Very nice and professional. Very friendly and helpful. My only compliant was the 'upselling' of an additional service. Mr Kumar is not alone in this as it seems to be the policy of the dental practice to charge extra and sneak in additional costs. (I have experienced this with dentists too who, despite the NHS prices on the poster on the wall, charge me a higher amount)
