Very patient, very kind made me feel comfortable as I am a very nervous patient .
There was no rush, Kate spent time with her examination and gave full explanations at every stage. As a mature client I appreciated her caring and informative approach as we can all slip into bad habits with our brushing . I thought I was doing a good job but she pointed out areas that were being missed by the wrong brushing technique so I feel much more confident after my visit that my oral hygiene will be improved!! My teeth feel & look amazing now and Kate made me feel that we can work as a team to ensure strong healthy teeth going forward.
I’m a very nervous patient, but the staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The environment was calm, welcoming, and professional. The dentist was reassuring throughout, and the whole experience was much better than I expected. Highly recommend!”
Kate was absolutely brilliant. I have a fear of the dentist but mainly the hygienist but that has now gone away as Kate was fab told me everything that was she was doing reassuring me all the time very informative. Definitely recommend 💯
