Billie has a friendly,calm and informative way with her patients. ( This one, anyway 😄). I always feel relaxed in the surgery, which counts for a lot.

She was very polite and friendly and kind and good at her job too but I had to wait 15 mins to been seen with her for some reason that I didn't really like as you should not have to wait for your appointment normally.
