Staff are friendly and informative. I was anxious but was made to feel at ease throughout the whole treatment. It is a lovely inviting environment and spotlessly clean.

I looked online one evening and got a response about 5 mins later, the next morning a received a call before 9am about my enquiry. I was asking if I was available for a consultation the next day ( I was very impressed) . On entering for my appointment, I was greeted by a lovely and calm ambiance which impressed me greatly as im not a big fan of the dentist. On completion of a patient’s questionnaire I met a lovely coordinator who really listened to my concerns regarding my teeth. She took her time listening to me and I felt so at ease. I the proceeded to meet with Mr Steve and his professional team. Firstly yet again he listens to me and advised me on the procedures they offer. I then had a thorough check up which took approximately 25min . We then proceeded to discuss my options and what treatment plan he would recommend for my bespoke dental work . I then went for a coffee with the coordinator to discuss my feelings towards my consultation and to give them some feedback . After we both went through a bespoke treatment plan and costing tailored for me . I’ve have been considering this procedure for a while and done my homework and had a few consultation at other private clinics , but for me this is by far the best professional private clinic for me . I did not need to go away and think about it so on acceptance and filling in a bit more paperwork, I was asked if I was able to stay a little longer to have a smile shoot and 3d scan there and then. For me this was perfect. I am booked in in a few weeks to start my journey.
The brand new dental surgery, was absolutely spectacular, never seen anything like it. Dr Dodd is so pleasant as well as a good surgeon. The staff are always nice and welcoming

Greeted warmly. Always a great start. Appointment was for continuation of treatment . Have always been apprehensive of dentists (sorry 😆), but made to feel relaxed. Every step explained. Breaks taken whenever I needed. Not rushed. Everything calm.

Usual patient at the Cheadle practice but had an emergency repair at the new Altrincham practice. It was the same helpful and friendly staff but this practice is brand new, stunning! Feels like a hotel check-in and it’s run like clockwork.
