It was my first visit to that hygienist she welcomed me with a lovely smile and introduced herself, I felt at ease and not nervous. I found her very efficient and gentle. Also the receptionist was helpful and pleasant
It wzs difficult to u derstand why I had to wait 20 minutes though the dentist did apologise
