Ms Roshni Patel

Roshni is the most wonderful obstetrician and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Roshni took over my care from 28 weeks and made the pregnancy and birth a calm, safe and magical experience. Roshni has a warm bedside manner providing reassurance throughout, that she somehow manages to combine with exceptional talent. You are in the best hands with Roshni and I am already looking forward to seeing her again for any future children.

I could not recommend Roshni more highly. I was in her care from 28 weeks pregnant through to an elective c section. Roshni provided all the appointments I needed and spent time talking through any concerns I had, I felt truly looked after which allowed me to then enjoy the lead up to birth. I had such a positive and calm birth experience, I could not have felt more safe or in better or more competent hands, I am so very grateful to Roshni for her excellent care of me. Roshni made the whole experience the best it could be, I have recommended her to all of my friends and will be back if we have a second baby

Roshni delivered both of my boys and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was always kind, clear in her explanations and really put me at ease, which meant a lot as I was quite anxious during pregnancy and delivery (ECS both times). Thanks to her care and expertise, I felt truly well looked after, not just in terms of the pregnancies but as a whole experience. I’m so grateful to Roshni for looking after me and bringing my boys into the world. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

I cannot recommend Roshni highly enough. I was very nervous and scared about being pregnant and also had a fear of childbirth, hospitals and all things medical. Roshni was there at every step and had the perfect mix of being matter of fact and being really kind and caring to me and my needs. Roshni was incredibly patient and I was never rushed - she always had time to answer my many questions and concerns. In the end I opted for an elective Caesarian and Roshni and the team were incredible on the day helping me navigate my nerves and keeping me distracted! It ended up being a very smooth process and Roshni delivered my beautiful baby girl. It was a wonderful experience and I wouldn’t go to anyone else but Roshni. Thank you!

I cannot recommend Roshni enough. She is extremely knowledgeable and you always feel as if you are in safe hands. After a bad experience with my first (not with Roshni), my experience with my second has only been positive. She has just the right balance of giving you the science alongside being very personable. I was kept informed of how everything was progressing throughout and how any potential complications would be dealt with. I found discussions when I was trying to decide delivery method very helpful, informative and balanced. After deciding finally on a c section she was very competent in surgery and my recovery this time is a good 1-2 months ahead of last time. I just wish I had done the same first time round!

Ms Roshni Patel is a wonderful obstetrician and I am so glad we were directed to her early on. She has delivered our two boys, our first born in 2021 and our younger son just a few month ago in June 2025. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring and has given us all the confidence to navigate both pregnancies. Anyone that is lucky to have her as a Doctor will be in extremely safe hands.

Dr Patel was amazing and put me at so much ease as I was extremely anxious about giving birth, she was so kind and knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor, the actual c section opp went so well and I barely have a scar. I would highly recommend her to anyone

It is hard not to use superlatives when describing my experience with Roshni; she is simply excellent in all respects. I had had a traumatic 1st birth (not with roshni or in KW) and I was so glad that I made the decision to go with Roshni for my second pregnancy. She really took the time to understand my experience and help me make decisions around my birth with the use of all her experience and statistics which i loved!. I decided on an elective c section and it turned out to be a very magical birth experience in every way; the atmosphere and reassurance in theatre right through to the after care where roshni came to see me every day I was in hospital. My recovery has also been very fast and straightforward. The midwives on the Ken Wing are super caring and great too. Myself and my family will always be grateful to Roshni, only regret is not having her for my first birth!

I chose to have my third baby privately, and Roshni had been recommended by a few people. I’m so happy I was able to have Roshni as my consultant for my pregnancy and birth of my little girl. Roshni’s experience and clear communication throughout the pregnancy was extremely comforting. I really enjoyed speaking to her at each appointment and it was such a comfort to work with someone who is clearly so experienced but still exudes a relaxed and calm energy. We ended up having to do a surprise c-section (I had 2 vaginal births previously) and while I wasn’t opposed to a c-section, it was not what I planned and it made a huge difference to be working with someone like Roshni - it made me feel so much more comfortable with the change of plan. Thank you Roshni for a fabulous experience and for bringing my sweet little girl into the world.
