Mr Stuart Gould is a highly-experienced Gastrointestinal and Laparoscopic Surgeon working in West London and Central London. He covers a broad range of upper and lower GI conditions, but mainly treats gallbladder diseases and umbilical hernia.

From the first meeting with Mr Gould I knew I was in safe hands... He is very friendly and helpful with a great bedside manner, he explained everything to me in detail, answered all of my questions thoroughly and nothing was rushed. Could not have been happier with my whole experience. I particularly appreciated the way that Mr Gould took the time to explain issues and the pros and cons of possible treatments. He was also very sensitive to the fact that I have multiple conditions and was very careful to have me checked thoroughly to ensure my safety. I felt that he gave considerable thought to his decisions and advice which was very reassuring. He has fantastic communication skills and was easy to contact, as well as having a kind and cheerful bedside manner. The surgery itself went smoothly and I am recovering well - thank you very very much Mr Gould!

General SurgeryMr Gould is an excellent surgeon, who has a very broad knowledge and great surgical skills. I have referred may patients to him for surgery for example for reflux disease and have only received positive feedback from patients. He is not just a very good surgeon but also cares for his patients very well after the procedure.
