I had a really great experience at this private GP appointment and couldn’t fault it. From the moment I arrived, the staff were absolutely lovely, welcoming, and professional, which instantly put me at ease. The whole appointment felt calm and well organised, with no rushing at all. Dr Owen Weeks was fantastic — very kind, reassuring, and took the time to listen properly. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel genuinely comfortable and cared for. It was such a refreshing experience compared to feeling rushed elsewhere. Overall, it was a great doctor’s appointment and well worth going private. I left feeling reassured and confident, and I would highly recommend this service to anyone considering it. I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future if I ever need to — a truly positive experience from start to finish.

Den lugna miljön gjorde det lättare att fokusera på mig själv och mitt tillfrisknande. Jag åker härifrån med mer självförtroende, klarhet och praktiska verktyg för vardagen. Jag skulle absolut rekommendera Castle Craig till alla som söker stöd, även om det innebär att resa från ett annat land.

After many months of difficulties prompted by the sudden loss of my husband, I can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel. Communication with Kernow Psychiatry has been very responsive and I booked an initial appointment to discuss my mental health difficulties. Dr Reid welcomed me into a comfortable room at the wellness hub, she immediately put me at ease and took care make sure I was settled and ready to start. After the hour, Dr Reid summarised what she saw as the key priorities to getting me back on an even keel, suggesting a clear approach to addressing my intersecting issues. I am looking forward to my follow up appointment and the start of my recovery treatment plan. I only wish I’d followed my instincts sooner and booked in months ago.

My son needed to have two teeth extracted prior to being fitted with braces the following month. The dentist was extremely caring - especially as the procedure proved to be quite difficult due to the large roots of the teeth being pulled. It took an hour for the first tooth to finally come out - and the dentist recommended that a second appointment be made to minimise the amount of trauma caused extracting both teeth in one go. The appointment was made while the procedure was still ongoing - which was very efficient and was a relief for my son.

I can’t recommend this clinic enough. Anjila Rokaya is an excellent physiotherapist and truly made all the difference for me…I’ve had so much improvement in my shoulder pain since starting treatment. She was professional, knowledgeable, and really supportive throughout. Also a huge thank you to Kelly for being so helpful with my booking.. she called me back quickly and gave me clear information about my insurance invoice and everything I needed. He was courteous and approachable and an excellent communicator. I feel as though I am in good hands, finally, w/ this orthopedic issue (for which I've seen several doctors in the past), and I am confident that a surgery performed by him on it will result in success and alleviate the pain I have been living w/ for too long.

Mr Patel had the results of my recent x-ray and MRI. He showed me them on-screen and interpreted them. He advised me of things I should do to maintain mobility but did not think the arthritis, though painful, was of sufficient severity to merit any surgical or medical interventions. His manner was entirely professional and helpful. He made clear I could come back within 6 months if things deteriorated. I could contact reception. I left on time and very satisfied with the prognosis and advice.

All the staff on my ward throug my stay of 14/15 January couldn't have been more caring. Following my symptoms, he arranged for an injection to be given immediately to help relieve my pain, making the time to do this on the same day so I didn’t need to return on another occasion, and organising everything in a way that was convenient for me.

ICU I was treated like an animal left under the cold AC in a cramped room, the ICU nurse was on her phone taking ages to come to help when you press the call bell. The nurse team is the worst I’ve experienced in my life I genuinely thought I was going to die in this hospital they don’t respect you ethically unsafe and keep you in prolonged pain for days
