My consultation with Dr Cho was genuinely outstanding — far above any experience I’ve ever had on Harley Street. From the moment I walked in, Iva's warm greeting put me instantly at ease and set the tone for an exceptional visit. Dr Cho manages to combine true professionalism with a kindness and warmth that you don’t often find. Her expertise was obvious right away. She identified several concerns quickly and even carried out a couple of minor treatments during the appointment. She explained everything in a clear, simple way that made it easy for me to understand exactly what was happening and why. What really stood out was how generous she was with her time. I never felt rushed for a single moment. Instead, I felt genuinely listened to, cared for, and fully confident that I was in the best possible hands. The whole experience was reassuring, uplifting, and frankly a pleasure. Dr Cho made a tremendous impression on me, and based on many consultations I’ve had elsewhere, I can honestly say she is one of a kind. Experts of her calibre are incredibly rare. I cannot recommend Dr Cho highly enough.

Through my process of surgery I felt no stone was left unturned in ensuring I had a clear understanding of everything that would occur. The same can be said for my follow up appointment and referral to the next Consultant for my treatment. I cannot recommend Miss Summerhayes more highly.

His expertise is outstanding, but equally important is the kindness and compassion he shows at every stage. I genuinely feel safe in his care, and I would not want to be under the guidance of anyone else. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I recently had a virtual consultation with Dr Mahto in the wake of having a REMS scan. Dr Mahto was flexible (I had technical issues!), friendly, professional and informative. She explained the results to me in detail, outlined the consequences of the diagnosis and suggested a clear treatment plan. She wrote a helpful report which she sent to my GP within a few days, and also made an urgent referral on my behalf. Her PA, Hannah has responded to any email or telephone queries almost immediately. The overall care provided has been exceptional, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

As per usual every part of my visit is very professional and all the communication is prompt and informative, it is good to receive a copy of the progress. My last visit was on Saturday 6th December and it was a review of the laser treatment on my left eye - I was delighted when the review confirmed that the pressure on my eye had fallen to normal - this was a 50% reduction. I only had to put one eye drop at night. This was very professional and I have a six monthly review in my diary for 2026. I would have no problems at all in recommending Cathedral Eye Clinic.

Dr Chaudhri was very welcoming and has an easy manner. He is very easy to talk to. He was attentive to explore all details of my kidney related issue, and came to the conclusion that one or two further tests were needed, which he put in hand straight away. He was clear in the instructions to me. His medical admin is also very helpful fielding my requests promptly. I am at present part way through the treatment and Dr Chaudhri inspires great confidence that matters are being dealt with appropriately. Thank you!
