Kate is amazing. She’s so friendly, talks me though the process in detail of what needs to happen and more importantly why. Throughout my appointments when things are going to be slightly uncomfortable she lets me know. I always go back to Kate everytime as she knows my concerns about my teeth.

I had a really great experience at Ringway Dental for my routine hygiene appointment. From booking the appointment right through to leaving the practice, everything was so easy and straightforward. I particularly love that they have a WhatsApp number, as it’s not always convenient to make phone calls during the working day. I messaged in the afternoon and was able to get an appointment for the very next morning, which was amazing. I usually receive a response within the hour, so the communication is really efficient and convenient. Payment was also really easy — I was sent a payment link and could pay straight away. I also really appreciate the appointment reminder texts, and the fact that you can simply reply “YES” to confirm your appointment. When I arrived, I was seen promptly and the appointment started on time. The hygiene appointment itself was quick but very thorough, and I could genuinely see a difference afterwards. The dentist also gave me some really useful advice on how to keep my teeth clean and maintain the results between appointments. I was even able to purchase some interdental brushes from the front desk, which was really convenient. The practice itself is lovely. It’s always very clean and aesthetically pleasing, and it smells absolutely amazing every time I walk in! They have what I assume is a diffuser or some kind of scent diffuser, and whatever they’re using smells so nice and gives the practice such a fresh, welcoming feel. Time spent understanding the patients special needs.

My son's autism makes it a stressful day when it's time to visit the dentist but Kate and her team did a fantastic job explaining things slowly and simply and reassuring him all the way . He relaxed in her presence and that in turn made it easier for me as his mum !! The staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble .

My appointment with Dr Kate was excellent. A few weeks before my wisdom tooth extraction, she asked me to come in for a quick consultation to check everything beforehand and make sure my teeth were ready for the procedure. As it was my first extraction, I really appreciated this as it helped put my mind at ease. At the appointment itself, I mentioned that I was feeling quite nervous, and Dr Kate was very reassuring throughout. She regularly checked that I was ok, explained everything clearly, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. The procedure was efficient without feeling rushed, and she gave clear aftercare instructions before I left. Overall, I felt very well looked after and highly recommend Dr Kate.
