Staff friendly and helpful. Reception not crowded or busy. Clean and comfortable. Only downside was the multiple notifications warning me of the impending appointment. Three texts, two mails, two phone calls (one where you left a voicemail). This is too much! This doesn’t include a third call to amend the time of appointment at last minute.

I regularly visit the Cheadle surgery to see the Orthodontist. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The practice is extremely clean and I have never had to wait for longer than 5 minutes. I would highly recommend Ringway Dental.

I had an excellent consultation at Ringway Dental in Cheadle and couldn’t be happier with the experience. I can’t recommend Ringway Dental enough. Ollie, the orthodontist, is absolutely fantastic. He is always friendly, calming and reassuring, while remaining highly professional. He has a wonderful way of putting both me and my son at ease during appointments. The dental nurse who works alongside him is equally wonderful. She is always warm, welcoming and professional, and together they make every visit a positive experience. They both take the time to make us feel comfortable and cared for, which makes a huge difference. Thank you

Had routine hygienist and dental appointment today. On arrival, practice was clean and reception was welcoming with the offering of a drink. Appointment time was kept to, no delays in waiting time. Staff overall were friendly and professional, they prioritise your comfort during appointments/treatments and help put you at ease. Rebooking next routine appointments was done easily in reception.
