I have now had the opportunity to witness this professionalism firsthand. I felt very reassured and appreciative of his diagnosis and treatment suggestions. Overall, in my experience, Professor Owen Judd exemplifies excellence in consultant ENT practice, combining advanced clinical skill with academic contribution and compassionate patient care. I have no doubt therefore, that he would be just as exemplary in the discharge of his other specialty areas of his profession. I consulted Geoffrey Roberts at The Manor Hospital, Headington on 12th December 2025 regarding a hernia repair. In the circumstances, it was about as positive experience as it could possibly have been. He was friendly but professional, took a detailed history (which he remembered when I next met him on the day of the operation) and gave a very clear explanation of his diagnosis and the procedure for the repair. He filled me with unexpected confidence and was timely in confirming his advice in writing. I had the operation on 16th January 2026. It went extremely well and my recovery was swift and uncomplicated. He 'phoned me the day after the operation to make sure I was OK - for which I was grateful. I saw him for the post-op consultation on 28th January 2026, when I was discharged. The whole process was efficient and professional but at the same time strongly indicative of his clear investment in patient care. I cannot recommend him too highly.

If you’re looking for an ENT specialist who combines skill with great bedside manner, Mr. Moraleda is an easy 5 stars. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

The physiotherapist seemed unconcerned by the pain I have been experiencing for nearly a year. He mentioned that I had full movement and so he was not concerned. He kept saying that he would not give me another steroid injection without acknowledging that I didn’t want one. He told me to do some exercises which he showed me how to do once and gave me no paperwork or YouTube link that might assist when I got home. I tried to ask how long I should wait before I made any further action and he said there is no more treatment. I felt like an inconvenience and wish I had gone somewhere else. I would never recommend anyone to see him again. He really made me feel small and insignificant.

I attended an appointment with my mum as she has been referred for cataract surgery. Upon arrival we had a warm friendly welcome. When mum was called in I explained to the lady that mum is profoundly deaf and she lip read's and asked if she could look at mum when talking to her. Naz was absolutely amazing, she spoke clearly and looked at my mum when speaking and explained everything to her. Both myself and my mum were really impressed as it's not easy for my mum when people don't understand her deafness. The lady we saw after Naz was good with mum too. With our experience yesterday it put our minds at rest that mum will be helped and understood when she goes back for surgery.

Nick from Physio Jack Studios was really great. I had what I thought was a typical calf strain but all the standard treatments from another physio did not heal it. 4 weeks out from a marathon, I was unable to run 1km without pain. Nick went through a very thorough diagnostic appointment, corrected my diagnosis to an overloading issue at a specific calf/achilles muscle complex and guided me through multiple plyometric exercises and a progressive running plan to allow me to finish the marathon in 3hrs 40mins. Could not recommend him highly enough, super knowledgeable, detailed and passionate 👍

The doctor was very kind and gentle. However, I found the consultation to be largely limited to a question-and-answer format, with my questions receiving very brief responses. The mole check was carried out using a light, but the scalp (hair area) was not examined. I also asked her to look into other concerns; she responded kindly, but overall I did not find the consultation particularly thorough or reassuring, and it did not fully meet my expectations.
