Hi My time with glenda was superb , since the start of my sessions i was greeted with great compassion. Glenda has a great ability to dig up issues that made me feel i was in the right place. When i was diagnosed with depression ,anxiety ,ptsd and finally adhd glenda started with my adhd issues first which we worked together to finally understand my feelings and also understand who i was . Glenda has really helped me with talking about my depression in a big way as i thought it was just normal to feel sucidal all the time and thinking real bad things in my mind. I have always known there was something not quite right since when i was young but again i thought it was normal but glenda taught me to understand that things i did and have done over the years were not so normal . I felt i was in good hands with glenda and like to thanks her again for helping me at such a bad time in my life , and if anyone else in this world needs that help glenda is there to help. I am now in a better place

I had penis filler and it was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. I had the filler on the Monday and by Wednesday I was in a&e with a very balloon swollen penis and had to have catheter inserted in my penis for 5 days. I was then rushed for emergency surgery the next morning to remove the filler and infection at the injection site. I was in hospital and 5 days and I’m now under a nhs urologist because the urologist at Moorgate cancelled the video call because he said it was unwell. Once they have your money your on your own and the chances of compilations are a lot higher than what they claim. The office I had my filler was not sterilised and moor like someone’s living room. Once if fully recovered I find out if it’s caused and permanent damage I will be looking to start a medical neglect claim against Moorgate. PLEASE if your thinking about having this done seriously I would re consider. Just use an extender/pump.

All of the staff at Nuthfield were so kind. Everyone was always smiling and being happy and kind to myself and my partner. From the receptionist who told us where to go and took us to our room. To the night nurse that checked us in to the room. I had multiple nurses come and check on me throughout the time I waited to have the cystoscopy. We were able to get food before and after. We arrived at 07:00 on the 27th, and I can't remember all the lovely people's names who helped us. My only slight criticism would be from arriving at the hospital at 07:00 the actual procedure didn't start till after 09:00 and this gave me lots of time to overthink the procedure. But I think that was a me problem and I also don't know how long these things take to check people in etc. So apologies if it is standard haha.

After trying to get my varicose veins sorted for years, (and unfortunately them getting worse over those years) I finally decided to get treatment from UK Vein Clinic in Manchester. I have had both legs treated using both ablation and foam therapy. The whole process was fantastic. I was treated so kindly by my Dr and the lovely nurses. They explained everything and took great care of me, ensuring I was comfortable. The process was very quick and I felt little discomfort. I was informed of everything happening and lots of aftercare tips. I am so glad that I chose UK Vein Clinic for treatment, their care has been fantastic right from booking a consultation to now, just after treatment. I’m still in my stockings but I am looking forward to the progress over the next few months. Thank you so much.

Dr Shaltoot is is amazing. She is kind, compasionate and explains everything clearly. The most important thing for me is that she listens to and acknowledges what I am experiencing and feeling. After seening a huge number of gynaecologists over 22 years, constantly beimg told there was nothing medically wrong based only an a few ultra sounds and refused even an MRI, I asked the GP to refer me for a full hysterectomy as I couldn't stand it anymore. I made an appointment with Dr Shaltoot and she was the first gynaecologist to listen to me. She performed my surgery a month after the initial appointment and confirmed it was endometriosis, which I have been certain of for years. I wish I had seen her several years ago before it reached the stage it has. She is the only gynaecologist that I trust.

After our first meeting back in September 2024 I knew I could fully trust Mr.Chin with being thorough with my issues and making sure all areas were covered before taking any actions. On the day of my investigation surgery Mr.Chin went through everything he had planned to do during the surgery and what he intended to do if coming across any issues when investigating. We spoke a little previously about personal issues and one thing I’d like to consider in the future and he made sure the right course of actions were to be discussed and to be taken in the right time frame. Mr Wiseman has been absolutely outstanding. From the very beginning he took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, which made a huge difference and helped me feel fully informed and confident about the procedure. On the day of the surgery I was very nervous, but Mr Wiseman was incredibly reassuring, calm and kind, which immediately put me at ease. The surgery itself went smoothly and I felt I was in extremely capable and professional hands throughout. I also want to thank the entire team, who were just as supportive and professional and made me feel genuinely cared for. I was extremely anxious to get another cystoscopy as I had a very bad experience on the NHS where I experienced probably the worst pain I have ever had when the numbing gel was pushed down my urethra. Professor Francis throughout the entire process from my first consultation, to the cystoscopy itself was amazing, as were all the staff and nurses. But in particular Francis was able to keep me calm and he took his time when putting the numbing gel in. I felt very little pain, and the experience was obviously not enjoyable but it was the best outcome. So I just want to thank Prof Francis for being very careful, and listening to me.
