I absolutely love this practice! The decor is incredible, the ambiance gives the vibe of a posh hotel I just love, love, love it. The receptionists are always so lovely, welcoming and polite, and the whole team makes you feel so comfortable. Dr Claire is truly outstanding. If she ever moved abroad, I would honestly have to follow her! I originally followed her from the Cheadle practice, and I’m so glad I did. She is such a lovely, caring and professional doctor who genuinely makes you feel at ease. Sometimes I go in feeling a little embarrassed because I know I can be particular and want everything to be perfect, but Claire never makes me feel that way. She is always so understanding, patient and reassuring, and I leave feeling so happy with the results. I honestly cannot recommend Dr Claire and the team enough. They are exceptional at what they do, and the care and kindness they show really make all the difference. Hopefully, my sister and cousin will be joining the practice soon too! I visited the practice for the first time after waiting 6 years for an NHS dentist. The receptionist was warm and inviting, and knew who I was, greeting me by name and offering my partner and I a drink as we entered. After a short wait, we were led to the examination room for my checkup, where my partner was also allowed to sit with me. Claire and her team we kind, patient, and understanding after I came in distressed due to other personal circumstances I'd been experiencing. Despite never having met me, Claire took the time to ask questions about how I was feeling, understand my worries, and help me settle down before the appointment began. We also briefly went into my dental history, and she asked several questions to understand my diet as well as my physical wellbeing before getting started. During the examination Claire was both gentle and thorough, ensuring I had a comfortable checkup. I've had previous dentists who poked, prodded, and scraped relentlessly, but Claire only probed enough to understand the condition my teeth were in, taking care as I'd mentioned I had sensitive teeth. She also took x-rays to ensure that there wasn't anything sinister under the surface. Thankfully, Claire advised that I had no major issues, which was a complete relief. Her colleague Jordanne then discussed further options the practice offers around hygiene, as well as how they would clean and potentially repair a filling on my front tooth that had become stained over a period of years. She answered all of my questions and highlighted multiple ways that I could pay for the treatments. ...
