I am currently undergoing treatment at Bourn Hall. At every single step the members of staff have exhibited amazing customer service. Every single nurse, receptionist, doctor, anaesthetist, embryologist, pharmacist and everyone there has been respectful, kind, gentle, reassuring, calm and knowledgeable. In particular, Nurse Dawn at Cambridge has gone above and beyond to support me as an autistic patient. She has patiently answered all my questions, made adjustments for my comfort, and reassured me over and over again. She even popped my teddy from my bag onto my bed for me when I was recovering from general anaesthetic which was so touching and thoughtful. I am also particularly thankful to the embryologist team who also have found ways to adhere to my special requests. I'm also thankful to the anaesthetist who held my hand as I fell asleep under general anaesthetic because I was so frightened. I cannot fault our experience at Bourn Hall.

There was a massive time delay in getting my discharge letter/documents After lots of emails to Binley and Coventry ( possibly some to “ differing addresses “ , I admit ) phone calls ( no call backs as promised) I eventually received an email from Binley with the discharge document attached IT WAS WRONG ! I have asked for another ACCURATE letter I feel “ a look into “ your ADMINISTRATIVE SYSTEMS should be immediately undertaken Angela said she would “ close my file “ , perhaps a shade early considering the happenings By the way your documentation quotes a 15 minute walk from Coventry Railway station to your Binley site …..,…… MORE LIKE AN HOUR ! Mr Saihan carried out a Cataract operation with Laser treatment on one eye and laser treated my other eye in 2022, this operation was very successful but due to a degenerative condition I contacted him this month to discuss what if anything could be done to improve my sight. He remembered me and my case and was extremely helpful and gave me excellent advice. I have the greatest regard for his skills and have always found him to very helpful, professional and friendly. It’s a pleasure to have been treated by him and his help and advice have been invaluable.

I have recently undergone a long course of treatment which included several fillings, and one that ended up needing to a root canal treatment resulting in a crown thereafter. Being a fairly anxious dental patient i was a bit stressed but really didnt need to be as all went well. Staff were friendly and helpful and on the odd occasion that appointents ran late they would communicate this well. Levi my dentist was very calm and professional through all my appointments and put my ease.

Over a 3 month period she was able to help me diagnose and treat a chronic glute issue which had become debilitating. She always treats with the highest level of professionalism and compassion making every visit effective and enjoyable.

I was diagnosed with Graves Disease and advised that a thyroid removal may help. I has my surgery in September 2024,.and havr been closely looked after ny Mr R Dave who performed the operation. He explained everything fully and was provided with aftercare. My scar is so minimal you can.hardly notice it. I now feel great snd so glad my R Dave looked after me so well
