Time was taken to fully explain options and treatment. Concerns were addressed and dealt with in a compassionate way. Felt very happy and able to proceed with a plan of treatment.

The dentist was amazing, explained everything and the procedure was quick. The reception staff is a bit tired but helpful.

The short wait time was because of the need to attend to the previous patient. When my turn came I received a friendly welcome and an apology was given. A full and understandable explanation of the treatment was given before the treatment started and I was talked through the process as it took place. I felt safe and peaceful during the whole of my visit. I have no hesitation in recommending Quality Dental to anyone especially if they are nervous patients.

I received excellent service from both the dentists I saw. I had an infection and had been quite concerned but was quickly given appropriate treatment and reassured that the infection would clear and that there were no underlying issues of concern which was a huge relief.

All the staff that I have met at Quality dental have been friendly ,which is so lovely as I get very anxious
