Emergency appt as lost crown. Reception kindly fitted me in Raj as ever was efficient and thoughtful as he mended. He went through all options and as always explained what he was doing as he did procedure which is so helpful and a comfort

My appointment waa at 2 pm. I got there a bit early amd on the hottest day of the year the practise was closed until 2 pm, so I had to stand in the heat and wait. Upon being led in I wwnt straight to the water fountain, shich after 2 cups stopped working. After my appointment I had to que 10 min to book my next appointment because there was only 1 receptionist.

on the last 2 occasions to see Rik for my private implants have had appointments booked months in advance but still had to wait 30 minutes after my set time which of course you remind at least 4 times prior to the visit...
