Excellent ! Just super, as both out patient and in. Lovely team of staff who are so very kind and caring. Nothing is too much trouble and their time with you is entirely generous. They are really genuinely pleased to see you in reception, out patients and on admission and the process is uncomplicated and seem-less. It’s supported brilliantly with excellent portals and on line links to billing etc. and a lovely team of people over the phone. Well done Imperial ! It’s subtle but well Looked after in all the rooms and public areas with a high level of cleanliness. My room was great with a nice bright bathroom, toiletries and towels and second floor surgical nursing team were all just great. All the staff from admission to theatres to surgeon are top notch. They work collaboratively together as amazing teams. I was cared for wonderfully, could not fault anything and they have followed me since my discharge. I found it to have a really lovely mix of atmosphere - business like yet calm and unflustered. They welcomed my family and we were able to order refreshments etc to my room v easily. Everyone knocks on your door and introduces themselves- just lovely - they have huge respect for their patients. My care continues and I certainly would choose the Lindo if at all possible and can highly recommend it I can’t thank you all enough for looking after me so wonderfully well and the amazing experience I have been fortunate enough to experience.

Dr. Charlotte Frise has literally changed my life. I could not recommend her more. As a 33-year old trying to get pregnant, I've had unexplainable high-blood pressure for almost ten years, with no doctors in Australia (where I'm from) or London (where I live) previously being unable to solve this mystery. In preparing for pregnancy via IFV, I consulted Charlotte given her specialty in high-risk patients. She took our appointment after hours, digested all of the various tests results, heard my feelings and anecdotes I gave her on my condition, and then provided some firm but gentle feedback to consult one final specialist she knew had achieved quite remarkable results with other young women facing my challenges, in addition to a very clear picture of what I could expect if I were to proceed with pregnancy in my (then) current state. In the space of six months, the cause of my high BP was found and I have since had a minor procedure and stent inserted, which has cured me. I am now no longer considered 'high-risk' but will proceed with Charlotte given my history, which I could not be happier to do so. If you are looking for a doctor who can translate the science and medicine into real life – she is it!

It was more chaotic than I am used to with private medicine. I arrived at 3.00 and had to wait for quite a long time ... 20 or 30 minutes ... until I had my first test. Very irritating and unsettling to see patients who had arrived after me get called first. Then there was the business of moving from one waiting room to another ... then another floor ... then wait because a patient was taking longer than expected/planned for - with a test (the patient was virtually blind, so took longer - BUT WHY WASN'T THAT ANTICIPATED). All the staff were apologetic and working hard, but the system was terrible. Lots of different machines, in different rooms ... with the databases not communicating with each other. Not good at all. Other private medicine I've experienced is much slicker. They have invested more in sorting out the tech and the UX.

From the minute I arrived for my operation I was looked after by friendly professional staff. I was desperate to have the operation to replace my hip as I had been suffering for months due to misdiagnosis by my GP. From seeing a consultant privately the waiting time was 5 weeks, which was amazing. I had a spinal block & was asleep throughout the operation. The post operative care was excellent & pain relief was discussed with me until I was happy with the medication prescribed. The support from the physio department enabled me to go home with confidence. For anyone who is suffering like I was, I can wholeheartedly recommend Barlborough Hospital.

St joseph's Hospital Staff were all outstanding, the staff are amazing and simply cannot do enough to help. They are very patient, understanding, supportive and reassuring. I was unfortunate to have complications 2 days post-discharge. After a telephone conversation, I was told to return to the hospital. My care was higher than 5 stars on returning to the hospital. The hospital is of the highest standard, spotlessly clean. I could not rate my whole experience more highly! A massive thank you to the Ward Dr, also Ruth, Nicola, and Leslie who looked after myself and my wife when I needed to return to the day ward.

I arrived on time at 10.55 for an 11 am appointment and 40 mins later than my appointment I asked if Mr Patel was running late. Staff checked and came back to me saying it was a 40 mins delay and I was next. It's really noisy in the waiting area so I felt I needed to pay attention for my consultant to call my name. Could you have an electronic board to help visually with who is next and for information about running late etc. I had another appointment so I was pretty stressed about getting to it. I also was wanting a drink from the cafe but felt I needed to stay out in case I was called.

My experience was some what mixed your nursing staff were friendly and professional.my consultant Mr Hemanth Venkatesh was excellent! But unfortunately thats where it ends, your after care is nonexistent over a period of 2 days I made over 20 phone calls to practice plus, I was in excruciating pain ,and could not get any help .it turned out I had trapped the pudendal nerve in my buttock and after 30 hrs of pain and distress I finally got to speak to someone I give that a big 0 out of 10 ! Do not advertise a 24/7 help line because it does not exist !!
