She has expertise in providing care to women with low and high-risk pregnancies, multiple pregnancies, fetal medicine, management of pregnancies complicated by fetal conditions such as growth restriction and fetal anomalies.
Dr Peeva has published numerous research papers on maternal and fetal conditions. Her main research interest lies in complicated monochorionic pregnancies.
Dr Peeva has a degree in medical education from King’s College developing her in a well recognised educator and supervisor to specialty trainees and medical students. She currently works as a NHS consultant in fetal medicine and high-risk obstetrics in the Homerton University Hospital.

Dr Peeva deserves five stars and more as she really went above and beyond as my obstetrician. I cannot recommend Dr Peeva enough as she made my second pregnancy and birth so magical and enjoyable despite various complications along the way. Dr Peeva was always on hand for me to ask questions, was incredibly supportive and thoughtful, ensured all my needs were met, undertook very thorough scans of the baby throughout my pregnancy, made my c section birth an exciting experience, gave me a beautifully low and small c section scar and did this all with such passion and a smile. It was an absolute joy to have an obstetrician who is so talented, passionate, supportive and caring.

Fantastic experience with Dr Peeva and we could not recommend her more highly. We had a difficult pregnancy in the last trimester and Dr Peeva’s impressive knowledge, experience and bedside manner is what got us through. She went above and beyond in terms of the service provided and clearly genuinely cared about our journey. I feel lucky and grateful to have found Dr Peeva and having had the opportunity to be under her care from week 28 of my pregnancy until delivery (c-section) and beyond. Her professionalism, attention to detail and her thorough and caring manner made me feel reassured and confident at all times. For me it was important that the obstetrician I chose had the fetal medicine specialism, an added bonus with Dr Peeva, as she was able to perform all the scans and have a holistic view of my pregnancy.
