I just wanted to take a moment to share how incredibly positive my entire experience was, especially considering I was entering the hospital for an operation. From start to finish, every single individual I encountered went above and beyond to provide exceptional care and service, which truly made a difference in how I felt throughout the entire process. I would like to specifically thank Mr. Streeter, the surgeon/consultant, for his professionalism and reassuring approach, as well as the anaesthetist and their assistant, who made me feel comfortable and safe and talked me through the options. The nurses in the operating theatre were absolutely wonderful, their calm and attentive manner helped me feel at ease during a rather nerve-wracking time. Equally, the nurses on the ward continued that same level of kindness and care, ensuring that I was well looked after throughout my recovery. I'd also like to extend my appreciation to the ladies delivering food—to help me keep my strength up. The porters and cleaners and reception staff were just as impressive, working behind the scenes to ensure everything ran smoothly and the hospital environment remained clean and welcoming. Thanks to each and every one of you, my entire hospital experience was far more pleasant than I could have ever expected. The professionalism, kindness, and teamwork made it a stress-free and truly positive experience. Please do pass on my heartfelt "Thank You" to the entire team!

I first came across Mr Julian Flynn in about 2018 in relation to a problem with my knee and although I did not require any surgical intervention at that time, I knew that he would be the person I would go to if necessity arose. That necessity happened this year. I was not disappointed. I found Mr Flynn very personable in manner. He was thorough and very concise at explaining what steps he would like to take in order to ascertain the best course of action. He explained with clarity the outcomes of x-rays and MRIs, so I knew exactly what I was dealing with. Most importantly, he treated me with respect and I knew that I could trust his judgement and ability to do his best for me. I can also say, that I have spoken to a number of people who have had knee surgery and when I ask who carried out the surgery - "Julian Flynn" is the cry ! Praise indeed..... I would highly recommend him!

I cannot recommend Mr John Pereira highly enough. From the initial consultation through to post-operative care, I felt completely listened to, reassured, and in expert hands. I had bilateral upper blepharoplasty and lower facelift with platysmaplasty and the results are outstanding—natural, refreshed, and exactly what I had hoped for. The outcome is subtle and balanced; I look like a better version of myself rather than “overdone,” which speaks to Mr Pereira’s skill and attention to detail. Throughout the process, communication was excellent and aftercare was thorough and reassuring. Any questions were answered promptly, and I felt supported at every stage of recovery. Mr Pereira is a highly skilled, professional, and caring surgeon, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering facial surgery.

I was really please with the quality of service at Medneo Great Portlane Street and the speed at which I got my results. The medics seemed very professional and made me feel calm. I wish I'd used the service sooner as before getting a private MRI which I paid for myself I had had a number of physio treatments and exercise plans which may my injury worse due to them not knowing what was actually wrong. They were working blind as it were. And the NHS wouldn't put me on a waiting list for a MRI through them. I got a 3T scan which I believe shows a bit more than a 1.5 scanner which cast me £299. If you can afford it it might be the right choice for you. I would definitely go to these people to have a scan again if I develop another injury.

Dr. Deepan Vyas

Dr Vyas was exceptional with our 9 year old son who has chronic cough. He took time speaking to and examining him. He also undertook tests which all seemed appropriate and pertinent to what his presenting symptoms were. We saw him quickly and he maintained contact whilst the tests and results took place. He then took the time to explain everything and alleviated our concerns regarding any serious pathology. He then formed a clear and structured management plan. We would highly recommend him if you have children and are concerned!

This is a truly excellent service. I had been to another ear wax removal specialist a few days earlier who had failed to unblock my ears after half an hour of trying. I have a particular shape of ear canal that causes the wax to sit stubbornly on the ear drum. Rekesh is very personable and knowledgable and has a lovely comfortable treatment room. Within a few minutes he had completely unblocked both my ears, almost effortlessly. I was delighted and I highly recommend this service.

I was advised, by my gp and also, by my doctor brother, to seek an appt with Dr Mike Beckles. Great suggestion - and I really appreciated his thorough approach to my medical issues. He communicated clearly and with patience, noting my anxiety, and I feel reassured by his onward referral. His pa, Michelle, deals wonderfully with appts for tests and he is very fortunate to have her to look after all the admin, with warmth and care. Thank you!

I underwent a shoulder operation on the 17th November. I was treated with respect and kindness throughout: the room I was allocated for the day was clean, tidy and comfortable as was the bathroom. The post-operative tuna sandwich was delicious! All the staff were excellent, including admin staff, nurses, physios, anaesthetists and my surgeon, Mr Jahnich. The followup care has also been excellent, with especial praise to my physio, Chris.

Dr Gary has been really helpful and willing to listen. He use the appointment wisely and answered all your concerns. He's well capable of communicating with children, using their way and terms. Our youngest usually kept to themselves especially with unfamiliar health professionals but He successfully engaged with the kids right in the doorway. That make the appointment a lot easier for the children and the parents.

Mr Atul Kusanale

At The Harbour Hospital, Poole, Mr Kusanale removed a 5 to 7cm lipoma from my neck. There was a risk involved because the lipoma was immediately adjacent to a major blood vessel. I feel that I have made an excellent recovery so far, with no adverse effect, pain or inflammation, and only a small scar to the neck. On that basis I am very happy with the outcome so far - thank you.
