I recently visited the Clinic for some treatment as I was experiencing vulvodynia and a lot of pain and muscle tightness that impacted my relationships and is very upsetting as I was not sure what the solutions/ treatments could be to help. I did some research and contacted Elite Aesthetics as well as a couple of other clinics to get some advice and treatment options. I was extremely impressed with the information, advice, discretion and kindness shown to be by Shiva when I initially called. Shiva spoke to the Dr and got all the relevant information for me from Dr Elgerta (Elle) Ismaili. I was made to feel at ease and had confidence in the solution that would be offered. I attended my first appointment and consultation and met with Dr Elle, who is extremely compassionate and understanding and made me feel comfortable to share my concerns and what I was experiencing. I had always felt there was something wrong with me and that I was not normal, even though am in my mid 40's it is something I had accepted would not get better and I would always experience extensive pain and tightness that was actually quite unbearing and very sore. Dr Elle explained everything clearly through the consultation and has such a warm and kind nature. I decided to go ahead with the treatment which is botox injections that help relax the muscle tightness, even though I was aware that it may not work or be effective as every individual is different. I returned for a top up after 2 weeks as during that time I was so surprised and positively shocked and happy how the muscles had relaxed and the issues I had experienced for many years had improved rapidly, I really couldn't believe it. It has now been a week since my top up and I have noticed even more improvements and relaxation of the muscles. I wanted to share a detailed overview incase it can help someone else experiencing similar concerns and pain. I am based in London but was happy to travel to the clinic for this treatment as Dr Elle is an experienced gynaecologists and the best person to offer this treatment as it is very specialised and you need to ensure you are in the best hands. I really cant recommend Dr Elle enough and if I ever needed further treatment or other treatments I would definitely go and see her. Also, the team at Elite are exceptional from everyone I met with Shiva, Sarah and Casey. They are all so friendly and welcoming and make you feel at ease even if you are discussing a sensitive topic or concern. Thank you so much to you all, it really has been life changing - and I never thought that would be possible for me. I have so much gratitude for you all x

I attended the appointment with my wife and we both found Mr. V welcoming on entering his office. He listened to what i had to say and was concerned how my life had been affected. He was very thorough in his explanation of my problem and recommended the best course of action to take. He was keen to get things moving by speaking to his team almost immediately and, in fact, I have today 1 day after my consultation received a letter confirming everything that was said and that he was moving forward. I came for a Gastroscopy procedure under Dr. Beckett at the Yorkshire clinic. He has been brilliant with me from the start of my health journey so far. I feel he really listens to you when he asks what’s going on. His advice / treatment plan is thorougher and he makes me feel in very safe hands. To me it’s a big thing to put your health into the trust of someone else, you want them to do things correctly, which I feel Dr Beckett & his team do well. He is a credit to Healthcare & I feel very grateful to be continuing my treatment with him.

It was an emergency appointment to deal with an infected tooth. All the staff were friendly and sympathetic and the dentist dealt with my problem, promptly and efficiently. The state of my tooth was examined and X-rayed and I was given the best options for treating it. I agreed my tooth should be extracted and I was given clear instructions on the post procedure care. The next day the receptionist rang me to ask if I was OK and to remind me I could contact the practice if I had any queries or after effects.

The surgery is the 2nd cataract operation I have had in 3 months. It is painless and the outcome is unimaginable. Mr Shafiq is a highly skilled surgeon, he has literally turned my vision back to my late 20's before I was required to ear glasses. The facility is far superior to your average NHS hospital. The staff are dedicated, friendly and professional. They are patient and nothing is too much trouble if you have questions or need reassurance. This has been an amazing experience

I was seen on time, my issues were listened to & im happy there has been an improvement. I understand not every operation can be 100% satisfactory but the main reason for having the operation was to relieve me of the pain in my knuckle which thankfully it has done. Unfortunately the downside is I have a slightly reduced movement in my index finger, but the big improvement of no pain in my knuckle joint far out -ways the small loss of movement lost.

She asked money for online consultation. I sent her the 100£ and sent her my questions and she never answered. Just kept my money and ignored my questions if I reminded her our agreement. Few times she answered "I'll answer the email tomorrow" but then of course she didn't do that. And one time she asked me if I could send her another 100£ and a cbct scan, only then she can say if she has experience and knows about how to cure severe oral dysbiosis.

She has such a reassuring manner nothing is too much trouble she listened to my concerns . She explained the pro’s & cons of different procedures . I have made an informed decision to leave things as they are for now . But we have left the door open if necessary for treatment.. To which I will arrange.
