I would like to say a big thank you to Dr. Abdalla. She is such a kind, caring, and lovely doctor, and she always has a warm smile. I had appendix surgery with her, which was a very serious and dangerous situation, but she was so reassuring and supportive throughout. Six weeks after the surgery, I had a follow-up appointment with her. She checked everything carefully and explained that everything was healing well and going as expected. Thank you so much, Dr. Abdalla.
Dr Sala Abdalla is very kind and patient, explaining everything clearly in simple words
Grateful thanks to Dr. Sala Abdalla for her professionalism and excellent care and attention. My outpatient and day case surgery experience exceeded my expectations. Dr .Abdalla and her secretary provided all the information needed to increase my confidence in the surgical procedure and immediate post operative period. The New Victoria Hospital facilities are first class & all the staff I came into contact with were knowledgeable, friendly & reassuring. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr.Abdalla, her anaesthetist, and the New Victoria Hospital nursing & theatre support staff.
Dr. Sala Abdalla carried out a laparoscopic bilateral inguinal hernia repair for me. She was exceptionally professional, helpful, kind, and caring from start to finish. I had numerous questions during the early stages, and she took the time to answer every one thoroughly without ever rushing me, making me feel completely confident and comfortable in my decision-making. She was also prompt in responding to email queries, as was her secretary, Ms. Maya Radic, who was equally supportive throughout. Together, they provided a flawless experience that was deeply reassuring. I cannot fault their care whatsoever and highly recommend Dr. Abdalla.
A helpful and calming visit. This is my first time experiencing this type of surgery so I’m a bit nervous but Dr Abdalla was very nice and informative and reassuring. She has an excellent bedside manner. I liked her very much, and had a very positive experience.
Dr Abdalla is very empathetic and very calm thereby making the patient feel calm and at ease.
Perfect treatment from entering New Victoria - helpful reception, comfortable waiting area. Ms Abdalla walked out and called me in, from the welcome to the explanation of the treatment- instantly felt calm, engaged and understood the treatment to follow. Highly recommend Dr Abdalla professionalism, energy and can't wait for the surgery 🙌🏽
Miss Abdalla is an excellent, meticulous doctor and surgeon. I have operated jointly with her and have no hesitation in recommending her.
