Raj was extremely informative as to what my options were in a very relaxed way on my first appointment. My second appointment was for removal of a painful “wisdom” tooth which to be honest I was not looking forward to, however everything went well in that the whole tooth was successfully removed without any pain or complications. Raj talked me through the whole process and explained what he was doing as he proceeded to remove the tooth. Some of the staff (not all) could offer a welcoming smile and a word of welcome rather than just looking at the patient waiting for them to offer the first word. My bill was incorrect twice and I had to contact reception to clarify its contents. Every email about upcoming appointments asks that you complete the online form which is unnecessary once completed on first appointment, might be pertinent to say “if you have completed the form recently there is no need to do so again”
