked the confidence to wear fitted clothing. I embarked on a 3-month research journey, obsessing over reviews and before-and-after photos on surgery. I shortlisted three surgeons and, after consulting with them, I knew instantly that Mr. Kumar was the right and only choice for me. His kind, calm, and informed demeanour put me at ease, and he took the time to understand my needs, family, and lifestyle. His goal was to deliver the results I desired and make me happy. I absolutely loved the Crisalix 3d simulator – it really helped with my choice of breast size! Once all the decisions was made, I felt super confident and relieved! The surgery was extensive, including a mons lift, abdominal muscle repair, tummy tuck, sculpting liposuction, and a breast uplift with a 400cc implant. While it was a lot to undergo at once, I wanted it all done in one procedure. The surgery was the easy part; the recovery was the challenging aspect. Mr. Kumar guided me through the process, and I followed his advice on post-op care, including wearing the recommended compression garments, using tummy wraps, and allowing for adequate recovery time. I was able to meet with Mr. Kumar whenever I needed to, and he always showed me kindness and compassion. Trust the process, and you'll be amazed at the results. Six months post-surgery, I look and feel incredible – better than I did in my twenties. I'm wearing fitted clothing, smiling every day, and my confidence has returned. I no longer view Mr. Kumar as just my surgeon but as a friend who supported me during a difficult time and I am forever grateful for him! Bring on the summer!

Dr Vakharia is an outstanding doctor. I received amazing care from him from my first consultation to my post-op. I always came to consultations with a list of anxious questions and he took time to answer all of them carefully, always aiming to give me the full information and not shying away from the risks. Through the consultations Dr Vakhraria also showed compassion for women who suffer with these debilitating symptoms, and I really felt like he was on my side. My surgery itself went very well. He popped his head in several times during my hospital stay to see how I was doing, and explained things about the surgery and recovery. In my post-op consultation, he explained the procedure step-by-step and let me know I can always come back for a further consultation if something worries me. I made an an appointment with Dr Ansari from the Spire hospital site within a few days of enquiry . As my reason was somewhat compicated I sent him an email to explain the circunstances to which he replied the same day. He arranged the required test within a couple of days of the consultation and forwarded the results on the same day. I have never experienced such good service before and it was a pleasure to meet Dr Ansari who made me feel comfortable and relaxed on both occasions. He was clear in his explanations which removed a level of stress on my part.

I had a great experience at this location. The nurses on the third floor were accommodating and warm, and Mr Dwivedi had great bedside manners as he checked on me before the surgery and right afterwards. He also made sure to call me every day to see how my throat was healing (tonsillectomy.) I'd highly recommend.
