I feel incredibly grateful to have been treated by Dr Mohamed Mabrouk — a truly exceptional surgeon and one of the most compassionate, skilled, and dedicated doctors I have ever met. He did far more than perform an operation for me — he changed my life. My case turned out to be extremely complex. Although my diagnostics originally did not show anything dramatic, once the surgery began it unexpectedly revealed stage 4 deep infiltrating endometriosis — something that is very common, as this condition often cannot be fully seen or understood without laparoscopy. It can appear “out of the blue,” and that is exactly what happened in my situation. Despite this sudden complexity, Dr Mabrouk handled everything with extraordinary precision, calmness, and mastery. He removed every single trace of endometriosis, even in areas that are notoriously difficult to treat, and he did it with a level of accuracy that I still find incredible: My ovarian reserve was completely preserved. None of my organs were harmed. Not even a single blood vessel was damaged. This kind of outcome in stage 4 cases is extremely rare. Many surgeons would have had to sacrifice something, or leave part of the disease behind, simply because of the difficulty — but not Dr Mabrouk. His skill is on a world-class level, and his meticulous technique protected my fertility, my organs, and my quality of life. But what truly sets him apart is not just his surgical brilliance — it’s his humanity. He explained everything clearly, supported me emotionally, and made me feel safe at every stage. After the operation, he called me personally, even on weekends, just to ask how I was feeling and to make sure I was recovering well. His warmth, kindness, and genuine care are something I will never forget. Thanks to him, I am now pain-free for the first time in many years. My physical and mental health have been restored. I feel light, healthy, and finally able to live my life without constant discomfort and stress. Dr Mohamed Mabrouk is a doctor with a truly rare combination of expertise, precision, and heart. I visited the doctor for my child, who was experiencing muscle pain in his chest whenever he got tired during physical training. My experience was very disappointing with the consultant. I was happy for my appointment to be changed just before attending due to the consultant running late. I was very disappointed with the lack of interest and time shown to be by the consultant. I got 10 minutes of his time to be told to cut out caffeine at the cost of £250. I was hoping to receive some understanding of what could be causing recurrent UTI's and reassuring me of any fears of anything sinister i.e bladder cancer. Only to be told this only occurs for around 10/20% of cases. I think what really irked me was he looked at his watch part way through me speaking This I found very disrespectful and rude.

Dr Bajwa put me at ease the moment I went into the theatre for the removal of a BCC. I asked for him to confirm surgery was still needed after having had a biopsy previously and he said he could still see it but would check with Dr Brass to ensure a 100% which it was he showed me what would happen reassuring me constantly and give me the opportunity to ask questions he also had a manner that didn't make you feel just another day in surgery and that he was the doctor and you just the patient and this is what I am doing . I would think he would adapt his bed side manner to each and every individual patient making you feel relaxed about the procedure

Dr Mallina treated my carpal tunnel syndrome which was given me severe pains at night and discomfort during the day. I felt that he was an expert in the field and Dr Mallina diagnosed the issue right away and treated it with surgery which was arranged in a very short time. The surgery resolved the problem instantly and I was given great post-surgery care. Dr Mallina guided me step by step offing a lot of care and attention and being accommodating. He communicated every step of the way while giving excellent care and guidance. I would highly recommend. I have a similar problem in my other hand and plan to use Dr Mallina again.
